The kids bus left one minute early than scheduled bus drove right by us with kids and it was obvious that was our scheduled tour. Did not list a physical address which caused navigation to leave us guessing where the location was on the street. Had it listed the theater our navigation would’ve had us there 10 minutes earlier. Disappointment and waste of money because the bus that we rode did not have a guide!

This was our first stop once we flew in and settled in the hotel. If you out the address in your phone, note that when it says arrived, you’ll want to go down the side road towards the end of that block to find the actual checkin and bus.
Also, they don’t have restrooms to use at their location. I had to run down the block to use one.
The actual tour for our family with a 6 year old was good. I think she would have gotten more out of the guide’s talk if she was a bit older, but good for families who don’t want to worry about upsetting others of your kiddo cries. There was so much to see and I think it was a great first trip to welcome you to the city. The guide will tell you some facts about the popular sites and it’s nice for adults to still see and gain info even with their kids.
They hand out a little activity booklet which came in handy later at the Indian place we hd dinner at.
Overall, it was a great activity with a child and for the price, can’t beat it.

Very well organised and the tour guide was just perfect. The history and information shared about each landmark was very interesting for both the adults and children. The tour guide kept us all entertained with whizzes during traffic congestion so we didn’t get bored at any time

Glad I booked this tour for the children and grandparents. We've been London mutiple times but this bus was great. We learned things we never knew about sights and historical buildings. We visited most of the main spots of London. Children and grown ups enjoyed it!

This is probably a great tour on a nice sunny day. We went in the rain and it just wasn't as much fun. The tour guide was friendly, but didn't stand out in particular. They had a fun activity book for little kids. It is likely a great tour with children under the age of 8 and on a nice day.

Absolutely fantastic - we have 5 kids and they loved it. Was about an hour trip and we hit all of the key spots. The guide did a wonderful job explaining the history of the area, and weaved in funny anecdotes keeping the kids entertained.

Neither the content nor the delivery was in any way made accessible or interesting to children. This isn't a kid tour, and it's even boring for adults due to the delivery style.

we really enjoyed this tour. For our history loving 10 year old it was great! There was fascinating commentary, we learnt facts we didn’t know and Tim’s jokes were great(!) A perfect family tour.

This was a great little tour of some of London’s attractions. The guide was lovely. My daughter sat for the entire trip, which was just under an hour. Perfect for kids!

‘Jez’ the tour guide was entertaining, informative and pitched the tour perfectly for both adults and children. Well worth the money - you get to see lots of landmarks up close - will definitely use again.

Had an awesome time with my 5yr old nephew. Alex, our tour guide was so enthusiastic and so lively--he's very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He kept all the children engaged and the adults too. The kids love the top of the double decker. It's a great tour for all ages and a must do for kiddos!

Before the actual busride we had an amazing experience! Jet lag and error in timing, we missed out 11 am thinking it was a 1 pm. I contacted tour operator and within and hour they got us on the next bus no questions or extra fees! The tour itself was also perfect for the whole family of 6 withe kids ages 1, 3, 7, and 9 years old! Love the guide activity book for kids and the length kept them engaged the entire time!

I asked could I get a refund or partial refund as my child came down with flu and had to leave London assuring I would book with you again next time. I heard nothing. No response at all from customer service. Very upset

I have emailed for a refund due to not being able to board a bus due to the departure venue being changed snd waiting an hour to be told this .. I had my four year old grandson with me and I am not impressed with the service
