A fantastic trip with an excellent guide. Luigi was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The villages were uniquely lovely and to arrived by ferry was fab. Well organised and excellent transport from Lucca to meet the main group. Plenty of time in each village to explore the sights. Would recommend this tour.

Lots to see in a short...

Lots to see in a short period of time. Knowledgeable, flexible, friendly guide. Nice to have a motor coach drive you home after all the fun! We were able to see 4 of the 5 cities that make up Cinque Terra. We spent an appropriate amount of time in each location. The motor coach to La Spezia was pleasant as were the ferry rides and the final motor coach back was key. We were all exhausted by the end of the day and the driver took great care to get us home happily and safely. This tour was well planned and excuted - would definitely book again.

Cinque Terre by minibus and boat. Roberto was a brilliant safe driver, picking us up from Lucca to the first village. Marta provided so much information on the history of Lucca and the Cinque Terre. Then making sure we made each ferry to our final pick up point. Well done both.

Great tour. Weather was windy so not able to take the ferry to all the stops. Rained at last stop which put a damper on the trip. Tour guide Vittorio was very good.

It was great experience. Lately I have been having trouble with my left hip and was able to walk to all the villages from the boat. Bring water, you can buy on the trip if needed.

It was a very nice day. The pick up in Lucca went smoothly, the drive to Cinque Terre was very pleasant, and then Marta led us to 3 towns by ferry. If you want a tour guide to lead you around the towns, this wouldn’t be the tour for you. This tour capably moves you from one location to another and then gives a good amount of free time in each location.

Accidentally staying on the ferry when the rest if my group got off! So relieved when they caught up with me! Our tour leader, Luigi, was a real treasure. Bus was very comfortable. A memorable day out.

We got to see 4 of the villages and go by ferry between them. The water views were spectacular. Our guide was knowledgeable, made great recommendations in the towns, and it was a wonderful way to take the stress out of sightseeing.

I traveled solo on the tour from Lucca since my husband was on business that day. Beautiful views, good food, local shopping and very nice people (there were 12 of us traveling). It was a long day and hot weather, but still a great time. Our guide Luigi was so wonderful and he made us laugh as well as making sure we had a good time.

Loved the vibrant colors along the mountainside. Each village was a bit different but a sense of community, flourishing with vegetation and warmth. Our guide and driver were wonderful and made our experience even more special.
