Please do the guided tour it is amazing, much more information, only $5 more makes a big difference of the experience, I went thought by myself first, the computer/camera set up was not working, did not want to leave without getting that! as I walked trough the halls of exhibit a guided tour came through, it was amazing to hear I was captivated. I missed so much information that was right in front of me. I signed up for the guided tour Robert was truly amazing. Every one was so helpful.highly recommend

It was a lovely experience. Our pick up was on-time our guide assistant/driver Kevin was very knowledgeable. The van was comfortable even during an excess heat warning. We loved exploring on our own based on Kevin’s excellent recommendations. The time just went by so fast.

The Clear Kayak or Paddleboard Manatee Adventure was well organized from start to finish, and the experience was both relaxing and exciting. The clear kayaks gave us a unique perspective of the water, making it even more enjoyable to observe the wildlife and beautiful surroundings. Our tour guide, Ben, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their kayaking experience. Throughout the tour, Ben shared interesting facts about manatees, the local ecosystem, and conservation efforts, making the experience both fun and educational. He was also patient and made sure everyone in the group stayed together while giving us plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery and take photos. Seeing wildlife such as a manatee, gators, monkeys, and various birds in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience, and Ben's enthusiasm made it even more memorable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It's a wonderful way to experience Florida's natural beauty while learning about its incredible wildlife.

Wonderful outdoor experience for the entire family! Ashley was an excellent guide and she helped us spot several gators, a family of monkeys, fish, birds and a snake! It was so fun and felt very safe. Highly recommend seeing the beauty of Silver Springs on a kayak.

I’m not going to lie we was nervous at first but the person who checked in was so cool he even let us hold the alligator and take pictures, he even gave us history about the waters and alligators and their upbringing it was very fascinating, to be honest I loved it. My daughter was really nervous but he made sure to make her feel very good and calmed her and she held the alligator that was really cool as well, I give this place 10 stars, also that boat was so loud but I still enjoyed it

My husband and I were in Orlando celebrating our anniversary. We decided to go for a helicopter tour. This was both of our first time ever on a helicopter. Quinton was our pilot and he made it very enjoyable and fun. He has a great sense of humor and answered our questions very well. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone who has never been on helicopter. The views from the sky were incredible and it also started to rain which made it even more amazing .

Airboat ride was fun. We got to see a bunch of different birds and four alligators on our ride. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Along with the airboats they have mini highland cows you can go into a pen with and feed and pet them. We had fun the whole time.
