We will forever remember this tour with Francisco!. Francisco was an excellent host, we couldn’t ask for a smoother experience while visiting two palaces, and the coast, and not to mention how knowledgeable he is with historical facts and current workarounds for the at times chaotic tourist attraction areas. This made the experience stress free, highly recommend.

Francisco is a wonderful guide and this is definitely the way to see Sintra and the Lisbon coast. Francisco give you all of the historical and geographical information you might want but he tailors everything to his guests’ preferences and interests. We very strongly recommend this tour with Francisco!

We could not have had a better experience! Francisco Basso is a wonderful tour guide!!! Highly recommend!!! Francisco was knowledgeable, friendly and his recommendation for lunch was the best meal we had in Lisbon!

Francisco was an amazing tour guide and host for our day! He let us know beforehand the best approach to Sintra and all of the amazing sites. His plan was perfect for our timing and interests. He shared so much history and so many stories with us! It was just what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this day trip and Francisco!

Fransisco picked us up right at our airbnb! He was timely and customized the trip to our specific needs. He is a wealth of knowledge! He knows all the tips and tricks to ensure you make the most of your day at Sintra. The morning pastry recommendation was amazing & the lunch spot was some of the best seafood we’ve ever had!! Fransisco treated us like family! We couldn’t recommend him more! Such an incredible experience!!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Francisco was a phenomenal host. We got to see so many things we otherwise would have missed and it ended up being an absolutely lovely last day in Lisbon. I could not recommend this enough.

Francisco's Tour to Sintra was fantastic. He made sure we had a good experience and avoided the crush of tourists in the area by suggesting timing and order of sights to see. As a local, he shared lots of wonderful history and personal stories during the drive. I would recommend him to anyone considering something similar.

We cannot say enough about Francisco who goes out of his way to make all parts of the day as enjoyable and smooth as possible. He is informative about the area, helpful in giving tips on how to best execute the day and overall incredibly friendly and accommodating. We loved seeing Pena Palace, Quinta Regalaria, Monserrate and enjoying lunch in old sintra! Once you visit this are you see how confusing it can be for a tourist so having Francisco made it so we could make the most of our day and not have to worry about a thing!

What a great tour . We had a blast . It was a perfect private tour, we could make changes if we wanted to stay longer or see something different . Francisco was the best . He was very knowledgeable and so kind . I would definitely recommend you to do this tour if you are visiting Lisbon .

A private tour where you decide where to go and how long. Francisco gave his recommendation on what he would recommended for day. He helped reserve the lunch place and the food was good. We also had a few pastries in the morning from the bakery that he recommended as places were not open yet. We decided to see Regaleira and Pena place. Please note that he doesn't go into the places with you. In terms of buying the tickets, he sends you a link to buy them. The drive on the coast was ok as it was cloudy day and we couldn't see the ocean. He was on time for the pick and had water for us to drink.

Our Private tour with Francisco to Sintra, Regaleira(should not be missed), Cabo Da Roca, and Cascais was AMAZING!! All of these spots were beautiful! He picked us up at our hotel, right on time. It was a full day, but could never be managed without such a knowledgeable guide, like Francisco. He recommended when and how to buy tickets, when necessary, and timed it so that we wouldn't get stuck in a long line. He even recommended a delicious authentic Portuguese Restaurant for lunch, and it was great. He was very knowledgeable of Portuguese history, fun, polite, and very professional. It was such a fun day, and I would recommend it as a must do! Thank you, Francisco! Obrigada!!
