Worth the time!

Such a great way to learn about the history of the abbey and Parliament. The tour was roughly 4 hours but the time flew by. While there are few stairs and it’s not a tremendously long walk, it is a long time on your feet and there are very few places to sit, so keep that in mind. Our tour guides were fantastic and very helpful!

We had Lee, our driver and London expert who not only was extremely knowledgeable but really was the highlight of our trip. We learned so much about this vibrant city and all of its flare. Great Views

My wife and I booked the 700pm Fast Track tickets on Sunday evening as we walked across Westminster Bridge. We immediately hopped in the expedited queue and were on board in about 10-15 minutes. The cars were air conditioned & there is a bench to sit on. view was great and the staff were efficient.

Amazing Guide! Very knowledgeable! We learned lots. She was also a very kind person, helping anyone she could in any way they needed. The bus driver was exceptional too, keeping us safe on difficult roads. Leeds castle and Canterbury cathedral are both worth the visit with lots of history at both places.

This trip was a spur of the moment decision & it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made! Couldn't fault the the experience from start to finish. Booking it on line was straight forward, confirmation received quickly, along with clear directions & relevant boarding information. The crew were welcoming, friendly & highly professional. The boat was clean, comfortable & offered great views from both inside & outside on the open deck seating area. Mark, our guide, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable & very funny! He delivered all the information about the surrounding area, landmarks & their history clearly & his enthusiasm was contagious!😆 10/10 awarded to Mark for a job truly well done!👍🏻 Would definitely do this trip again & would highly recommend to others. Great spots to visit.

Our guide Phil and driver Alex were fun to be with on this tour. Phil was very knowledgeable about every place we visited as well as pointing places of interest along the way. He was able to convey a lot of information without you tuning out from information overload. His sense of humour only added to keeping things interesting. Phil made a point of interacting individually with everyone on the bus so you all felt included, not just the people at the front. Alex's driving superb. As a retired transit driver/Supervisor I was very at ease with the he maneuvered through some very tight spots as well as on the busy highways. Cheers to Phil and Alex, thank you for a fun Stress free day.

Great to avoid the crowd

This tour was perfect to get into the tower to see the crown jewels before the place was packed with others. The opening was something different and neat to see. It was a bummer that we could not take photos of the jewels, and if you think there isn't much to see at the tower, like us, you would be mistaken! It took us all day to see everything. Much more than we could have imagined!

Good intro to London

It was a great way to start our day in London. Our tour guide Johnny was excellent! He gave us insider tips on the different places we passed through, including some history about Jack the Ripper for which he was very knowledgeable. Some funny anecdotes about his father and the royal Family, and tips on what to try in terms of food. My daughter and I were the only people On the tour so we got a personalized tour guide! In the end , he even walked into where we could have a late night dinner .

Worth every penny

This experience was excellent. The guide, Clive, was easy to find and greeted us right on time. The bus was clean and comfortable. A great start to the tour. Clive was entertaining and knowledgeable and the bus driver was masterful driving during a busy time on London streets. A great day trip from London.

We booked the trip for my birthday. The tour was very well organized, the bus came always on time. Saul was an experienced tour guide who provided the right amount on information on all three locations. He was friendly and took care of all passengers. The driver Ahmed drove safely and always greeted us very friendly. Thank you for the nice day!

Slightly confusing...

Slightly confusing meeting point, as seems to indicate the statue, but guides were down the stairs after that, and not particularly obvious. Despite that, once the tour set off walking along the Mall, it was very pleasant and lots of stories told. Would have possibly been better with an audio earpiece for those not next to the guide. Entry to the palace was easy with guide, who left us at that point. Buckingham palace only allows this tour for 2 months a year and funds go towards keeping the beautiful art works maintained. It is well laid out and a pleasant walk with an audio guide supplied. We loved the history and beauty of it all. There is a large cafeteria area at the end of the tour overlooking the grounds, and then a pleasant 10min path walk through palace grounds to the exit. Very enjoyable
