What are people saying about Venice

Great fun for an evening
Absolutely amazing and hilarious experience with a fun, eager chef who knows his stuff. We really enjoyed making the pasta and tiramisu, eating it after, and of course the wine. Venice is easy enough to get around that it didn’t take long to reach the kitchen from our hotel.

I can’t say enough good...
I can’t say enough good things about Massimo! Truly felt like going over to a friends house for dinner (a friend who is a really great cook I will add). He made sure to plan a meal that allowed us to try new things with local, Venetian ingredients. He also gave us lots of good tips for cooking various dishes which we are excited to try again. The food was absolutely delicious and we had a lovely night! Highly recommend, this will be the highlight of your trip.

Great cooking experience
We thoroughly enjoyed the hands on cooking experience with Filipo. The market tour was informative as we gathered a few produce. The cooking location allowed ourselves to enjoy a beautiful courtyard to eat. It was hands-on cooking, learning a few tricks. I would recommend

Yummy and Enjoyable!
Our host was so great. A friendly, helpful and knowledgeable chef with a passion for Italian cooking and its history. She was great with adults and kids. Our family had a blast making 3 courses and then getting to eat it all. Definitely recommend for all ages! Food turned out fantastic. The class being in the heart of the city made it a convenient activity at the end of our sightseeing day.

Its cultural and artistic treasures notwithstanding, Italy is a first and foremost a country for foodies. Eating might as well be a national pastime, and it’s one that visitors and residents alike enjoy. To take eating well to the next level, there are dozens of Venice cooking classes to choose from during your stay in the canal city. Shop with a guide in a Venetian market and learn to make Italian staples like fresh pasta or risotto. You can even make some cicchetti, the traditional Venetian small plates locals love to nibble along with a glass of wine.
