My husband, two daughters and I had the best time! Well organized and beautiful location. ATVing and riding the camels in the desert and along be beach respectively was breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Aleman and Dioney for their outstanding hosting. Highly recommend this excursion.

Actually really fun. Obviously super touristy experience but they did it pretty well. Some goats jumped between our convoy of ATVs out in the desert, and the camel trip was short but great. Don’t forget about the extra $60 due upon arrival. Cesar on the camel tour and tequila tasting was hilarious, he actually made my day.

Firstly, our guide, Pablo, was fantastic and does his job well! He gets 5 stars! The overall experience was not good. It is a money grab! They are not upfront about the process for pictures. We traveled with a group of 12 and not everyone wanted to buy the picture package and we were given no options ahead. I knew it would be expensive but never in my wildest thoughts would I have imagined it would cost $800 just for pictures. The rides were too short, 20 minutes for the camel ride and 25 minutes for ATV. The rides went in a circle and lacked any adventure. With the added $25 to enter the park, $35/atv and $80/pp for pictures we paid over $200 each! The time together as a family was priceless and not having photos to capture the experience would have been sad. That being said, the company should allow clients to take a few pictures with their own devices and not FORCE them to have only the option to purchase directly from them at a ridiculous premium. Run! There are better tours out there.

This tour was great! We did the combo (Camel, ATV, Tequila tasting, and buffett). Our tour guides, Erick and Daya, were awesome. The only thing I didn't like was that we were able to use our phones. Then, at the end charged a minimum of $159 for pics that were not great and not worth sharing to friends and family.

Great experience. Very affordable, It was hot but they do have a stand to buy “water or other goods”. We ordered all of our photos $289 USD but it was split amongst (6) people which was very affordable. The camels are very well taken care of and the experience was good. I wasn’t a big fan of the buffet but it was still nice. Tequila tasting was nice! I think this was worth it altogether. (Bring your license, extra $60 USD for the entrance and collision fee) ** All these details were mentioned before arriving** Please remember to read your Viator messages a day before because it will have your pickup time. The ride was 45+ min from Hotel Riu.

Because Viator provided inaccurate or insufficient information, we were not given a fair opportunity to attend. This is platform issue, not a traveler mistake. Don’t Do It, There Are Better Options

This excursion is a money grab. I attended the bundle deal that includes Atv+Camelback Riding+Tequila Tasting. I attended this excursion with two of my friends. They don’t allow you to have your phone so you can’t record any of your experience. The ATV experience was one of the worst. I literally felt like we were traveling in a large circle, no different terrains or views, just dust and desert. It lasted less than 20mins. The Camelback riding was really slow and boring. In my opinion. There’s nothing adventurous booking with Cabo adventurous. The turbine they advise you to wear while Camelback riding had an awful smell. The tequila tasting was nice. They gave four options and allowed us to continue to try them as often as we wanted. The food was like lunch food, un appealing, very bare minimum. It wasn’t the authentic Mexican food I was expecting. I literally only ate it because I knew I was gonna try the different tequila’s and I didn’t want to do it on an empty stomach. At the end of the excursion, the pictures are going to cost you at least $200-$300 even if you split it amongst the group it’s still super expensive. The only nice part about this excursion was meeting our tour guide Cesar. He was very upbeat and extremely kind. He did an amazing job but aside from him I would never book with this tour company again. If you’re looking for something boring and you want to spend a ton of money on pictures that look like you had fun even if you didn’t, be my guest and book them. This is just my honest review. It was subpar and unadventurous.

Regarding the use of personal devices, safety is the reason we ask guests not to carry phones during the camel ride, as both hands must remain on the saddle. Our professional photography service is in place to capture those moments, and its pricing also contributes to the care, maintenance, and enrichment of our camel family. That said, we hear your concerns about the cost and will take them into account as we continue reviewing this service. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to continue improving the experience for all our guests.

This was great read the email the day before you will have to be picked up in hour and 30 minutes before the actual scheduled time. When you get there, you will have to pay $60 fee for insurance/entry fee. Overall, this was a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and you got your moneys worth. They explain everything to you thoroughly in Spanish and in English. Diana and Alex were really great tour guides.

Prices Outrageous but experience worth it

Nelly and Juan were amazing! Only rated 4 stars because there is $65 USD entrance and insurance fee and $200 USD for photos. Not representative of the whole cost of this excursion. I knew this because of the reviews so I was prepared to pay the extra fees but I think they should be more transparent with pricing. Also $200 for photos is outrageous (per family mind you). There’s no need for these to be more than $100 and I guarantee more guests would purchase if they lowered the cost. Other than that, the camels and sire were gorgeous.

No where does it say you...

No where does it say you need to be at a pick up address a hour and a half early. Every where says the time of your adventure not the time you are expected to arrive. They send out one message unfortunately for me I didn’t see that message until the morning of the trip saying we needed to be at a pick up stop in the next 20 minutes and the only thing the lady had as a response was we can rebook you for a extra 15%. Very terrible experience with this company just make sure you read the email cause they don’t follow up in the days leading up to the event like every other excursion I’ve booked through Viator. But Viator customer service did make it right!!

Great Experience! Fun time on the ATVs and the camel ride. Camel ride isn't very comfy, but hey! You got to ride a camel! The photo package / drone video is a must, but that alone is $200! It is an expensive excursion.
