Excellent for transfers and touring.

We used D&D Travelling Sorrento for transfers both ways between Naples train station and our hotel in Sorrento as well as a day touring the Amalfi coast. We were fortunate to have Rosario as our driver all 3 days as he is an excellent driver, professional, on time, kind and interactive. D&D Travelling management had clear communication and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Fantastic trip!

We had such a great time on this trip! Michele greeted us at the port for the first part and then we had Marcella on the island. Both guides were great! We were given great information about the island and surrounding area and very clear instructions to help us navigate through the day. We couldn't see the Blue Grotto because of the weather, but the alternate boat ride around the island was fantastic. Marcella made sure we got to see everything we wanted and still make it back to our cruise ship on time. We truly appreciate the extra care and effort taken to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Our tour today was taken by Vinnie, who was fantastic. He looked after us and was lots of fun. Before we left he gave us the option to skip Sorrento (and its traffic) and instead do a boat tour in Amalfi to see the view from the water (totally worth it) due to the change we also went to Ravello. Positano there are lots of little shops for souvenirs and clothing. Very expensive. Amalfi town we only were there for 30 mins due to the tour but was a great little town. Ravello was smaller again. We definitely could have spent more time in Positano and Amalfi but we did have enough. Making the change to do the boat was totally worth it.

What a day to remember!

You could spend a full day at each of these sites, but with our limited time, we were still able to experience a great overview of each location. Our tour guide, Luigi, and our driver, Andrea, were wonderful. One important thing to be aware of is that the Pompeii tour must be paid for separately ahead of time, and this portion was not guided.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guides, Flora, Ana, and Maurizio. From start to finish, they made our trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii truly unforgettable. Ana brought incredible knowledge and passion, especially when guiding us through Pompeii—she made history come alive in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. Maurizio was fantastic behind the wheel, navigating the winding roads of the Amalfi Coast with ease while sharing local insights and hidden gems we would have never discovered on our own. Very interesting tour with a qualified guide

During this tour our guide, Frankie, told us about the history of Pompei, the eruption of Vesuvius in the year 79 (and other eruptions), and the consequences. Frankie also explained the daily lifes of Pompei’s inhabitants, hierarchies, enginering of the Romans, gossips and other funny aspects of the community. He answered all the questions the group members asked, he was patient and agreable and guided us through the site with a perfect rythm. Frankie is an extremely qualified guide and his English is remarkably good. The transfer was confortable. I had understood that a bottle of water was included, so I didn’t bring any, but we didn’t get any water.

Great coastal tour

Our tour of the Amalfi Coast was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Armando was the perfect driver and guide! He was professional, personable, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. His knowledge of the area was impressive; he shared rich historical context and fascinating local insights throughout the drive, which made every stop more meaningful. One of the highlights was our time in Pompeii. The ruins tour was incredibly well done, and the lunch there was outstanding authentic, relaxing, and a wonderful break in the day. We also loved stopping in Sorrento which was charming and beautiful, with just the right amount of time to explore and enjoy the atmosphere. The entire experience felt seamless and thoughtfully curated. Armando’s combination of deep regional knowledge, professionalism, and warm personality truly elevated the tour. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to see the Amalfi Coast in a memorable and enriching way.

Great visit to Pompeii and cool to see the crater at Mt. Vesuvius.

Flora was a great operator. She was early to the meeting point and communicated very well about our meeting time off our cruise ship. The driver and Flora made absoute sure we were back to the ship on time without any issues. It was hard to understand the tour guide at pompeii, but the guide is from the pompeii so I do't believe the operator could control the different guides. Lunch was generous and delicious: a variety of apps, pasta and dessert and an included choice of beverage. be aware there are no restrooms at Mt Vesuvius but they do at the bar at the bottom. You just need to purchase something to use the restroom. Great tour and would recommend off of pompeii.

Fun rainy day at Positano, Sorrento, and Ravello

My wife, two friends, and I took this trip in late November, so we knew it could be rainy. It did end up raining on and off throughout the day, but John Luca still provided an amazing tour. Ravello was our favorite stop. The rain cleared up, and we got amazing views of the mountains and sea around Ravello from the top of Villa Rufolo. We highly recommend this tour and John Luca.

Francesca was an excellent tour guide. Though we came to see the Veiled Christ, which is simply exquisite, and there are no words to truly describe it, this tiny Chapel has so much more, there is so much more to the story. No photos allowed inside the chapel.

Best tour ever!!!

Beautiful and breathtaking experience. Tiziana, our tour guide met us at the described location. We travelled in the ferry to Capri and from there took a bus to the Blue Grotto which were fortunately open that day and then to the lifts in AnaCapri. Tiziana is the best tour guide ever and I look forward to taking another tour with her in the future.
