Sean was a great tour...
Sean was a great tour leader. He gave a very moving story of the events of 9/11 that added a personal touch of the events of that day. I would highly recommend this tour. Also, add the visit to the One World observatory. The views were magnificent!

Be persistent!
FYI if you get the All-Inclusive package…make sure you know EACH ticket holder has $15 to spend at the cafe, restaurant or gift shop. Nobody seemed to know how we were supposed to be able to use it. We had some employees say we needed a barcode, which we did not receive…I was persistent and they finally scanned our actual ticket and that worked. $45 was a lot to just “leave” when we paid for it. It was perfect to go at 10:00am…extremely light crowds even with it being spring break. Great views.

Great tour
Jimmy was great! Loved the tour before the museum and observatory. It was insightful to hear of his personal experiences.
