Our driver, Eugene, was more than fantastic! We had only a short time in port while on a cruise ship and he took us to the town of Ravello. There we enjoyed a wonderful meal with amazing views and had some free time. Eugene was informational and funny and we had the best time with him. I would recommend this to anyone!

I am leaving mixed reviews: We did not connect with the guide until 25 min. after our designated time to meet. He was not standing in the area where the other guides were, only nearby, so although we kept looking for him, we could not find him. He did send a picture of himself so we could identify him via Whatsapp but I did not get the message until after we left the cruise ship (at which point I did not have internet connection). Also, when we did connect with him, the signage on the tablet was dark so I wasn't able to see my name. Although this private tour included an hour in Positano, we were only allowed to view it from above. The reason given was that there was construction there and it would take a 1/2 hour to walk down to the town (walk down????). This was disappointing and I felt we should have been told ahead of time about that development. The guide himself was personable and did stop at places along the Amalfi Coast for breathtaking pictures. He talked about Napoli which was engaging and informative. We had also paid extra for a different private guide at Pompeii which was fantastic which made up for the earlier debacles. For the cost of this tour, I can only give a 3 star review based on the above events.

We are truly sorry to read that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, especially because this is the first time we have received this kind of review, and we take it very seriously. Regarding the meeting at the Naples cruise port, I would like to clarify that I personally contacted you in the days before the tour and again the day before, providing all the necessary instructions to find the meeting point. We always do this because we understand that, for guests arriving in Naples for the first time, the cruise terminal can feel confusing and very busy. The meeting point itself is actually very easy to reach, less than one minute on foot from the cruise ship exit, but when several ships are docked at the same time there can be hundreds of people in the same area — sometimes 300, 400 or even 500 people, including drivers, guides, tour leaders and guests. For this reason, I sent you precise instructions and photos via WhatsApp, to make the meeting as smooth as possible. Our driver was already there well before the scheduled pick-up time, as is our standard practice. We always arrive early — usually about 30 minutes in advance — precisely to avoid any possible issues. When you contacted me saying that you could not find the driver, I replied immediately, confirming that the driver was already there and waiting for you. I also contacted him right away and asked him to look for you as well. Shortly after that, you found each other. My response was immediate because, every morning during the cruise pick-up window, especially between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, I keep my phone in my hand and stay fully available to assist any client who may have difficulty finding the driver. We are sorry that the meeting took longer than expected, but the driver was present, I answered immediately, and we helped resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Regarding Positano, we believe there may have been a misunderstanding. What the driver was trying to explain is that the center of Positano is 100% pedestrian. All vehicles are required to stop in the designated parking/drop-off areas, and from there guests must walk down into the village. To reach the center and the beach area, there are steep roads and many stairs to go down, and then of course the same distance has to be walked back uphill to return to the vehicle. Usually, it takes about 15 minutes to walk down and around 20 minutes to walk back up to the area where drivers are allowed to wait. This is not a decision made by us or by the driver: it is simply how Positano works, because the historic center is pedestrian. When you were informed about this, our understanding is that you preferred not to do that walk. For this reason, the driver offered to adjust the time originally planned for Positano and convert it into additional scenic driving and more time in Sorrento, which is a more modern and flatter town, much easier and more comfortable to walk around. The driver’s role is also to manage the timing carefully, especially for cruise passengers, because getting back to the port of Naples on time is always our top priority. The driver you had, Eugenio, is one of our most experienced and appreciated drivers, with many excellent reviews from past guests. He always tries to balance the itinerary, the traffic, the safety of the schedule and the comfort of the guests. Sometimes these decisions are made to protect the overall experience and, most importantly, to avoid any risk of being delayed on the return to the ship. We are very glad to know that you enjoyed the Amalfi Coast views, the photo stops, the information about Naples, and especially the private guide in Pompeii. I booked this experience not knowing what to expect, but it was truly excellent. Eugenio, our driver and tour guide, was knowledgeable, courteous, and funny. It was a rainy day at first but he made the best of it. We drove from Naples to positano, sorrento, and Pompeii and back to Naples. The restaurant recommended by Eugenio in Sorrento was beautiful and the food was delicious. We could have stayed a day in each location but it was enough to get a taste of the cities and want to return. Would highly recommend this and Eugenio!

My parents, my almost 10 year old niece and I used this company for a private tour from Naples to Positano, Sorrento, and Pompeii. Our day was absolutely exceptional with both our driver, Diego, and our Pompeii guide, Marcello, who the company set us up with! They were both awesome! They both really exceeded my expectations! All of us said how wonderful they were! Diego, our driver, was so friendly, funny, and accommodating, and really ensured we had the best day! He even went out and got us schviadel while we were in our Pompeii tour. Marcello, our Pompeii guide, did a phenomenal job showing us around Pompeii, and accommodated my mom who doesn’t get around as fast as the rest of us. This tour was amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. This company truly cares about giving you the best experience possible. Our guide Eugenio was extremely professional, knowledgeable, funny, and kind! We had an issue come up during our tour and he went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. The tour of the Amalfi coast, Positano, Sorrento, and Pompeii is perfect for those who only have a few days in the region. We felt as though we got just enough of a taste of what these places are like. I'd honestly give this tour a perfect rating.

El tour nos encanto. A pesar del corto tiempo que teniamos para hacer el recorrido, debido a que el crucero solo estaria en el puerto unas pocas horas, nuestra conductora Maria organizo el tiempo de tal forma que conocimos la costa Amalfitana, e hicimos una parada en el hermoso pueblo de Amalfi; para luego dirigirnos a Pompeya, que era otro lugar que no queriamos dejar de conocer. Ademas, nuestra guia privada en Pompeya, Maria, nos encanto; la pasion con la que nos transmitio la historia y los eventos ocurridos en ese entonces, nos hacia imaginar lo que estaba ocurriendo en el momento de la tragedia. Tambien debemos agradecer al Sr Mario, quien estuvo en contacto con nosotros todo el tiempo, pendiente de que tuvieramos la mejor experiencia al conocer esta hermosa region. Sin duda es un tour muy recomendable, y con gusto volveriamos a utilizar sus servicios. We loved the tour. Despite the short time we had to complete the tour, as the cruise ship would only be in port for a few hours, our driver, Maria, organized our time so that we could explore the Amalfi Coast and make a stop in the beautiful town of Amalfi. We then headed to Pompeii, which was another place we didn't want to miss. Furthermore, our private guide in Pompeii, Maria, enchanted us; the passion with which she conveyed the history and events that occurred at the time made us imagine what was happening at the time of the tragedy. We must also thank Mr. Mario, who was in contact with us the entire time, ensuring that we had the best experience while exploring this beautiful region. It is definitely a highly recommended tour, and we would gladly use their services again.

Mario was amazing! He did a great job, he was very informative and knowledgeable. Giovanna was awesome taking us around Pompeii. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They are both very personable and we enjoyed our time with them as much as we enjoyed our tours. We went to Sorrento & Positano in the morning. Mario stopped for some great photo ops for us. We also stopped at a roadside lemon stand and had a fresh lemon sorbet, which was DELICIOUS!!! Pompeii was so interesting, lots of history there. It was a great tour!!!

First of all, Mario, the person I dealt with to book and prepare for the tour is the absolute best! He is very thorough and went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged and even handled the tickets for Pompeii. I did not have to worry about anything as he had it covered. We were 3 adults and 3 kids and our tour was on Easter and Mario surprised the kids with giant Chocolate Easter eggs...how special and considerate. Mario also arranged a guide for Pompeii, Giovanna, and she was superb and catered specifically to our group ensuring we all had a great tour and were comfortable throughout. Finally, Eugene was with us for the day driving us, and showed us the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento, and took us to a small Olive Oil store/factory when we expressed interest in olives. He was a star and we felt completely safe with him behind the wheel. Anyway, I very much rely on reviews when booking tours but rarely write them myself. In this case, I knew I must write a review as this company is stellar and will make your time in Naples the absolute best. No worries at all when booking with this group.

Don't let the weather forecast stop you

We almost canceled our tour because the forecast was 85%chance of rain. We are so glad we didn't cancel! The rain was only intermittent and didn't interrupt our tour at all. The sun was shining by mid morning. Alex was a wonderful guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so patient with the driving. We would not have been able to navigate the roads without him. Positano and Sorrento were lovely and we also took an incredible walk through the ruins at Herculaneum. Alex was easy to communicate with. He was always on time, waiting for us at the designated spots. Highly recommend a private tour with Alex! We had a memorable and enjoyable day.

Our Amalfi Coast driver Eugene was amazing. Informative, patient and funny! He picked us up seamlessly at the Naples train station and got us back there with a little time to spare for our trip back to Rome. The tour company reached out via Whatsapp and worked out any details before hand. We highly recommend this tour.

We had the absolute best day with Alessandro! He was super knowledgeable and fun to listen to. He stopped and let us take pictures where it was beautiful and suggested places to eat and things to do which were all fabulous. I loved getting to know him and hear about his family life and what it’s like to live in Italy. The van was excellent, clean and comfortable. Worth every penny. People in this part of Italy are so kind. Our driver should get a huge fat raise for making this the best day on our tour of Italy. Thanks again!!!

Great tour and driver for a Pompei, Amalfi Coast tour!

Our travel with Mario (the arranger) and Alex (the tour guide and driver) were excellent! We traveled to Pompei, Amalfi and Positano from Sorrento. Tour lasted from 8am until 4:30pm.

A very nice private experience except for the Pompeii guide

I would have given 5 stars except that we did not like our guide at Pompeii. She was more like a school teacher taking us on a field trip. Was not funny nor engaging. We loved our guides and drivers who took us to Positano and Sorrento and drove us to Pompeii. This day trip was perfect to cover all 3 tourist spots. We had ample free time and at the same time the drivers/ guides explained to us all we needed to know about Italian culture and history and where we were headed to. Our drivers/guides were Mario and Alexandro and I would rate both of them 5 stars.
