Purchased the ticket online went to gate one went straight through immediately
The audio guy didn’t work particularly well we had to download the app first they took forever and the audio app kept defaulting back to the beginning
Easy to access last minute tickets, able to enter with no line. Had a great time exploring with no time limit.
The address in the PDF voucher took us to a completely different area of town. We basically had to run through the streets of Venice in 100 degree heat to get to the wrong spot to come right back to where we were to get the tickets. This was a bad start for our day trip to Venice.
The voucher pickup location was in a location away from the museum making the pickup/check in process confusing. It creates an extra step for the customer which can be inconvenient when it’s hot. I don’t understand why the museum can’t accommodate the bar code generated in the app.
Doges palace was exceptional, Viator was terrible! Just turn up on day to get tickets and it’s open til 11pm. Viator app didn’t work had to walk round Venice trying to find somewhere to print the tickets as their pdf isn’t valid
A must see if you’re in Venice! You can go at your own pace or with a guide. Beautiful ceiling murals and you learn a lot about the history of the palace
Very easy to find the travel agency to pick up our guided information. We really enjoyed the tour was on our own. I gave four stars only because we were not given headphones, but perhaps we needed to bring our own and didn’t read the fine print. Museum we did later in the afternoon when we had more time to explore.
This was a Great experience . The Doge is a must and free audio tour just bring your AirPods getting tickets in Viator easier than standing in line and go to priority entrance and walk right in no wait
It was a wonderful experience. We couldn't find our tour group so we explored on our own. That was a great decision. We were only able to explore the Doge Palace and not tthe other sights that had been included as part of guided tour, as exploring the Palace alone easily took 2.5 of the 3 hour allotted time for the tour. Self directed tour can be done by downloading the app at the Palace and listening to the audio through your phone.

The Palace was amazing. Worth the visit. The audio login was not easy to figure out. Some people could not get on. The location of the ticket office was a little confusing if not for GPS and asking people in area for assistance.
You should know that if >65 y/o, just pay $15 @ Doge Palace & see the same amount we did. We did NOT get into the Basilica...
It was amazing, there was so much to see! We had the option to go on our own or do whole thing with guide. We did the mandatory part with guide and then enjoyed exploring at our pace.
Take your time with the audio guide and soak in the experience. Do not let other people pressure you into walking fast through each room. Soak in the beautiful architecture and artwork.

This was a complete rip off. My daughter and I were at the meeting point that they showed in the booking with 30mins in advance. No one showed up, I tried calling the number provided and it said the number didn’t exist. We went to the palazzo reception and they couldn’t help as we never got the bar code via email as they said they would. I ended up paying again for the tickets at the main entrance.
I want a refund and have been trying to chat with them with no luck.

The meeting point is at our Venice Tours office, it is opened all day long until the time of the last tours, and it can be easily reached with the help of Google Maps. For this reason, it is important to check with the help of Maps If you are at the correct location at the indicated time (15 minutes before the starting time of the tour).
