This tour was the highlight of my Italy trip. Capri and Anacapri were stunning, but our guide Michele made it truly special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate—bringing the island’s history and charm to life.
The boat tour around Capri was the perfect ending, with incredible views and crystal-clear water. Everything was well-organized and relaxed. Highly recommend—especially if you get Michele as your guide!

This was a wonderful day trip!!! Stefanie was a fantastic guide who ensured we all had a great day and shared much of the islands history with us. We were lucky and got to go in the grotto. Definitely would do this again!

Overall, a very well organised day, especially by the tour guide - Teresa. She was superb and did all she could to help.
What was disappointing was that we went to Anacapri but not into Capri itself which was part of the trip!
The day was a little rushed - especially the blue grotto. We queued well over an hour which we were told (on the day) this wasn’t bad.
Overall, a little rushed. We struggled with the heat and hydration. Perhaps having some water on board the buses (even to buy) would’ve been appropriate.
Some improvements to the itinerary could be made to make the day run more smoothly.
Note - the blue grotto part is subject to the tide/water level on the day. There is always the risk of this being cancelled on the day due to high tides.

Your with Teresa was great! We first went to Annacapri because the Blue Grotto was closed in the morning, after a few hours we went to the Blue Grotto which was beautiful! Luckily the line was short so we had time afterwards to do the boat tour as well (25 euro per person).

We had a fabulous day in Capri. Georgio was the best! He was able to time our visit perfectly so we were able to do the chairlift, blue grotto and an island boat trip WITHOUT waiting! It was so beautiful and we were extremely lucky not to have to wait for any of the experiences, which is very rare. He was in contact with providers to make sure we went at the best time of day. We had free time in Anacapri and Capri old town too. It was so much fun. We had the best time. I would do it all again!

Much of this tour was just free time. We enjoyed the chair lift in Anacapri, but the rest of the day was just walking and shopping. We didn’t get to do the Blue Grotto due to wind. The boat trip instead was not all that interesting. This was a very expensive excursion, so we expected so much more. Very disappointing.

This was best trip I had while in Italy ( did 4 Viator tours over three cities) loved the island. Our guide Alberto, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, always fun, great personality, very helpful, and sings! We did chair lift, blue grotto, and boat ride around the island. Loved the small group experience. Kudoes to Alberto for really making this trip a delight!

The Small Group Tour itself from Naples to Blue Grotto, Anacapri and Capri was fantastic. We totally enjoyed it. Meeting up with the tour was a different story. We almost missed the tour because the instructions given for the meeting point was incorrect and confusing. Was told to meet just outside the main entrance of the port where a large sign reading Molo Beverello would be displayed on a wall. We never saw that. There was no signs, nothing when we exited the terminal. Kept asking different guides about Molo Beverello and they kept pointing to the left. We saw nothing. Kept walking a little ways and finally saw a building with Molo Beverello. Apparently Molo Beverello is the main company that operates the ferry terminal that travels back and forth to Capri. Wasn't told that. Still not sure if we were in the right place. We went inside the ferry terminal and never saw a guide holding sign that says "Capri and Blue Grotto" which our instructions stated. Needless to say the experience trying to find our group was horrible. For the price of this excursion, someone should meet those going on this tour right outside the main entrance of the cruise terminal with a sign. We should not have to run around all over the place trying to find our tour and asking people who don't even speak our language. We finally called the contact we were given and still had a difficult time getting through to anyone. We finally did reach someone who directed us where to meet there. Instructions given for meeting point was terrible. We almost gave up.

The meeting point is directly outside the main entrance of the ferry terminal which is called Molo Beverello, by the “Molo Beverello” sign on the wall, across from the castle, exactly as stated on the voucher.
Our guides are always present at the meeting point from 7:30 am to welcome guests, and thanks to the clear instructions provided, guests usually find the location without any issues. Additionally, an emergency contact number is included on your voucher, and our team is always reachable should any assistance be needed.
On the day of the tour, you were the only guest who experienced difficulty finding the meeting point. We attempted to contact you and were able to arrange for you to meet our guide shortly afterward.
For future reference, we kindly recommend reviewing the meeting point information on the voucher carefully and contacting the emergency number provided if any assistance is needed. This allows us to help immediately and ensure the best possible experience.

So the tour doesn’t offer you anything that you couldn’t do on your own. You take the same ferry to Capri like anybody else. You arrive there and are taken on a small crammed mini bus without AC at 95F to ANACAPRI. They just tell you what is there and how to get there. Pretty easy as it is small. You’re told to come back two hours later where you’re taken to the blue grotto. Spend two hours under the blazing sun the same as if you weren’t on a tour. Then you’re dropped off at the port and said to walk around or go to the beach and be back in 1 hour. You probably could do all of

Tiziana, our guide, was fantastic! However, the wait to enter the Blue Grotto was almost two hours, and it was scorching hot. I’m not sure if it was worth the time and effort.

Teresa was a terrific guide, and we were incredibly lucky that we didn't have to wait at all to enter the Blue Grotto. Teresa made sure that our group moved quickly getting off the ferry, and that allowed us to get onto the first bus and get out to the Blue Grotto before any crowds arrived. Less than 5 minutes after getting off the bus, we were on a boat entering the Blue Grotto. It was a truly wonderful experience. Because we were all able to see the Blue Grotto so quickly, we also were able to ride the Mount Solaro chairlift (again with some helpful know-how from Teresa to assist us getting through the line quickly), eat a nice lunch, do a little bit of shopping and wandering, and still have time to take a boat ride around the island to see the different coves and grottos and Faraglioni rocks. It was an unforgettable day and many many thanks to Teresa for making it happen!

If you only have one day and you want to see Capri, Anacapri, and the Blue Grotto, I cannot recommend this tour enough- especially if you are on a cruise out of Naples and need to be back on the ship at a certain time. Massimo is an incredible tour guide and it was very clear he has been doing this for a long time as he made the tour so smooth with his expertise and relationships with the Capri locals. He took all the stress away by giving us the game plan in how we will get back to the ship on time (before 5:30pm). We were fortunate to get to see the Blue Grotto, though of course there was about an hour wait as expected. Make sure to bring cash to tip your boat rower! The restaurant Massimo took us to was also very good- highly recommend the seafood pizza! Massimo also purchased chair lift tickets for us while we ate our lunch so that we would have time to do this- also highly recommend! Though it is a bit faster paced, this is what allowed us to make the most out of the one day we had in Naples.

This was a fantastic tour: Michele has curated the perfect itinerary and makes a lot of effort to ensure the day goes smoothly. If you want to see both Capri and Anacapri, have the option of riding the chairlift, visit to the Blue Grotto AND have time to explore both towns, then this is the tour for you.
We watched so many people in long queues for the local bus/taxis, this tour helps avoid all that waiting.
Our guide was also very knowledgeable of the area, and gave clear instructions on what to do and where to be. We packed a lot in for a day on the island all thanks to Michele!
Also, definitely follow his food recommendations as he knows his stuff. Our pasta lunch was sooooo gooood.

There is a shopping stop and access to the blue grotto is tide dependent. However, even if the blue grotto is closed, the boat ride around the island is very nice.

The tour was great and our Guide Michele was wonderful! He explained history and geography of Capri. He provided guidance and easy directions to allow us the most time to enjoy the island. Our guide, Michele, was absolutely fantastic. He orchestrated our events perfectly, strategically, so we had no line-waiting at all. He provided useful info to get the most out of our day. Although we did not get into the blue grotto, due to high seas, the Plan B boat ride around the island was beautiful. This was one of our favorite excursions in Italy.

Tiziana was the best tour guide. She is very knowlegable about Capri, and was determined to give us the best experience. Unfortunately the weather was not the best in the morning and she rearranged the whole day on a whim so we could make the most of it. The experience was the perfect mix of guided tours and free time. Throughout our jam packed day she reminded everyone to be mindful to be back at the meeting point on time, and made sure we were able to get ahead of the crowds. Don't be the person coming back late and ruining the experience for others. We took the 8:35 ferry there and a 16:30 ferry back. Would highly recommend if you only have a day to explore Capri, and don't want to deal with the hassle of coordinating yourself.
I would not book this tour if you are set on soley going to the blue grotto. Most times the grotto is not open due to choppy seas so you should check conditions the morning of, and then book. There was a plan B arranged for us which was a boat tour around Capri including getting upclose to Faraglioni which was a great alternative.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Teresa was absolutely wonderful and made our trip from Naples to Capri feel seamless and stress-free from start to finish.
One of the highlights was being able to visit the Blue Grotto, which we learned had only been accessible 3 of the previous 7 days due to conditions. Even better, we entered by land and had virtually no wait at all — especially impressive after hearing that lines can sometimes last 1–2 hours.
We also loved taking the chairlift to the top of the island, seeing the goats, and enjoying the incredible views and photo opportunities. Teresa gave us plenty of time to explore both Anacapri and Capri, and the entire day was very well organized.
At the end of the tour, we decided to add the optional boat tour around the island, and it was absolutely worth the extra 25 euros! We learned so much more about Capri, saw the Green Grotto and other beautiful sites along the coastline, and it ended the day perfectly.
Highly recommend this experience and especially Teresa as a guide!
