Itinerary
At your appointed time, depart Central London by comfortable, air-conditioned coach and head to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stonehenge.
Visitors who arrive at the site during main daylight hours are only allowed to stroll the perimeter pathway around the monument, a route roped off from the stone circle. However, this ‘private viewing’ tour lets your group enter the roped-off Inner Circle of stones to see the monolithic blocks at truly close quarters.
Hear the fascinating facts and mysteries that surround the monument from your guide. With luck, and depending on the season, you may even visit during a sunrise or sunset, making the occasion extra special.
After seeing Stonehenge, continue to nearby Lacock: a quaint village dating to the 13th century. Stretch your legs on a guided walk around the pretty lanes, and see some of the locations used in the movie "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," and a TV adaptation of Jane Austen’s "Pride and Prejudice."
Afterward, savor a hearty meal (own expense) at The George Inn, Lacock’s 14th-century pub, before venturing to the beautiful, UNESCO-listed city of Bath, famous for its Roman spa and Georgian architecture.
Tour the well-preserved Roman Baths, built over natural hot springs (if upgrade selected); see Bath Abbey, and learn about Jane Austen’s connections to the city. Alternatively, use some free time to perhaps shop for gifts or view Bath’s highlights on your own.
After a full day of adventuring, returning to London in the late afternoon.

The inner circle experience and Lacock were wonderful in every way. Less time in Bath, given the heat, would have helped. Guide was outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, fun and caring. Driver was careful and excellent. Major criticism was how cramped the bus was. Our knees touched the seat in front of us. We’re average height. But we were packed in like sardines — quite uncomfortable for 5+ hours of riding!

Being inside the stones after all the tourists was absolutely worth the uncomfortable bus ride. It was an amazing experience. Our guide Rowan was knowledgeable and personable and patient with all our questions. Mo was an excellent bus driver who was prompt and able to navigate some tight spaces. The bus itself was clean and modern but the design of the seats is very uncomfortable. Not any fault of the company or the employees- just a tip to bring a travel pillow.

Rowan was excellent guide. Stonehenge will always be magnificent, but she made the day truly wonderful.
Heather_H, Jul 2026
Rowan was great she had insightful details about each location visited. I especially enjoyed Stonehenge and being able to walk amongst the stones. Noe also had great navigation throughout the narrow streets

We had the best time with our guide Frank. Going inside the stones was a once in a lifetime experience! Also loved our time in Bath.
Debbie_M, Jun 2026
The guide Frank did an excellent tour, he was friendly, knowledgeable and excited about the history of the stones as well as informative about the areas we visited.
The bus was comfortable and the driver was skilled and careful.
It was truly an amazing day. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the tour.

Frank and Henry were fantastic. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to go inside the inner circle at Stonehenge. It is SO amazing and SO worth it.

Amazing Stonehenge inner circle tour. Very knowledgeable guide. Easy pace, very doable walk all day.
Danielle_G, Jun 2026
We had a fantastic experience on the Stonehenge and Bath tour, thanks especially to Frank. He was knowledgeable & engaging, sharing interesting stories and insights at each stop and along the way. His enthusiasm and ability to keep the group organized made this early day smooth and enjoyable. Our driver, Henry was also excellent, providing a safe and comfortable ride throughout the day.
We highly recommend this tour!

A fabulous day! We loved the small towns along the way. Bath is amazing! We did not tour the Baths but instead wandered. We walked to the crescent and although it was grand I would have preferred to use that time in the main acres of cafes, shops and street performers. I’m so glad we did the inner circle that was amazing to be in and among the stones? Our tour guide Rowan and driver were fantastic

Exclusive access to the stones was incredible! The small town of Lacock was charming and the pub breakfast delicious. Bath was beautiful and charming too. Very cool to see the ancient Roman baths! Our tour guide shared interesting information all along the way. Highly recommend!

This was truly an amazing experience and the only way to see Stonehenge. It was worth every cent. Spent over an hour in the stones at the end of the tour and the guides from the park were very informative and enthusiastic. Im glad I did the stones at the end of the day as it was good to just head home on a high.
We went to Bath and Lacock prior but because it was Sunday Lacock hotel could not accommodate us for lunch so had extra time in Bath, which I really enjoyed, and just did walk around Lacock town for about an hour which I also enjoyed.
It was a long day but seemed to go fast with the various stops but highlight was walking through Stonehenge. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour as it is truly worth it and is the only way to experience the stones. You will not regret it.

Great idea for getting out of central London to see the countryside and these iconic landmarks. Tom was out tour guide and made the long commute feel short by keeping us entertained with interesting facts and jokes. Be mindful of your time in Bath as it easy to let the exploration of the Roman Baths suck up too much of your time. We ate the bath buns in Bath and highly recommend!
Christopher_M, Jun 2026
The inner tour of Stonehenge was amazing. We were able to cross a lifelong bucket list item from our father's list. The village of Lacock was nice, but more of an attraction for Harry Potter fans. The Roman bath tour was incredible.

Outstanding trip. Our tour guide Eva was amazing!! So knowledgeable and do much fun. She made the trip one we will never forget!
Mayflor_M, Jun 2026
Best tour ever! Zozo our guide and our driver Yaye were excellent! Unforgettable experiences in Bath, Lacock and Stonehenge, thank you!

Stonehenge inner circle is amazing. Of the experience ended there is would be 5-star. The rest of the day feels like a killing time.

Jason was a confident driver and shared that the traffic etc was pretty good on the day of our visit despite doing a U-turn in Bath and having a slow down related to a stalled car. James, the tour guide, did not manage time well and we were late to Stonehenge (the main event). Because we were late the whole group had to go into the area together having a negative impact on photo opportunities (usually they send in half the group at a time). We did not get the lecture from the English Heritage staff because we were late. One of the English Heritage staff suggested we buy a book at the gift shop so we can learn more (remarking she only pushed the book because we missed out on the lecture). We were disappointed.

Brilliant and magical. This was a very special day that I will never forget. St. Nick was our tour guide and he is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and funny. I appreciate how Nick took care of everything, it was so easy and relaxing. It was a Spectacular day. Highly recommend.

This was definitely worth every penny and the early wake up! Walking amongst the stones was magical and I could’ve spent 2 days in Bath! The tour guide was very careful to look after everyone’s experience and keep everything moving smoothly! The drive back was a bit long I think because of traffic and make sure you bring a charge pack for your phone. I would definitely do this again.
Donivan_T, May 2026
The tour was spectacular. It was a great day and getting see all of the historic locations was amazing. I love getting to see stone hendge up close and personal. Our guide James and our driver Jason did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this tour.
Gary_O, May 2026
Bus and guide were good. But Bath was ridiculous. Toooooo many people. Waste of time. Good part was visit into the Stonehenge. Bath visit...no air condition to match the huge number on people.
Darius_S, May 2026
Great tour with a fantastic tour guide, Ava, and a friendly driver, Neil. Informative and entertaining.
Deb_L, May 2026
Fantastic! This is the best way to experience Stonehenge. You truly get to walk among the rocks. Eva, our guide, was lovely and charming. She outlined the day so we could anticipate bathroom stops and dining opportunities. The bus was modern and comfortable. Our driver Neil was highly professional and the ride through the countryside is gorgeous. This tour is a perfect way to spend a day.
Karla_G, May 2026
Our guide, Rowan, was the perfect amount of peppy and perky! She was great at keeping us advised on where to go and what to expect. It was a typical British day (foggy/misty) for our trip to Lacock, Bath and Stonehenge. The ride was a nice bus ride into the English countryside. I feel like this tour was totally worth the money. Not everyone can go into the circle of Stonehenge. Just don't touch the stones!!
Lynette_K, May 2026
Nicolas was fantastic guide and Gokham was a skilled driver. It was a fantastic mix a history and fun!
Cliff_C, May 2026
Nicholas was a fantastic guide for our Bath, Lacock, and Stonehenge tour. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and kept the day interesting from start to finish. The tour was well worth it, and his commentary added a lot to the experience. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Andrea_G, May 2026
James was a Supreme storyteller and Sylviys a great driver. Had a wonderful journey to Stonehenge. Highly recommended.
Alana_B, May 2026
Rowan is amazing! Knowledgeable, funny, and utterly enthusiastic. The inner tour is really the only way to go -- so glad we found this before we booked another option. 10/10 day
Trevor_F, May 2026
This tour is the real deal. There was a real sense of awe being right in the middle of Stonehenge that cannot be replicated with a regular tour that is limited to the perimeter. The town of Lacock was a pleasant surprise, with a excellent pub breakfast and the tour had a few sites from the Harry Potter films. Finally, the Roman Baths do not disappoint if you're a history buff.
