The line was huge and skipping definitely helped. It was a bit weird to get our tickets in advance but, they were ultimately emailed the day before.
Though you have a slot for skipping the line, get there early as a 130 slot could end up getting you in closer to 2. However, it beats waiting for hours.
The museum was great and the Birth of Venus was amazing.

Tickets worked great. No luck with company audio guide- wouldn’t buy that again. Couldn’t down load in reasonable period of time- museum version would lay 6 € so better.

Confirmed our reservation on April 28th for two tickets at 2:30 PM on May 27th. Got an email on May 24th saying our tickets are ready. Then on May 26th at 12:25 PM we get this message:
“Given the great demand for the date you have booked and considering that the bookable availability changes very quickly, we have tried so far but unfortunately it was not possible to confirm your visit at the indicated time.
In order to avoid distorting your itinerary our order will be canceled.
Please, in order to be refunded contact Viator directly asking to be TOTALLY REFUNDED to your credit card

This tour never happened. We had signed up for the 9:00 am Skip the line ticket and what we missed on the paperwork was that this was actually only a booking code to get in line at 9 am to get a ticket for later in the day. The time that we were given for our tour was too late as we had to catch a train to go to Rome. So we did not use the tickets.

good morning, the service purchased was NOT a guided tour but an independent visit which, as indicated on the site, could be confirmed at a different time from the one indicated if this was sold out. Therefore you received tickets for an independent visit at a different time because the one indicated was sold out

We easily gained entry to museum with the tickets on my phone. The place is enormous and you can't really see everything in one visit unless you plan to spend all day. Beautiful & inspiring art work.

If you are thinking of visiting the Uffizi then this is a must as it shaves a lot of time off queuing and getting into the gallery! Make sure to print off your ticket (sent as a PDF to your email not the one on the app) before hand though as this will make the process much smoother when you go to get your tickets. Also the place to queue to get in was not clearly marked so ask when you get your ticket!

This is a SCAM. Your tickets will not be refundable. The tour Company will NOT honor your time. We were supposed to have 10am entry tickets. When we went to pick them up they were for 4:30. We would NOT have made our train. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

Having only 1.45 hours to go round a huge museum costing over 70 euros is definitely not worth it. Especially when I asked for a 10.30 ticket which I was initially told was the case. I will definitely tell everyone I can not to book with you .

Uffizi itself is amazing and worth a visit but give yourself extra time. We were extremely disappointed with the ticketing system/process. Get email "voucher" to Exhange for ticket, but the link was a loop we could never resolve. Our tour was for 0930, but the ticket counter said 1300. Was complicated with too many reservation numbers. Skip the line is still the way to go

There was an annoying oversight on your behalf. When you sent us the NOT a ticket as you termed it it seemed to confirm the 9:30 a.m. start to the Uffizi gallery as requested and, with that in mind,,we booked for the Accademia at 14:30 on the same day. When the Weekend in Italy confirmation arrived less than two days before our visit and weeks after we had paid you for our entry fee it said bluntly entrance at 13:30 without any acknowledgement of what we wanted because of the abovementioned second booking, which we had to cancel and lose over thirty pounds. You SHOULD have stated that the "ticket" issued had no validity at all. Very disappointing and very amateurish on your behalf.

I was duped. I believed that I was reserving a tour but in reality I purchased a tour before I knew my itinerary. I trued to reschedule the time, reached out to the tour operator, was told I could seek a later tour time, and yet it was never confirmed. Still trying to reschedule tour for tomorrow.

no one was fooled: she bought and received tickets for a visit to the uffizi gallery, NOT a guided tour. The access instructions are printed in English on the voucher you received and must be presented at the ticket office.

It was tricky to get my ticket because I never got an email from Viator with my actual entry ticket. When I downloaded it it always said this is not your ticket😳. The ticket office was kind enough to print me a ticket. Ufizzi was fabulous.

It is not a free cancellation policy!!!
Viator tricked me in believing so!!!
I bought the tickets, but confused the dates so I wanted to cancel the reservation, but the reservation was not confirmed for 3 days… Friday till Monday only 5h before the cancellation policy was triggered!!!
I called to complain, and the local operator in Italy screamed at me over the phone and hanged up on me!!!!

I asked in date 11/08 Uffizi tickets for the 23/08 al 14.30 am. They replied the day after the availability for the day at the time required. The previous day the visit they send to me vocher with entry hour 16.45 (Uffizi colsed at 18.30). I had to book with ufficial Booking Uffizi Office for another day and I lost 80 €(furthermore the tickets cost is 52 € buying they from the Uffizi official Booking Office)

This is an excellent way to skip the long lines and see the exhibits! You do need to wait until the ticket office opens to get your tickets, but then you go in quickly.

Buying skip the line tickets is definitely worth doing if you don't want to spend a few hours of your day standing in line.
However, we did travel at the height of the season, so this might not always be the case. It doesn't mean that there are no queues, just much shorter than the main line!
Uffizi gallery is a definite must see when visiting Florence.

It was easy. I just had to show my phone to a gentleman. He guided me to the ticket booth. I had to show my passport id and I got my tickets. I went to the other building and I had to go thorough security. After getting in the museum, w what to go in a stair case and we made into the exposition. It was an amazing experience and my daughter loved it.

You often hear about these Skip The Line tickets requiring that you still wait in line. On a busy Friday in June, we walked right up to the ticket counter to reimburse our online ticket printout and immediately turned around and walked into the museum. Great price and super fast access to the museum.

This is was a skip the line tour, so no guide. Was my second trip to the Ufizzi. As awesome, breathtaking and incredible as the first time. You can never have enough time or opportunity to spend at the Ufizzi!
