This tour was the highlight of my Italy trip. Capri and Anacapri were stunning, but our guide Michele made it truly special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate—bringing the island’s history and charm to life.
The boat tour around Capri was the perfect ending, with incredible views and crystal-clear water. Everything was well-organized and relaxed. Highly recommend—especially if you get Michele as your guide!

We were lucky to have no ques while visiting the Blue Grotto. Perhaps our tour guide had us on a tight schedule on the Capri tour but it worked wonders. Island very scenic and touristy but wished we had abit more time to spend here.

We were a group of 21, so this is not a small group. Everything went good from the early meet, going to the Blue grotto and organizationally wise no objections. What they tell ypu along the way that you need to pay the rowers of the boat extra tip which is not mentioned anywhere. In addition, there is not enough free time to enjoy the towns on their own. We wanted to stroll Capri and visit the beach. It is rushed, you start at 8.05 in Napoli and you get there at 9h but the return boat already leaves at 16.30h. Overall, a good organization and experience but with kids it feels rushed.

Giorgio was a great guide! Easy trip from Naples to the island, and learned about about the history. We lucked out on weather and conditions and the Blue Grotto was incredible!

It was an incredible experience. Our guide, Tizianna, was one of the best we have ever had in our travels. She lives in the area and knows it well, and had shortcuts to get us to the things we wanted to do without long lines. Went to the blue grotto which was so beautiful. On the chairlifts to the top of Anacapri, gave us a lovely local restaurant recommendation, and allowed us to make a change to our schedule to take a boat ride around the island that was worth every euro. She got us back to our ferry in time to get us to our ship. ABsolutely perfect day for all 8 of us traveling together.

We had such a great time on this trip! Michele greeted us at the port for the first part and then we had Marcella on the island. Both guides were great! We were given great information about the island and surrounding area and very clear instructions to help us navigate through the day. We couldn't see the Blue Grotto because of the weather, but the alternate boat ride around the island was fantastic. Marcella made sure we got to see everything we wanted and still make it back to our cruise ship on time. We truly appreciate the extra care and effort taken to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

On the day we arrived the wether was over cast with rough seas so we did not see the grotto but we had a fantastic tour around the entire island instead. Our guide Giorgio was fantastic - very friendly and chatty with lots of info provided. We also had plenty of time to explore ourselves in both of the main stops and Giorgio made recommendations and directions of what to see. It was a beautiful day and we both really enjoyed it. It would be really difficult to self navigate on Capri so having a guide and transport is essential. Great day and Giorgio was fantastic! Thank you :)

Capri is sooo beautiful but I felt too much shopping time. We left the tour 2 hours early. However, you must see Capri and do the chairlift for the most Fantastic view you will ever see!!!!

Our day trip to Capri through Cioffi tours was the highlight of our entire vacation. Our tour guide, Michele, was very informative, pleasant, and ensured everyone had a great time. You could tell he was passionate about what he does and seemed well connected with the Island locals. There was so much packed in to the day and it all went seemless and never felt rushed either. High recommend. If there’s an option, definitely do a boat tour around the island exploring the caves!!

Our guide Teresa is very familiar with itinerary and she ensure we are able to catch the highlight of the tour, Blue Grotto. The time arrangement was perfect and we managed to cover all the places in the itinerary. We still have time to take the chairlift (own expense) to Mount Solaro.

Our guide Tiziana was absolutely amazing! She knows the island inside out and clearly has a lot of experience, which made the whole day run perfectly. Thanks to her knowledge and connections, we didn’t have to wait at all for the Blue Grotto — such a rare and incredible bonus!
Tiziana’s great relationships with local drivers meant everything went smoothly and on schedule. I really appreciated how she kept the group on time, gently reminding everyone to stick to the plan so we could make the most of our day.
Anacapri was beautiful, and she explained everything clearly — the same goes for Capri, where she guided us through the main spots and gave us helpful tips for exploring. Because we were ahead of schedule, she even arranged a private boat tour around the island, letting us see other sea caves and the Faraglioni rocks up close — a fantastic experience!
I also highly recommend taking the chairlift up to Mount Solaro for a breathtaking panoramic view of the island.
This tour is a bit on the expensive side, but honestly, for such a comfortable and worry-free experience, it’s absolutely worth it.

Very well organized tour. We saw the blue grotto, Capri, and Anacapri. Our timing was so good we also were offered a boat tour around the island for a very reasonable extra price. The tour guide Zitania was exceptional. Good sense of humor, very knowledgeable, easy to listen to, and worked hard to keep the group on track. A good mix of info and free time. We loved this tour!!!

We had Giorgio as our tour guide. He was fabulous! He was funny, informative and really showed us a great time - the perfect host! The area was under wind advisory, so the blue grotto wasn't an option, but that was fine - we saw so many other cool things! It was a nice balance of being on a tour but having some free time to roam and shop as we wanted. We stayed in Naples so it was nice to have this group meet us at the Naples ferry dock and send us back home that way - everything was super easy.

Our guide was wonderful and we had a beautiful day for exploring. It was colder than I expected and in October it is always a toss up about the weather so I was disappointed but not surprised the Blue Grotto was closed but the tour compensated us with tickets to the gardens and the tour around the islands was cold and wet but magnificent seeing coral cave and a green grotto. Thank you.

The Blue Grotto boat was really uncomfortable for someone with body issues. I was put in the front and was drenched and couldn't lie comfortably with my head, arms and legs in awkward positions so hated the whole thing. There was so much noise inside and I wanted peaceful silence to enjoy the atmosphere. It wasn't that, so don't expect anything but scary hurting chaotic cacophony. BUT Teresa the guide was great for the rest of the day.

Michele was great! The tour was very organized, instructions were clear, and we were able to return to the cruise ship on time. Michele was able to get our group to see the blue grotto and ride the chair lift. We had a fantastic time!

While the Blue Grotto was incredible I’m not sure that the long wait was worth it. The sea changed and we had difficulty getting into the boat. Also our boat person was very impatient and a fellow passenger hit his head on the rocks going into the cave. Beware if you go. We did not have enough time on the island because of the long wait. We ate a very good prefixed lunch at the Restaurant Atmosphere. Otherwise the Island was beautiful and our guide Tiziana was excellent. She looked out for everyone and gave us a lot of information about Capri. Go to Capri and decide for yourself if the wait to the Blue Grotto is worth it

Titzinia was fantastic!! She was efficient and was very helpful. The last boat trip around the island was great. She also manages to get the line at the blue grotto move a little faster when she realized they were not catering to the land group.

Our guide Michele was amazingly organised. He got us to do Chairlifts when the queue was short. Then we got to visit the Blue Grotto and done in 2 hours! Some were waiting for 3.5 hours. He was very humorous and smart. We had a wonderful day at Capri.
