Our guide gave us a special day visiting 3 towns along the coast. He dropped us off and let us explore on our own. There’s plenty of shops, restaurants, and most importantly beautiful scenery to enjoy. Lots of time is spent in the van traveling on winding congested roads. Our guide had interesting tidbits about the area. It was a group of 6 tourists. I’d recommend the tour.

Day of beautiful sights and the driver was so good at all those sharpe turns in a small bus. The day made my whole two week holiday!! Loved it!!
It was a wonderful tour. Great job being organized and well planned. Definitely would recommend this if you're coming in off a cruise. They made sure we were back in time. We had a wonderful time. 😊
I only had a day to spare and wanted to see the Amalfi coast while I was in Italy and this was the perfect way to see it. Mary shared so much history with us during the drives and was very engaging with the tour group. I had plenty of time in each town to shop and pick up souvenirs. Highly recommend this tour and Mary, if you can request her.
The tour guide, Ghazal, was very personable and quite a problem solver when a fire in Positano caused a road closure. The ferry ride was an unexpected bonus.
Had a lovely well organised day despite some (out of anyone control) obstacles.

Awesome trip. This was a great excursion to see all the important places with one trip and it was very easy to go around.
If you have only a day to cover Amalfi coast / sorrento and positano this is a good base. Most of the participants are from the cruise, we started a bit late & have to be back on the port before their ship leaves. .This is just basically checking the facade of the areas. Our guide is a good driver & efficient . Went to important areas. But if you want to spend longer time in one place probably this is not for you.
To see Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi was definitely a dream come true. So happy we booked this tour. Our guide Felix was amazing, he contacted us the day before (via WhatsApp) to confirm details for the next day. We were transported in a very comfortable van with AC, he explained things as we went along and gave us plenty of time within each city to explore and agreed on what time to meet to leave. Excellent service.
My experience was Great, my Wife and I got to see some Historic sights, take some pictures and walk through the towns . Our driver was patient and explained to us a lot about the culture and famous people in each city. He even provided so cold water to help us to stay hydrated. He was very Professional. We had enough time to shop, and grab a bite to eat. The boat ride was Awesome, we wished we had more time on it. So overall it was well worth the money spent. We enjoyed it.

Bryan was a fantastic driver and guide. He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He was an amazing driver and a master of the very winding and narrow lanes.
Our guide and driver Brian was so nice. He was full of energy and well spoken. Very polite and considerate with my mother in law. He would insist on helping her get in/out of the car. We visited many beautiful places. Lots of windy roads but overall an excellent experience.
The trip was not as good as expected. Since a cruise ship was not in town, they merged us with another group. We were 8 people in a small van. We never went to Sorrento as the road was closed. The boat trip was late and we decided not to do this portion. One of the people on our tour got injured on the boat. In sum, the tour was rushed, delayed, rerouted, and crowded.
Our tour guide was amazing! He was knowledgeable and made sure we would get back to our ship in plenty of time.
Luca was an outstanding guide who provided us a great experience in the Amalfi Coast region. Highly recommended.
Our tour guide Cesar was very friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up right after getting off the ship on the port. He gave us sufficient time and information to explore the three stops. I definitely recommend him and this tour.
Good communication, fair price. Excellent driver negotiating the challenging roads to Almafi. He also went out of his way to help me with my foldable wheelchair and helping me get in the van. I would recommend not trying to see all 4 locations in one tour.... rather focus on Sorrento/Positano and another tour with more time for Almafi/Ravello. Otherwise its only an hour at each location and a bit rushed especially at Positano hence the 4 not 5 stars. Ensure you understand exactly where meeting location is at the Port and show up early as this is a very tight schedule.
It was great to see the different areas but maybe this is a bit much to try and accomplish in one day. Each stop felt rushed and we didn't have much time to explore. Other than that is was a very nice day.

Booked this tour on a public holiday in Italy (unknown at time of booking) & tour operator was going to cancel due to low numbers. But as we were unable to rebook due to other travel commitments, the tour operator allowed tour to proceed.
Our tour guide Alessio was fabulous, even though we were a small group he made the day exciting. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on what to see & where to eat.

Good service were greeted at the terminal in Naples - our guide Georgia met us and brought us to bus with driver Rafaela - drove three downtown Naples to Sorrento had an hour to tour around- then on to Positano glad I wasn’t driving Rafaela did an amazing job navigating the hilly winding roads through there and on to Amalfi- Georgia kept us updated with history of the area - we had ample time on tour which lasted approximately 9 hours

Tour was good….to much driving……driver and tour guide did great getting us back on time with so much traffic
We hired a tour for our group of 9 ladies, supposed to have been on mini bus that would accommodate the entire group. When we arrived at the port there were 2 vans instead of the bus, so the group had to be separated and 2 of the ladies ended up with strangers ruining the experience for the group, but particularly for them. No notice was given of the change and there was no option but to accept their set up. We had reserved this tour months in advance for the group. I expect the group, particularly the 2 ladies left on their own with strangers, to be compensated for the disappointing experience.
Unacceptable that viator sends vehicle with not enough seats and expect you to sit in child seat and won’t provide any customer service to fix the problem.

However, we must correct several inaccurate statements to ensure a truthful account of what actually happened.
You initially contacted us requesting a full refund, stating that you “did not like the vehicle.” Despite this, you chose to begin and continue the tour as scheduled, while simultaneously expecting a full refund.
Regarding the vehicle, the service is operated with a Mercedes-Benz Viano, a premium minivan that fully complies with all capacity, safety, and service standards described at the time of booking.
Immediately after your refund request was refused, you submitted a second claim stating that the driver never showed up. This is even more contradictory considering that, just moments earlier, you had already requested a refund while inside the vehicle, on the way to the first stop. You were clearly present on the tour, and you even took a smiling photo with our driver—further confirming your participation.
Despite the above, and in good faith, we still offered you the option to leave the tour with a full refund. You declined this option and chose to continue participating in the service while repeatedly requesting reimbursement.
We would also like to call the attention of other operators and partners to the unfortunate reality that situations like this do occur. There are cases where individuals attempt to secure refunds from the very beginning, without allowing the service to unfold, by presenting changing or unfounded claims. This behavior does not reflect the actual quality or delivery of the service.
We regret that, instead of enjoying the tour, you chose to focus on submitting complaints while actively participating.
We stand by the quality and accuracy of the service provided and remain committed to delivering professional and reliable experiences to all our guests.

The office made sure to personalize the experience so we could be picked up as close to our lodgings as possible. Our guide, Enzo, couldn't be more amicable and amazing. I travelled with my mom and my aunt who has trouble moving around and Enzo was on top of the situation, always extra attentive and with the best attitude possible, I couldn't be more grateful. The views of the places we went were magical! Would return 100%
Listen to the times of returning to the car. Boat trip around Amalfi was excellent and highly recommended. Enzo our guide was not only helpful, informative and an amazing driver through the chaos on the roads to Almafi and Sorrento, but lovely to chat with .
Our driver, Caesar, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made it very easy to understand where to meet at each stop and gave good recommendations for things to see at each stop. During the drives, he pointed out interesting things and told the history of towns and points of interest. The ride is a bit nerve wracking at some points, with lots of twisty, curvy roads, but Caesar handled them easily and kept everyone in good spirits with his stories and happy music. We enjoyed the trip very much!
