- If the Cinque Terre & Pisa tour is selected: the itinerary includes visits to Manarola and Monterosso. All train tickets are included: Local trains inside Cinque Terre + Train ride from la Spezia to Pisa. In Pisa, enjoy free time before your timed entrance to the Leaning Tower.
- If Lunch option selected, Starter: Seafood salad (Vegetarian alternative: Caprese salad - For organizational reasons, in case of allergies to seafood salad, we offer Caprese so that we can standardize the group’s courses during peak times), Main Course: Trofie Pasta with Pesto sauce, Dessert: Tiramisù

This was such a fun excursion for our family. Sandro was a great tour leader. He made sure that everything went smoothly and had great tips for how to travel efficiently. We saw three towns and took a bus, trains, and even a beautiful boat ride. Lunch at Al Bistrot on Monterosso was amazing! We highly recommend this tour!

I have mixed emotions about our experience. Everywhere on our notifications stated that our tour started at 7 AM. One small area in the description indicated that we needed to be there 15 minutes prior. But every text every reminder every ticket everywhere a-7AM. We drove up at 7:05 to find out that the tour left without us. I texted the tour operator at 6:50 letting them know that it would be a few minutes late. I never heard from them and they never called me to see if we were still coming. I was extremely disappointed that the tour left without even attempting to reach us especially since I had reached out to them The guides upon our arrival, where kind and did offer us to switch the tour to another day. Unfortunately, due to our schedule that was impossible. They did place us on the Pisa San Gimignano siena tour, which was very nice and the tour guide was great. All in all this was not the tour we wanted to go on, but at least the day was not wasted.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unable to join the Cinque Terre tour. As clearly stated in the Meeting Point Instructions on the voucher, guests are required to arrive 15 minutes before departure, therefore at 6:45 AM, while the official starting time of the tour is 7:00 AM.
As the group must depart on time to respect the full itinerary, unfortunately the tour could not wait beyond the scheduled departure. We are, however, glad that our team was able to offer you an alternative tour on the same day and that you enjoyed the experience and your guide.
Great with our guide Martha. Had an awesome day trip visiting 3 of the 5 villages. Her explanation and guidance were really good. She spoke fluent English and Spanish.

The guided part of the tour, besides what is told on the bus, is really just the tour guide telling you when to get back to the train station to catch the next train. I tell this only because when you think of a guided tour, you think the guide is walking with you from place to place. But the experience, on the whole, was great. We enjoyed our time in the towns.

The tour was enjoyable. We visited three of the five Cinque Terre towns. The tour guide, Hilary (or Ilaria), was very good at explaining things and giving us directions concisely. We travelled between towns by train, and the tour guide organised everything.

Fabi was great. She gave us a quick run down of Cinque Terre on the way there, and threw in a little bit of information about some of the communities along the way. We were on our own to explore each of the three towns we visited (manarola, Vernazza, and Monterosso), but Fabi made sure we knew where and when to meet to move along—so it was stress-free navigating the trains and ferry.

I loved the fact that it was a small group and it was easier to navigate through the day, especially because there were multiple stops and trains. Fabi, the tour operator has the most pleasant voice, is knowledgeable and very organized in the way she managed the group.

Our guide was fantastic and everything was well organized, but I don’t think this is the best way to see Cinque Terre. Three towns in one day was too much; we felt we didn’t have time to settle and relax, swim, or walk very far on the trails. The boat ride was basically just a big ferry from one town to another, nothing too special. I would have loved this if we had just visited a single town.

While I loved cinque terre, my tour guide was so ridiculously unfriendly that he ruined the experience. I didn't expect him to do a whole lot because he was mainly there to guide us from place to place, but he barely said hello. I have never come across an unfriendly guide, but I seriously would never pay to go through this organizer again just because of how much I disliked my tour guide. The guide mentioned that he was an independent contractor, so maybe this company does not follow the same standards and requirements as all other places. I would just really recommend booking through someone else.

Christiana and our driver were fantastic. We were slightly disappointed as we thought the activity included the visit to Pisa. We truly believed the optional lunch also included the visit to the tower and that we had selected everything when signing up. So verify, verify, verify what is actually included as the sign up was not clear, nor or the tickets that are issued. Regardless Cinque Terre is an absolute must do! Christiana was fun and attentive and gave great recommendations for each village.

This was the most perfect Cinque Terre experience! Everything was incredibly organized and easy to navigate thanks to our amazing tour leader, Marta.
