Really a must experience in Vienna! Although in all fairness purchasing tickets in advance did not enable us to skip the ticket line

It says on voucher we can use the scan code to get in but the scan did not work I had to stay on a 45 min long line to show the voucher . It still did not work so the counter person to avoid the long line delay , he just printed the tickets ( SIX) for us. So what’s the point to buy these tickets online with Viator in advanced if I have to stay on a regular ticket line to purchase ?? Very disappointed and waste of time Please refund my money back

Anytime ticket. No real queues and great to travel on an iconic landmark. Prior to embarking their is a mini museum type affair with animated characters and scenes contained in carriages.

Spectacular views and great memories when you take a ride on the Riesenrad in VIENNA’s Prater Park. The wait time was short and you have the option of purchasing photos of your experience. Prices are very reasonable. Fun for adults and kids.

First I had to wait on a line for a ticket, then when I got to the counter the ticket agent had no idea what he was looking at. He stated he’s never seen this before and that I had to buy new tickets to this. My daughter wanted to go on so I did.

Bit out of the way and there is so much steel and carriage around you you don’t get too much of a view. The downloaded ticket did NOT let you skip any lines either.

The giant Ferris wheel is a very old, very well known land mark in Vienna. The actual location is a big disappointment being in a theme park, rather a long walk from the historic city centre. Make sure you print the ticket if bought from this site as a printed copy is needed at the ride. The wait line was only about 10 to 15 mins on the day we visited. We are glad we made the effort to ride the big wheel but to be honest it’s only to say we have done it.

My wife and I had a very nice time on the wheel ... had no idea there was an amusement park right in Vienna. We went at night to see the lights and it was beautiful. Also, found out you can have dinner in one of the cars and may do that next time we're there. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

We enjoyed this unique, historic experience. The lights of the city at night were memorable. We did have trouble with our viator print-at-home tickets not being read by their machine but it was quickly resolved.
