Clearwater Beach is beautiful! We saw a 3 dolphins at the beach. Clean public bathrooms are available at the beach.
Dolphin excursion was very good, 25 dolphins. Very nice boat ride. Beverages pop and alcohol available for purchase on boat ride.
Lunch option didn't work for me because food allergies. I gave voucher to another couple who didn't purchase it with there trip.
Maurici was a great guide. He explained and answered everyone questions. Excellent driver, very heavy traffic to and from Clearwater Beach.
Please remember to tip your staff, they definitely deserve it. Tips can be charged.

The round trip transportation is nice but it’s not worth it. The driver was nice but you spend more time in the van than you do on the beach. We spent 1 hour in backed up traffic going which changed our arrival time from 9 to 1015 and it took time away from our actual beach time. We had to be back on the van at 345 and we didn’t get back to the drop off until after 7 because of traffic!! Next time, I’ll just stay in Tampa (much closer) so I’ll have actual time to enjoy the beach. We did a dolphin sightseeing tour and that started at 1045 and lasted until 1230 so we only got to spend 2hrs on the beach before it rained us out. Now the dolphin tour was nice. They took us out to the Gulf of Mexico and we saw many dolphins! I have great videos. But keep in mind that the boat trip you purchase may not be the boat you get on. All in all, I wouldn’t do it again. I hated spending all that time in the van stuck in traffic and feeling rushed.

Easy pick up at a hotel . Communication about the event was clear and questions answered in a timely manor. The only thing I would recommend is that u ask guests to use headphone when listening to their devices or on a phone call while traveling in the van/bus. So We don’t have to listen to several different conversations and videos in addition to the radio.

A lot of traffic in/out. Bathroom stop should be offered. But it was very nice and our driver was informative and punctual. It was just the right amount of time for a beach day.

Easy trip the driver makes sure you know exactly what to do and where to be. Pick up spots both ways are easy to find. Our driver Joe was very kind and friendly and made the trip go faster with stories about the area. Beautiful Beach, great food and shopping what more can you ask for.

Pick up time was 8AM according to booking. However this was changed last minute to 7.15. We rushed to pick up point and arrived 7.18 after getting in touch to say we were on our way. He responded with how long are you going to be, then the bus pullied away immediately. We started shouting at the bus and waving our hands and he turned round and picked us up.
When we arrived at the next pick up point, they waited 10 min for people to arrive. So why they decided to leave us after 2 min is a disgrace. When leaving tampa, not everyone was on the bus, no head count had been completed, 2 people were missing but the bus pulled away , I believe the tour guide was called Maurico who relied heavily on the driver and was asleep for most of the journey. Very little interaction from him.

The trip to Clearwater was great. I chose the package with the food voucher to Crabbys and the dolphin experience boat ride.
Crabbys is an excellent place to eat with great food and a spectacular view of the water, especially from the third floor!
The dolphin encounter was fun and even though it was too windy to go out in the gulf they found dolphins in the bay. The thing that could make that better would be to do that first as soon as you get there.
The beach time was beautiful!
Only reason given a 4 star instead of 5 was the speaker in the bus broke so Kevin couldn't tell us anything about when we got there so felt lost getting off bus and didn't know anything about the area.
Also, no one's fault but it took almost 4 hours to get back because of horrible stand still traffic.
Kevin was a good guide, wish we could have been able to have him talk to us on the bus and give info. Maybe invest in those little back up speakers that are hand held.

Coming from Vancouver, BC. This was the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. A slice of paradise! The sand is like velvet. The water temp is warm. Rentals readily available. Ice cream, iced coffee, souvenir shops close at hand. A must visit to relax and enjoy Florida’s coast!

It was the worst tour I have ever taken. The bus broke down one hour after we started. It took 40-45 minutes to fix it. We were stuck on the road that time. Did they not do proper maintenance?
In Clearwater the weather was horrible. Continuous rain and strong winds from time to time. I cannot blame the tour operator for the weather; they cannot control it, Did they check the weather forecast before the tour? There needs to be a back up plan when the weather turns nasty. This must be a frequent occurrence in this part of the country. The dolphin activity was canceled for a good reason - safety. We did receive refund for that part l
We were stuck in very bad weather,with nothing to do for several hours. I had to figure out what to do. I went from store to store, mainly for shelter, with no interest in the products. I went to Starbucks, DunkinDonuts, a small shop near the beach, to get a comfortable place for sometime. It was hard to find a dry bench. I had looked forward to spending some relaxing time on a beautiful beach. Instead it was a very stressful time.
I don't blame the tour operator for the weather but I believe there should be a backup plan. The bus dropped us at a point and we were on our own to battle the rain and wind. I was wet when were boarded the return bus at 4:15pm, but they did not turn on heat, eventhough I asked for it. They used AC instead. I was cold the whole time.
It was a total waste of time and money for me.

Loved seeing the baby dolphines on the cruise upgrade. The Grand Wyndom Resort near Pier 60 has a fabulous weekday morning breakfast buffet... everything you would want and eat as much as you like. It only cost me $31.00...WOW! The bus Viator tourguide was so helpful and gave us lots of great tips. Thankyou Viator. I will be signing up for other tours in the future for sure. Humbly, KC

We arrived for our tour 40 minutes early. I texted to the app chat to make sure we were in the right place for pick up. I was told we were.
A few minutes later we were told to go to another part of ICON park for pick up. We ran over there and the bus pulling up there was going to Kennedy Space Center. The guide told us to wait there and our bus was running late. I then got a text to go back to the original spot in ICON park. We ran back over there and there was no bus for Clearwater Beach.
I receive a text saying they had been waiting for us in the original spot and the bus had left. We were VERY disappointed. I am not sure why I was told to be at two different places for pickup. Ridiculous.
This was the only tour day we could do. They offered for us another tour in 2 days, but we would be flying home at that time. They refunded the basic fee (which is the bare bones minimum they could do in my mind.) I had greatly been looking forward to the Clearwater Beach and it was ruined by the miscommunication/wrong communication about location pick up.
I would like to be compensated more for ruining the day I was looking forward to the most of my vacation.
I would not recommend this company. Such a disappointment. I hope this does happen to anyone else.

Both the driver and the guide were excellent.
Our guide was informative, and amusing.
Our only disappointment was with a group of very loud guests picked up from Charlie's , who were very vulgar, who found it nevessary to shout about what they wanted from men, discussing their lady biits etc and constantly swore, shouting curse words whilst chatting amongst themselves. This ended with another guest getting into an argument with them, even when the your guide asked them to quiet down, it made littke difference. There were a few children on the coach, and I really believe that the guide could have dealt with these people better. It ruined the journey home.

Very enjoyable. We had a safe ride back ver and back, although the traffic impact made the ride longer than expected. Clearwater Beach was beautiful and the Streamers Speedboat ride was wonderful!

The tour operator and bus driver were great. We ordered the package with deepsea fishing and were told at the boat that it was not going to happen due to the weather. The part that I have a problem with was when the boat guy stated that the company was contacted the day before that we were not going to be fishing. Viator company did not communicate this with us even though they were informed prior. I was granted a refund only for the fishing. I did not get a full one as I requested due to lunch and bus transport.. They withheld details to get my money and had me go on a trip without promised items they knew werent going to happen. Its either poor communication or shady business, both are bad I don’t trust the company and will delete the viator app.

100% recommend this trip. Clearwater is one of the best beaches I have visited it is truly stunning. I also recommend the boat with dolphin encounter- it was truly incredible! The dolphins were jumping out of the water and the whole journey was lovely. You get a $20 voucher for the Crabbys restaurant on the dockside and I recommend sitting on the 3rd floor as the views are beautiful!
A huge thank you to Oscar he was a great driver, very friendly, offered if you needed the rest room to let him know during the couple of hours ride.

Fun fun fun......will do this again.....no driving sit back relax and enjoy! A full day of fun. With a place to change clothes and rent cabanas. And last but not least visit hulk hogan's store and bar.

Had a great day! Booked for The Screamer boat but not running due to being maintained so was offered Dolphin Encounter instead which I willingly accepted. Saw lots of dolphins and not too many on this boat trip or the comfortable minibus down to Clearwater. Weather not great but not controllable lol and Crabbys Dockside for lunch was good as it always is. Great trip.

While swimming a dolphin swam passed me in the waves, brilliant. Also I went out pier 60, only cost a dollar, and saw a dolphin swim around the end, possibly same dolphin, walked around the shops and had a lovely meal across the road from pier 60 great fish tacos. Great driver Oscar gave us great info and gave us a rest stop in both directions badly needed.

I like the bus trip so that my husband could relax and not drive for two hours to the beach. My grandson is tall and was not cramped. We all took a nap on the bus. Annetta was our guide and educated us about Florida that we didn’t know about.

We spent the day at the beach, and it was great. Water is warm, white sand and clean. We rented chairs and a cabana for 45 dol and was worth it, since traveling with kids.
Traffick on our way back to Orlando was heavy, but our bus driver was patient with no sudden stops, ideal just to sit back and sleep. We sat in the back of the bus and we couldnt really hear what the guide was saying since the AC was too loud, but other than that I would reccomend this trip to the beach 100%.
