Wonderful customer service. I miscaluated my time and was not going to make it in time for the tour. Customer service was so gracious and allowed me to swich to another day. The day of the tour was wonderful. It was so relaxing and I learned fun facts about the everglades. The boat crew were kind and knowledgeable. Although the trip was cut short due to mother nature (lightening strike) safety first. I enjoyed myself and if I'm ever in the area again will definitely do another a tour. Its affordable, relaxing and fun.

Thunderstorm Adventure

It was great had to wait on state park to lets on river due to thunderstorms. We went out when was safe but then on way back did get caught in river w/ thunderstorms & it was bad trying to get back river in kayak w/ wind 0 visibility took on water. When got back nobody was there to help pull us in but it was still a fun experience lil scary as the kayak did get blown into an alligator thank goodness it was little! lol saw manatee and family !

So fun! Our guides were...

So fun! Our guides were fantastic. There were several other tours and it was at night so it was a little tricky to find the group at first but we just followed some other people and found it pretty quickly. The seats on the paddle boards were really comfortable and you could easily dip your feet into the water which was cool. Probably our favorite part was catching all the little glowing jellies!

Please do the guided tour it is amazing, much more information, only $5 more makes a big difference of the experience, I went thought by myself first, the computer/camera set up was not working, did not want to leave without getting that! as I walked trough the halls of exhibit a guided tour came through, it was amazing to hear I was captivated. I missed so much information that was right in front of me. I signed up for the guided tour Robert was truly amazing. Every one was so helpful.highly recommend

The Clear Kayak or Paddleboard Manatee Adventure was well organized from start to finish, and the experience was both relaxing and exciting. The clear kayaks gave us a unique perspective of the water, making it even more enjoyable to observe the wildlife and beautiful surroundings. Our tour guide, Ben, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their kayaking experience. Throughout the tour, Ben shared interesting facts about manatees, the local ecosystem, and conservation efforts, making the experience both fun and educational. He was also patient and made sure everyone in the group stayed together while giving us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery and take photos. Seeing wildlife such as a manatee, gators, monkeys, and various birds in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience, and Ben's enthusiasm made it even more memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It's a wonderful way to experience Florida's natural beauty while learning about its incredible wildlife.

Incredible tour

My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our anniversary. We decided to go for a helicopter tour. This was both of our first time ever on a helicopter. Quinton was our pilot and he made it very enjoyable and fun. He has a great sense of humor and answered our questions very well. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who has never been on helicopter. The views from the sky were incredible and it also started to rain which made it even more amazing .

Beautiful beach and many dolphins

Clearwater Beach is beautiful! We saw a 3 dolphins at the beach. Clean public bathrooms are available at the beach. Dolphin excursion was very good, 25 dolphins. Very nice boat ride. Beverages pop and alcohol available for purchase on boat ride. Lunch option didn't work for me because food allergies. I gave voucher to another couple who didn't purchase it with there trip. Maurici was a great guide. He explained and answered everyone questions. Excellent driver, very heavy traffic to and from Clearwater Beach. Please remember to tip your staff, they definitely deserve it. Tips can be charged.

Fantastic evening on the sunset cruise, Dan made everything so easy leading up to the day. Was a special evening for me and my partner and Dan couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. Can’t recommend this activity enough, Dan is brilliant. His knowledge of the lake and the local area is fantastic, gets you involved with the boat as well. Thank you for a great evening Dan, we will never forget it.
