Due to chilly weather we sat under/inside and had a wonderful experience. Got great pictures. Mark the guide was informative and funny. Definitely added character to the experience. Would definitely book again. On a side note if you book this you get other experience discounted when you show your ticket.

It was just ok. The Eye area is swarming with people + the top of the boat was full in no time. It was a particularly warm day so inside on the lower level was very hot, the view not great. In retrospect, it’s the kind of overly-touristy activity I tend to avoid so my take away may be colored by that fact. However, the guide, Ben, was adorable and funny + made it better than it would’ve been otherwise.

We took a 4:45PM river cruise tour. It was a perfect setting because it was the last tour of the day, and the sun was just about to set. The tour guide was witty, and funny, and provided a lot of good info about the city. Passengers can buy snacks and drinks on the boat while they enjoy the great views. 10/10 highly recommend this and would do it again!

Very poor communication. Had planned our morning around the cruise and had to arrive at the dock to find out it was cancelled despite my details being part of the booking. The refund was not provided, I have to go through various websites to organise that. No reason for the cancellation provided.

The river cruise was great and nice to see all of the sights from the water. Our tour director, Paul, was funny and engaging giving history and commentary. As a side note/tip, if you are going during the winter months, bring warm clothes, hats, gloves, as it gets windy and cold up there

It's a great way to get some of the history plus insights into checking out things you might otherwise not have considered. We would have missed Shakespeare's Globe and not gotten to see Midsummer Night's Dream had we not taken the tour. Paul was a great tour guide.
