Enjoyable Cinque terre day tour
The tour was enjoyable. We visited three of the five Cinque Terre towns. The tour guide, Hilary (or Ilaria), was very good at explaining things and giving us directions concisely. We travelled between towns by train, and the tour guide organised everything.

Sebastian was a great...
Sebastian was a great guide, very knowledgeable, informative and gave great suggestions. The only issue was not anything with the tour, no wifi so no maps available and the area can be confusing with all the alleyways and bridges. Was a great day overall and I would recommend this trip.

Perfect way to make the most of our cruise stop in Italy.
Our Half-Day Shore Excursion to Pisa and the Leaning Tower from Livorno was the perfect way to make the most of our cruise stop in Italy. From start to finish, everything was well organized, punctual, and stress-free—exactly what you want when you’re traveling on a cruise schedule.
Our guide was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating stories about Pisa’s history, architecture, and culture. During the drive from Livorno, we learned so much about Tuscany and the surrounding countryside, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination.
Even in the sweltering July heat, the guide kept the group comfortable, offered helpful tips for staying cool, and ensured everyone had plenty of time to explore and capture those iconic “holding up the Leaning Tower” photos. They struck the perfect balance between guided commentary and free time to wander the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli.
Seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person was even more impressive than we imagined. The entire square, with its stunning cathedral and baptistery, is breathtaking and well worth the visit.
This excursion was the perfect mix of history, beautiful scenery, and fun. If you’re docking in Livorno and want a memorable, worry-free way to experience one of Italy’s most famous landmarks, this tour is an excellent choice. We returned to the ship with incredible photos, wonderful memories, and a deeper appreciation for Tuscany and the city of Pisa. Highly recommended!

Great Tour, Lots if Walking
Diana was our tour guide and she was incredible. Diana made the tour so “tourist friendly.” Meeting points we easy to find. Diana also even suggested a lunch spot for us and we asked her if she wanted to eat with us. She even translated the menu and ordered for us to ease any stress. Be prepared, this is A LOT of walking both up and down hill. I cannot express - be prepared to walk.

Enjoyable day at the coast with Pisa as a bonus
It’s a long day but well worth it. It was very well organised and the guide was great at explaining what the next stage of the trip was and what time everyone had to meet back up. Cinque Terre is very pretty and seeing Pisa on the way back is a bonus.

Wonderful experience in Florence with great recommendations from the guide
We are a family of four with two children, ages 15 and 12. Our guide (Omi) and driver (Fanel) were wonderful. Omi was knowledgable and showed a lot of passion for her job. She was able to make a recommendation for a gluten-free restaurant (celiac) and also a wine window in Florence. The tour gave us free time for shopping, sightseeing, and eating lunch. Omi provided us with a tour map via WhatsApp, she was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions that we had she went above and beyond.

A full day of sightseeing and information.
This a quick tour of several pertinent Italian cities and the beautiful Tuscan Chianti farm country. The itinerary was Pisa, Chianti Tuscan vineyard (lunch), San Gimignano and Siena. Many facts and cultural stories were told. Our tour guide, Grace was extremely gracious and informative. This tour started at 8am, ending at 7pm. and was packed with information. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide was so...
Our tour guide was so kind. She spent extra time with the younger kids on the tour. She was incredibly accommodating. Some of the other guests were running late and she was nice enough to allow them time to meet us. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.

Great experience in Pisa!...
Great experience in Pisa! The tour leader, Alessandra, told us a little about the countryside and Pisa on the way there. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the duomo was interesting and very beautiful. We climbed to the very top of the leaving tower and it was easier than I thought. Took less than 10 minutes and they do a good job of making sure it’s not too crowded. It was breezy inside and you could feel the lean a bit. The stairs are worn and a little slippery on the way down so give yourself time. We had some time to get gelato and wander a little.

Worth every moment!
Juliano was our lovely and linguistically talented tour guide, along with two other lovely and also linguistically talented women who took care of two other groups that were with us. Each town was a site to see and experience, we loved every moment. We started our day meeting inside the Firenze Train Station Santa Maria Novella by the site seeing booth ~ this is an experience my husband and I will hold dear to our hearts forever.

Our tour guide was absolutely incredible. She was so lovely, well-spoken, and truly knowledgeable. She shared information in such an engaging and thoughtful way, and her warmth and kindness made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We felt so lucky to have her—highly recommend!

Refreshing and Lovely
This was a delightful little 1-hour small boat tour that we took down the Arno, about 30 mins up, with lively discussion about the historical buildings along both sides, and 30 mins back after turning around. Our young guide was very informative and kind, and those who wanted it were served chilled white wine along the way and offered umbrellas for the sun if desired (we didn't need it). Breezy and sunny, the weather was just perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat and afterward our guide was on hand to offer transportation and other tips for around the city that we asked him. The meeting and ending point was a small tour office near Ponte alle Grazie that was slightly difficult to find, but allow yourself a few extra minutes to find it, and eventually other tour participants showed up (also a bit unsure) and we knew we were in the right place. Then our guide came out on time and greeted us and walked us a few feet down to the boat dock. Couldn't have been happier!
