I officially hate this company I purchased 5 tickets valued over 200 dollars for two attractions, and was turned around at one of the attractions due to them being closed for the day. I booked my tour at 5:30 pm and went to first tour but when I made it to the second attraction I was told they closed at 6pm Viator doesn’t care about refunding money if you didn’t get what you paid for.

I really enjoyed Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in Orlando. I scheduled through the Viator app but wanted to visit Madame Tussaud's earlier than scheduled. I was able to do this and that made the overall experience that much more enjoyable.

Each attraction was great. A little confusion with VR Pods included in ticket but it was remedied eventually.
Great sea aquarium for the location.
Great Orlando Eye - the recording was interesting detailing points of interests from the top of the eye.
Wax museum had awesome celebrities.

My Daughter told Me, Daddy, that was the best day ever...
It's was super great having fun with my wonderful Daughter in a wonderful place.
I always wanted to visit Madame Tussauds before I had my Daughter, but I never had time for that.
And yesterday in the morning, while I was playing with my lovely Daughter, I showed Her a lot of pictures, I asked Her to touch the one that She likes the most, She touched exactly Mr. Pr. Barack Obama, and I said okay, we are going to visit Mr. Obama today and She was so excited to go...
I booked my ticket for Madame Tussauds to make Her happy.
The only problem She had with the President cause She was talking with the President and the President couldn't say nothing... That part was so funny.

The likeness to the real persons were very good. The only complaint we had was the museum was a very short tour. There’s no way a person would spend 90 mins in there. I’ve been to the museum in NY and it was rooms and rooms of waxed personal and stayed longer than the 25 mins I stayed in this one.

We say that our attraction takes an average of 45 minutes to an hour but we have seen some guests stay as long as 90 minutes or more taking pictures from all angles. Most Madame Tussauds locations have about the same average number of figures that we do but London and New York are the exceptions being much larger.

The wax figures were amazing! I discovered some famous people were shorter than i thought and some bigger. My family took several pictures with their favorites. I enjoyed reading the little facts about each one while the rest of my family enjoyed the gift shop. Great place for all ages of an extended family to enjoy together.
