The Movie Guys’ L.A. Film Locations Tour will take you to the locations where your favorite movies (and some TV shows!) were filmed, with a unique experience catered entirely to what you want to see. Once you book, we'll be in touch for you to pick one section of L.A.: Hollywood West Valley East Valley West Side East Side This way, you can see as much as possible in your time on tour. If we visited more than one section, we’d spend most of your time driving, not vacationing. In each section, I’ve listed 20-30 locations we could visit and you pick your top ten spots - those will be guaranteed! No reason for me to pick places from movies you don’t like or have never seen, YOU pick the locations and it’ll be a greatest hits of just the films you love. Other reasons this tour is unique: - We get out of the car and take pics! - One-on-one attention. We don’t have a bus, so you won’t get lost in the crowd while we spill a script on you.

After some logistical issues meeting up for the beginning of the tour, everything was fine. Mark is very knowledgeable and passionate about LA. Really enjoyed the tour. Saw a lot of landmarks and had an opportunity to walk around at different stops. Enjoyable afternoon.

Catalina Island Private 2-Hour Tour of Avalon

Great Tour! Amazing Guide!

If you want to hear about the history of Catalina we definitely recommend this tour. Our guide, Mark, born and raised on the island, provided so much information about the island and showed us many things we would have missed. We spent the day with our three granddaughters, and they learned so much about Catalina.

Luxury full day Los Angeles Tour – Private SUV Experience

Best personalised tour of LA

Highly recommend this tour! We were a group of 4 adults wanting to see the sights of LA but also learn about some of the history and insights that a typical tour might not offer. Simone was fantastic. She arranged the day to suit our schedule and places we wanted to visit. She picked us up from our hotel and her large vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. She was warm and welcoming, and from the moment we left she started pointing out places, adding interesting facts and history about them. That continued the entire day. She took us to spots tour buses don’t go and took photos of our group. She allowed plenty of time at sights to be able to get out and walk around but always got out and pointed out the best areas to take photos, eat etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and were so glad we booked this experience. If your looking for more than the standard group bus experience, do yourself a favour and book this, you won’t be disappointed.

Must do this tour

Jeff was amazing! He picked us up from the airport, took us to all of the iconic sights and knew an incredible amount of history. He was great with my son and had much patience. The pier was our highlight and I would recommend you spend some time there. No request is too wild for Jeff! I will definitely be coming back and requesting him for future tours.

Father Son trip to Getty Museum

Amazing experience with a highly knowledgeable expert of the Getty Museum, the history and most importantly the art and garden. The views are incredible and my son was able to experience so much in a single place. Ellen connected with both of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the morning with her showing us around.

My 18 year old had such a great time driving the Ferrari around Hollywood! Our guide was so patient and encouraging, and we took some great pics by the Hollywood sign. Glad I could ride in the back to experience the fun too! By far the most memorable thing he did on our trip to LA.

Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles Private Tour

Shuchi_P, Mar 2026

Good but not an narrated tour

Great experience but no real tour just driving and dropping off. If you want an actual tour with history of LA you need to book something else. We were ok because I have been to LA before but was a little disappointed that there was little to no actual commentary on the historical significance, etc. Driver was otherwise great and reliable.

Private Helicopter Tour of Rancho Palos Verdes, Los Angeles, and Long Beach

Highly recommend this fun adventure!

If you’re looking for a fun adventure with cool sites, this is it! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and originally scheduled for New Year’s Eve; however, the weather was iffy so I rescheduled for Valentine’s Day. The weather was sunny and mostly clear, ideally this tour would be perfect right after a rain for optimal visibility. Our pilot Colby was excellent - super friendly and knowledgeable and he made sure we were safe. The office staff is communicative, helpful and welcoming. I would love to book this tour again, next time will try for a sunset booking!

An unforgettable day full of action and fun!

Our visit to Universal Studios Hollywood was simply fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip! The mix of thrilling rides, impressive shows and fascinating studio tours makes the park an experience for young and old. Especially impressive was the studio tour, where you can look behind the scenes of real movie sets – including famous scenes from blockbusters. The roller coasters and themed rides, such as Harry Potter or Jurassic World, are action-packed, highly detailed and provide plenty of fun and adrenaline. The shows are entertaining and lovingly staged, and everywhere you feel the passion for film and television. The park grounds are well maintained, the restaurants offer a good selection, and the Service was consistently friendly. We spent the whole day there and it never felt rushed as everything is well organized. For movie fans, adrenaline junkies or families, Universal Studios Hollywood is absolutely worthwhile and an experience not to be missed!
