Please read before booking We have two packages: - Flight only - Complete package What are we gonna do? If you chose the package with transportation, we will pass you between 4:30 and 4:50 a.m., to arrive around 5:30 to Teotihuacan. Upon arrival you will enjoy coffee and cookies, followed by your registration. Balloon flight: approximately 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the weather; remember that the pilot only controls the ascent and descent). Upon landing, we will show you footage captured with professional drones and cameras. Great experience. We were lucky to have perfect weather and a skilled pilot who took us directly over the pyramids. The van picked us up at our Airbnb (which was not on their usual list of places) exactly on time. Check in was very well organized, breakfast afterwards was nice too, then plenty of time to explore the Teotihaucan site. No extraneous surprise visits to tourists trap vendors, etc. Pay a little extra and get a lot more. Highly recommend!

Definite Value-Add to Experience the Casa Azul.

The tour added so much more to our museum experience than if we had gone by ourselves. Daniel was a knowledgable guide passionate about the topic of Frida's life and art. We had a long discussion about her life in the courtyard of the Casa Azul before going into the museum. It felt a bit too long, but once we were inside the museum, I realized how much it added to our experience and brought Frida to life. We only had 6 people on the tour, so it was a manageable size, and we walked through the museum exhibits themselves on our own. For us, this was a nice balance of getting the benefits of a knowledgeable guide, with freedom to wander on your own.

The best part of my trip!

We had an amazing time at this trip. Our guides were extremely welcoming and helpful. They spoke both English and Spanish. The driver also picked us up right at our hotel. The staff took a lot of nice pictures of us in the hot air balloon as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits this city!

Let me say I was a little scare of booking the excursion, but it was all worth it. From the time you book to the time you leave the excursion the service is top tier. Communication is always there when you need it and on board communication is even better. The attention from the crew caught my attention helping you get in and out of the catamaran, keeping the drinks going (you just had to ask and in seconds your drink is there), the gentleman who was giving the instructions was also very clear, funny and gave you all the information needed. I will say go ahead and book it, I couldn’t recommend it even more it is worth every penny. I hope this is a good review as I look at reviews myself, trust me when I say they made the whole experience an even perfect one, they even reserved a gold cart for you while on your way to the island depending on how many are available.

Amazing Experience at Teotihuacán!

I did a tour today, April 13, to Teotihuacán with Angel leading and let me tell you, he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so much fascinating history with us, and he maintained a perfect pace throughout the entire day. Not only was he funny and engaging, but he was also very attentive and made sure that we didn't lose anyone in the group. Amazing - a must!

An amazing experience in CDMX. Pick up was at 4am and the drive was about 30/45 mins. Coffee and cookies beforehand then about 45 minutes in the hot air balloon. Breakfast in the cave was okay - my boyfriend didn’t get chicken with his chilaquiles. It was average but the location was amazing. We stopped for mezcal and souvenir tour after we walked around the Pyramid of the Sun for about an hour or so.

Worth It !!!

I was honestly so skeptical about booking this tour because I had seen such mixed reviews across different websites and social media. My husband and I decided to just go for it, and I’m so glad we did. This tour group was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from our resort, Riu Ventura, along with other guests from nearby resorts as well. Once you book, they contact you on WhatsApp and send you all the details, including photos of what their vehicles look like, which made us feel a lot more secure and confident that we were getting into the right transportation. The driver also had our names on a list and gave us wristbands right away when we were picked up, which added another layer of comfort and organization. When we arrived, they offered us the option to upgrade to a private tour for $59 per person, which we thought was very reasonable, so we did it. The main difference is that with the larger group, everything moves a lot faster, while with the private option, you really get to take your time and enjoy each part of the excursion. For us, it was absolutely worth it. We did the ATVs, zip lining, the water hole, and the tequila tasting, and every part of it was amazing. The team was incredibly entertaining, patient, and just genuinely warm with everyone. The atmosphere felt fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. We also loved the tequila tasting and ended up buying some tequila to take home. They told us it comes from Jalisco and isn’t available in duty-free, so it made the experience feel even more special. Another great part of the VIP upgrade was that it included unlimited tacos, drinks, snacks, and locker rental during lunch, which made it even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I’m so happy we did it. I definitely recommend booking with them.
