Due to chilly weather we sat under/inside and had a wonderful experience. Got great pictures. Mark the guide was informative and funny. Definitely added character to the experience. Would definitely book again. On a side note if you book this you get other experience discounted when you show your ticket.

The best part about this trip was the guide. We wish we had wrote his name down, but he was a “Ripologist”. He had over 30 years experience, researching the area and Jack, gave incredible presentations at each stop. There was too much light at night (June) to use the projector at most stops, but he had 8x10 photos to illustrate his point. When it did get dark, it was tough to see the projections anyway. He was the highlight of the trip!

It wasn’t a good experience, it was my sons birthday on the 15th June. And he was excited to be there and have a ride on the boat. My booking was at 2:45pm I got there at 2:40pm and they turned me and my son away and said I needed to be there 15mins before booking. My son was disappointed as was I.

This trip was a spur of the moment decision & it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've made! Couldn't fault the the experience from start to finish. Booking it on line was straight forward, confirmation received quickly, along with clear directions & relevant boarding information.
The crew were welcoming, friendly & highly professional. The boat was clean, comfortable & offered great views from both inside & outside on the open deck seating area.
Mark, our guide, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable & very funny! He delivered all the information about the surrounding area, landmarks & their history clearly & his enthusiasm was contagious!😆 10/10 awarded to Mark for a job truly well done!👍🏻

Great way to start our first visit to London. Mitch tought us alot we didn't know in perfect easy to listen to English. WIf you are thinking of doing this tour don't hesitate....its well worth it.

It's about the right length... doesn't drag on. Staff are friendly & helpful. The tour guide, Paul, was fab... very funny, but I also learned a lot about this part of London and the Thames. It's definitely worth paying attention to his spiel! Good value all 'round and I would certainly consider doing it again.

We throughly enjoyed the cruise and seeing parts of London we hadn’t had a chance to. However we were on the lower deck and found we were kind of forgotten about down there. Most of the views/guides speech was much more guided towards those on the top and after paying the same and not getting the same views it did feel a little disappointing.
