Tuscany wine day

Would rate it higher, but the longer more expensive tour we bought got cancelled due to not meeting minimum. This tour was substituted by the tour company. Neither Viator nor the tour company has refunded the difference. I will restate the tour when that happens.

You chose to join the alternative tour, which you enjoyed. Please note that all payments and refunds are processed directly by Viator, and these can sometimes take a few days to appear. To our knowledge, the refund for the price difference has already been issued. We believe your review doesn’t fully reflect the care and transparency we applied in managing the situation, but we do appreciate you sharing your thoughts, even thought you did not respect what you say.

Wonderful day! Our guide , Tony, was prompt and knowledgeable and caring. Saw beautiful scenery, ate a wonderful lunch at a beautiful winery. Tony answered all our questions and got us back safely. Highly recommend

This is a very well-structured day trip to three hilltop towns near Florence, plus a delightful lunch at a beautiful and hospitable local winery. It’s just the right combination of culture, walking, local cuisine, stunning scenery. Our guide and driver, Domenico, was professional, friendly, and had great tips for exploring on our own. And the tour company did an outstanding job of communicating with is to make sure we had all the necessary meeting details and even checked with us to be sure everything was off to a good start. In one word: terrific.

What an incredible way to spend a day in Tuscany. Antonello was our driver and he was outstanding. He had tips and local insights for each town we visited. As we arrived in Siena, he even took us around on a walking tour with quite a few hidden spots. This was our favorite day in our entire two week tour through Italy. It’s worth your time and energy, book it!

Christina was an excellent guide. She shared her local knowledge. She dropped us off at very convenient locations. She was flexible with timing so we could fully enjoy the wine tasting and meal. We did not feel rushed despite a full itinerary. Thank you for the tour.

A day in Tuscany

Enjoyed the whole experience, our van driver did a good job getting us from place to place. She was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We loved the places we visited and were happy not to get there on our own. The only negative was the van had a rough ride, seemed like it needed new shocks and there were no handles to hold onto. The driver did a good job navigating the streets. Doing this tour including the wine tasting made the day easier rather than doing on our own.

Lorenzo was a great tour guide, very amenable and informed. However, the tour was not 18-39s. We had one 14 year old and two retirees on our tour, so it wasn't exactly the fun wine tasting experience we were expecting.
