She took us to several hidden areas with incredible views that we would never have discovered on our own. The stories we learned were both fascinating and chilling, adding a whole new dimension to the city after dark. You can really feel her passion and deep connection as a true Venetian. Great Venice Food Tour

We had a lovely food tour hosted by our tour guide Carlo. He was engaging and energetic and gave a great sense of the city and the culture. The group size was about 12 so it was perfect to get around the city and take part in some of the local delicacies at small spots that locals visit. We appreciated his guidance on how to experience local Venice while being courteous to local Venetians. This was a great little tour and we really enjoyed it with good food and drink and good company.

Valentina!

Our guide Valentina was excellent, which was amazing as she was guiding for the third time that day. We visited so much of Venice that was like a hop on bus so we knew where and how to return to tour the landmarks she pointed out. Unique and Off the Beaten Track!

Denys was incredible! He was so warm and thoughtful throughout the tour. There were some people in the group with some challenging food preferences and he found something everywhere for them and pivoted with all the requests. He was funny and engaging. The food itself was excellent and a great introduction to cicchetti (Venetian tapas) and was so unique. Definitely good quantity for the price with vegetarian and loads of pescatarian options. We traveled off the main tourist areas and it was wonderful. I would absolutely book again!

Even my 16 year old son approved!

What an amazing experience!!! And all rows are great but if you can upgrade to the first three rows, I highly recommend it!!! But even in the back you will still be so happy bc it’s an intimate venue. I took my 16 year old son and he totally appreciated it. The mix of the instrumental with the tenors made for a wonderful show! And it’s just long enough and not too long!

Interesting, but do not recommend for children

Julia was an excellent guide. She is a native Venetian. She shared many interesting facts. I appreciate that the tour took a less crowded path. The starting place was odd. The colorful wall with art is really your only indication that you are in the right place. I like history and facts. Very straightforward. I can’t say that I was wowed, but it was of decent value for the price. This is not the tour if you want to be entertained. I think children would be extremely bored.

A day in Venice

Perfect! Our guide for the Basilica a the Doge was Lucia. Sweet, very knowledgeable and funny! Headphones for narration were great! Great group size(12-15?)and pace was perfect. Gondola and virtually reality portions were great as well. Perfect way to check off ALL of the “must see” items in a day!
