What are people saying about Miami

Better than a taxi ride.
This was enjoyable from the moment we were picked up at the cruise port. Our guide, Walker, was in communication with us from early in the morning until he arrived at the port.
The driving parts of the excursion were very interesting. The walking parts of the excursion were fascinating, including the spots to try some food items. The boat part of the excursion was fun, even if we had just come from a large cruise ship onto a small boat.
The airport drop-off was smooth.

Tasty Treats of SoBe
Come hungry this is a great.way to taste your way through South Beach. Maryam was an awesome guide who told us all about the history of the area and notable characters while we enjoyed different tastes of Miami. As a solo traveler, this was a great way to experience SoBe. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic Food
This was a fantastic tour! We had the chance to try beef empanadas, guava pastries, Cuban sandwich, and croquettes. The food was amazing and Ariel, our guide, was phenomenal. Always a great experience to learn about the community while trying food from the area as well. Highly recommend this tour!

Great Tour!
This was a great tour that gave insights into art deco and how it influenced, and was influenced by social trends. Barbara gave a great tour and was very knowledgeable about the architecture, but also grew up in Miami Beach and could talk about the evolution to the area from a personal perspective. We loved being able to go inside some of the hotels! Highly recommended!

Friendly gathering, great hosts
There’s a 45 minute boat ride there and back to a beautiful spot to kayak through the mangroves. Make sure to bring shoes that can get wet for a change of shoes. I used beach shoes. They have frosty water, so don’t worry about bringing some. It’s rather a small boat and during our trip it was a little crowded but fine. I met a really interesting woman who was a filmmaker, very friendly gathering and very great hosts.

Fun and informative tour of Wynwood neighborhood
This is a golf cart tour of the Wynwood neighborhood, and does not include the Wynwood indoor area. My guide was an artist himself, and was very enthusiastic about street art, graffiti, artists, painting techniques, and the history and norms that go along with them. He encouraged questions and gave me a fun and informative tour of the neighborhood. There were some very nice murals that were off the beaten path that I surely would have missed if I hadn’t had a guide. The neighborhood is big enough that you can’t really see all of it on foot so the buggy is the way to go. My guide was right on time; all the instructions and communications were clear. Highly recommend.

Great Ambiance and Excellent Customer Service
My wife and I recently took part in the Menace, Murder & Malice: Miami Ghost Tours by Miami Haunts. While our particular tour experience didn’t meet expectations, I want to highlight how professional and responsive the company was in addressing our concerns. Miami Haunts demonstrated integrity and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, offering clear communication. That level of accountability speaks volumes about a company that truly stands behind its product.
Despite the issues we encountered with our guide, the overall ambiance of the tour was captivating. The walk through the heart of South Beach at night offered a unique perspective of the city’s art deco architecture, glowing lights, and historic charm. The route itself was enjoyable, taking us past iconic landmarks like the Versace Mansion and The Betsy Hotel, and giving us the chance to explore parts of the neighborhood we might have otherwise missed.
The concept behind the tour is outstanding, blending Miami’s rich history with its mysterious legends and local folklore. Even with the setbacks during our evening, the potential of this experience is evident, and I believe most guests will find it both entertaining and informative when led by the right guide.
In the end, while our personal experience wasn’t ideal, Miami Haunts’ swift and professional response left a very positive impression. They treated us with courtesy, listened to our feedback, and resolved the issue quickly. For that reason, I can still recommend this company to others who want to experience the haunted side of Miami, knowing they are in the hands of a team that values customer satisfaction and stands behind their tours.

Good time!
Got to see a number of mansions and a few yachts as promised. We took the 8pm tour. Got to see the Miami lights at night, which was very beautiful, but hard to fully see some of the famous mansions because of the dark. I personally liked the lights over missing some of the mansions. It was also a bit cooler, compared to a day tour since we weren’t sitting in full sun the whole time. There is a shaded place to sit on the boat though. We sat on the bow and that offered a very nice view of everything. Fun atmosphere, as well. As we passed a famous singer’s mansion, they’d play a song from that person and you could sing along. We had a good time.

South Beach Tour
A great introduction to the Art Deco style of South Beach. Tour guide Damian is superb. He is an artist himself and a member of the local preservation society. You will leave better understanding the significance of the design elements of the art deco style. Damian also is very knowledgeable about culture and history. He also prepares a pocket sized map guide to key attractions in the area. It was very hot when we did the tour but the guide was considerate to bring us indoors and also provide cold water. I left with a greater appreciation for preservation.

Great tour! Noel was our...
Great tour! Noel was our guide and he provided a lot of really great insight while entertaining the adults, our 16 year olds and 8 year old. Unexpected stop was an Indian place (I forget the name) but it was a pleasant addition because it was delicious! The food stops were on point and the art was magnificent. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Tour!
Our Tour Guide Toni was awesome! She was kind, friendly, caring and well versed in all things Little Havana. We learned all kind of history about how the area came to be. We ate many different Cuban foods until we were so stuffed and took so many pictures because it is a haven for photo ops with art the artwork around the area. This tour was not too long and with several food stops it was very manageable. The sun was out but Toni kept us walking in the shade so she kept us as cool and comfortable as possible in Miami during the Summer heat. Loved this tour! I have toured with Viator all over the World and they continue to be dependable, respected and well priced. 5 stars!!!
