We had a great tour guide called Louis, and the tour ended up being just 2 of us because no one else booked that time slot! Louis was so kind and told us interesting facts about Harry Potter and London in general. It was so fun watching the movie clips on the iPad as he showed us each spot around the city. He went out of his way to show us places he mentioned the tour, too. We would definitely do this again!
Murray is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide, a local and familiar with the theatre/filming scene, as well as (naturally) the Harry Potter movies/trivia.
A great experience to see the sights of London, as well as filming locations for the Harry Potter films.
The young lady Bianca was very informed about the Harry Potter movies and also about other parts of London
We saw places where they shot parts of the movies. The guide not only pointed them out and explained it, but he also brought an iPad and showed us the exact scenes, which made it so much easier to connect with the movies.
Timing the dinner with the visit is crucial. We did not realize that it only takes about an hour to ninety minutes tops to go through the displays. We would have had to wait two hours for our dinner time slot.
Nic was wonderful! A great mix of humor and history with a lot of context for even those with little Potter knowledge!
Great experience for adults and kids alike.
Our tour guide, Murray, did a great job. He was interesting, informative and funny. Definitely recommend this tour!
We enjoyed our walkabout very much. Found ourselves returning on our own to some highlights we would have missed had it not been for Louis.
Louis was awesome. Patient, organized and very knowledgeable. HP quiz through during the walk were fun. Also pointing other London landmarks was appreciated.
Nice little walking tour of HP filming locations and architectural inspirations for the set design. Fun facts peppered throughout. Guide Louis was excellent!
It was an interesting and fun tour of sites featured in the films with video clips to illustrate how they featured. An engaging and friendly guide made the experience a great pleasure.
Excellent walk. Interesting and knowledgeable guide. Fun quiz along the way. Various clips from the films shown.
Was a nice tour of areas of London we hadn’t been to yet. Fun to see some of the locations used in the filing. Our tour guide was very engaging and kept giving us interesting facts along the way.
Our guide, Murray, was awesome! He was so knowledgeable and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He gave us some non-HP related fun facts about the city as well. I am not a huge HP fan (booked it mainly for my daughter), but he even kept my interest. I appreciated the videos and photos shown on his iPad to better explain what we were seeing. Would definitely recommend!
I had a spare evening and love Harry Potter so wanted to do the tour. I was a solo participant and Louis made me very welcome.
Louis was great and very knowledgeable! He was super friendly and made the tour very fun. Lots of really cool places to see.
It is interesting, good timing, friendly and well organised guide and interactive activities. Very well informed about other attractions of the city.
Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He was helpful with regard to Harry Potter and normal London tips. We had a small group, but he was sure to keep us all together and talked to each of us about where we were from. There was a fun quiz and it was a great time.
Can’t really say how the actual tour ways. We had a lot of trouble finding the location- literally ran everywhere as we were on foot and a lot of roads were closed- made for a very stressful morning! Left 1.5 hours early to make it on time and still couldn’t find it. Tried to message the tour operator a couple of times but they never did answer. I understand that our poor sense of direction and rail/road closures aren’t the tour operators fault- but at least a reply to messages after the tour would have been nice.
Have fun walking about London and learning about all the places used to film the Harry Potter movies. You’ll never view the movies the same again as you’ll remember things from this tour. I loved the extra info I learned! Thanks Jack for being such a fun and energetic guide bringing the movies more to life than ever before!
It was a great tour, all throughout the important Harry Potter movie scenes, very entertaining and knowledgeable
Murray the guide was fun and filled with information about the Wizarding world of Harry Potter. He pulled his tablet out at every stop to show us the scene in the movie that was filmed where we’re standing, and was able to discuss the similarities and differences between the books and the movies. We had quite the adventure, and I highly recommend this tour to kids and adults alike.
Our tour with Louis was great! Very knowledgeable about the movies and history of London. He was great with our kids as they talked his ear off 🙂. Would recommend!
The tour guide shows clips of the movie at the spots that it was filmed at in London. They tell you about more than just Harry Potter on the tour, such as London’s both history, and facts.
Cool and fun. You don’t have to be a Harry Potter fan to enjoy the tour. Louis made it interesting and enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience.
We wanted something a bit different than a normal walking tour which our teen can find a bit boring. We all enjoyed reading and watching the Harry Potter series when she was a kid so decided to try this tour. It was a fun and interesting tour of London. We saw parts of the city we wouldn’t have found on our own. Our guide Nic was funny and easy going. We were running late for the tour (by about 10 min) so I called the number provided and was provided the next location to go to catch up up with the group which was greatly appreciated!!
It was such a fun and entertaining walk through some of the filming locales for various HP movies. I had a great time with the trivia, being sorted into houses, walking on the bridge and soaking in the city.
Myself and my 10year old daughter went on this Harry Potter tour in London.
We really enjoyed it, the tour guide was friendly and had lots of knowledge about London in general which he shared with us along the way.
There was a friendly Harry Potter competition during the tour to keep things fun too.
Amazing experience! It ended up just being me and my tour guide, Ava, today, and she was incredible! Not only informative about London, but about Harry Potter too! Recommended for all types of Harry Potter fans!
