This was an interesting tour. I really didn’t know much detail about the subject, so I learned quite a bit. It peaked my interest and I ended up reading more after the tour!
We had an amazing tour, Dan was extremely knowledgeable explaining all in great detail, West Minster Abbeys history, religious affiliations and Royal Monarchies..
Highly recommend him .. we were a group of 19 and he got is from place to place with ease..

The Jack the Ripper Tour was fascinating from start to finish, but what really made it special was our guide, Sineade. She was absolutely brilliant — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, funny and clearly passionate about the history and the stories behind the case.
Rather than simply giving us a list of facts, Sineade really brought Victorian London and the people involved to life. She kept the whole group interested throughout and struck the perfect balance between the darker history of the murders and making the tour genuinely entertaining and enjoyable.
Walking around the actual locations while hearing the stories and theories made the whole experience incredibly atmospheric. We came away knowing so much more about the case than when we started.
A huge thank you to Sineade for making the evening so memorable. If you're visiting London and have any interest at all in the Jack the Ripper story, I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Be prepared for some graphic descriptions. However the tour guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and entertaining.

Great tour and guide was great. Would have liked some places to sit and listen and it was difficult to hear the guide at times. But loved the research that went into the murders, suspects, and victims and our guide was excellent.
Chantise was awesome! She was so engaging, funny, and made the experience fun! She used means of photography, projector and simply taking us by all the historical sights and steps of the victims and Jack the Ripper!
Tour guide was poor at engaging with the group. Some members left before the end of the tour.
Felt rushed and information repeated throughout.
Expectations were high due to reading reviews; definitely disappointed with the whole experience.

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy the tour. However are you sure you were on our tour? We note you haven’t mentioned anything about the Ripper Vision projectors which most reviews comment on. There are many tour in london doing Jack the Ripper but we are the only ones to use expert guides and authors and Ripper Vision.

Fantastic experience with a knowledgeable guide. Rob was superb. There was a little confusion as to the meeting point. But we soon found the group with the help of the boss who answer the number quickly on Viator. Rob not only caught us up but really engaged the whole family in the experience, not always easy with our 13yr old son. We strongly recommend this tour to anyone interested in Jack from those that know nothing to mature sleuths looking to widen their experience.
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and presented the facts in addition to his own opinion of who Jack the Ripper is! I enjoyed his discussion greatly.

Our tour guide Sinead was amazing!!!!! She was so animated and gave so many details. Put everything in historical context and stressed the victims' lives too. I initially thought the Ripper vision sounded kind of hokey but it was very good - pictures relative to the story, just like a slide show. The Whitechapel area is full of Ripper tours, and she was great at speaking loudly and keeping our group apart from the others. May be a little intense for younger ones.

Great information on Jack the ripper but not a scary or themed tour. The Guide was in regular clothing, bright atmosphere and used the ripper vision minimally, however it did provide useful context. Lots of walking and standing at the end of the day had most participants sitting in the ground. It would have been really nice to stop at one of the pubs that was frequented by The ripper victims for the time period like the “Ten Bells pub”. Overall could use some more theme and experience other than information.
Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide. It was a fun way to learn some history and explore a few neighborhoods at the same time. Our whole group loved it.
Rob is an awesome guide. He knows this subject very well and has published a book about it aslo. Only issue—which was beyond his control—was there were so many other Ripper tours going on that it got to be a little crowded at all the different murder sites. There is a lot of ground to cover on this tour so make sure you have good shoes and bring along something to drink.

Lots of walking. This outing is geared toward adults due to the photos that are shown. Warnings are given before they are displayed. Mick was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and hospitable. He has studied this subject extensively and it comes through in the tour. If you want to know more about Jack the Ripper I would definitely recommend this tour.
Very interesting and informative tour along the original crime scenes. Our guide (sorry for not remembering his name) had profound knowledge of the case, which he presented in an entertaining way. Time just flew by. Thanks for this experience. I‘d definitely recommend it.
Excellent experience with a knowledgeable and personable guide. Early in the tour he was not able to use the projector to show images as the sun was too bright but had a book of photos as backup. Some photos would probably be upsetting for children and even some adults (he did prewarn when these were about to be shown so you could look away). Overall a very enjoyable experience.
