Our tour guide, "John" was excellent. There were only 7 people on our tour, which made it nice and personal. Sometimes we had to wait a bit for a tour member to rejoin the group so we ended up a bit late getting to the Regaleira Palace and therefore lost our free time in the town but it was so hot outside that day that it was ok. There was a lot of uphill walking, which wasn't super fun in the heat, but it was totally worth the beautiful architecture and scenery. Highly recommend.

Excellent full day tour of Sintra sights and coast

We were skeptical about doing a guided tour for Sintra. My wife and I were going to go on our own via train/bus. But then I read the reviews that spoke so highly of Bruno, and thought it would be nice not to have to worry about any logistics. Turned out there was a transit strike on the day of our tour. So it sure is a good thing we didn’t try to go on our own. Bruno picked us up on time and offered us options to customize the day. I think we ended up doing the standard grouping of activities, and it worked out very well. We saw so much! Being on a private tour all day with someone has the possibility to be weird if you don’t like the tour guide. This was not an issue at all. Bruno is so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our time with him. He’s great at his job, and seems like an overall great person. We are very happy we did this tour with him, as we learned a lot and saw a lot - with some short periods of time mixed in to explore the town of Sintra and Cascais on our own. Beautiful! And easy! Don’t overthink it, leave it all to Bruno, see all the highlights, and have a great time.

Our tour with Diogo was a true highlight of our two weeks in Portugal! Diogo is a Sintra native who knows all of the best places, including secret spots with amazing views! He is very engaging, accommodating of special requests and truly gets to know his guests. It was a huge advantage having a local who grew up and still lives in Sintra show us around the area and share stories, antidotes, and recommendations throughout the day. We enjoyed all of the history and interesting information that Diogo shared with us while he drove us in a super cool vintage convertible all around the mountain and over to the coast. Fantastic!

Fantastic day trip! After I booked the experience, I was contacted right away by my guide and driver, Rafael. He arrived on time and was dressed in a suit, he then escorted me to a beautiful and spotlessly clean Mercedes sedan. He opened my car door every time, and was such a gentleman. Rafael was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his job, and I learned so much about the diverse and rich history of Portugal. The tour was perfect, we hit all the highlights and even though it was relaxed and unhurried, I felt like we did so much. I HIGHLY recommend this company and this experience!

It was an amazing...
