Our tour to Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, and the Cliffs of Dover was fantastic! The locations were absolutely beautiful and you could easily spend all day at Leeds or Canterbury. Our guide (or fun times facilitator), Cameron, was very knowledgeable on all the locations, but gave the information in a way that was easy to digest. He kept the bus rides entertaining with his information and jokes, and made sure everyone had everything they needed multiple times. Cameron clearly loves his job and it shows through his conversations with the participants. He also took photos for us ant the cliffs and even left us a nice surprise on our camera roll. Our driver, Sunil, was wonderful as well! The rides were smooth (or as smooth as they can be) and I was never worried about who was behind the wheel. I am truly happy that they were our guide/driver, and I recommend them and this tour wholeheartedly!

This was a great trip. I loved the castle and then just walking around the place. The tour guide was amazing but for the life of me I don't remember her name. Getting to go to Canterbury was a bucket list place for me.

Don't take this tour if you want to spend some time at the Cliffs of Dover. This tour only stops at a parking lot for 20 minutes to see the Cliffs from a distance.

Good tour of 3 sites in a good amount of time. Enjoyed the time at Leeds and Canterbury, enough time to get pics at Dover. Kevin's style may not agree with everyone, he tends to ramble a bit, but very informative. Great job by AJ navigating the detours and tight roads.

It’s a long day. Everything went beautifully. We were a little disappointed that when visiting the Cliffs of Dover we were brought to the marina instead. We could see the cliffs in the distance but not the same.

Beautiful Day in Kent. Enjoyed Leeds Castle and Canterbury Cathedral. We could even see France from Dover it was such a clear and sunny day. Shiela had lots of very interesting history to share both on the coach and walking through Canterbury and the Cathedral. She is an expert.

While Viator is usually a good bet, I wouldn’t recommend the partnered tour provider, Evan Evans. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I woke up ill the morning of the tour, requested a partial refund and wasn’t offered anything, despite going on another tour with them 2 days prior with our friends we were traveling with. Our friends also still ended up going on this one! In the end Viator also refused to assist in any way or even offer a partial refund in the form of a credit. Between us and our friends with two tours, we spent a total of over $1100, and I request $130 in the form of a credit. BUYER BEWARE!

The guide for this tour committed a cardinal sin for tour guides. She did not keep track of the group and as a result I missed the guided tour I paid extra for. The tour was on Saturday, November 29. The guide was Elaine. It was raining hard, the sky was dark and the streets were absolutely filled with shoppers for the Christmas markets. At the first stop I informed her several people were struggling to keep up because of the crowds. She answered well they will just have to follow my red umbrella. Her red umbrella was one of how many? She did announce just once where the next stop would be, but with the noise of the crowd it was indistinguishable. It was not repeated. I searched for her for over 30 min before I found the cathedral. Because I was wearing the voice box the staff member allowed me to enter. Elaine's voice finally came through the voice box. She was ending the tour!
I continued my search to no avail and proceeded through the cathedral on my own, realizing how much I missed.
My choice was to bring up the incident at the conclusion of the tour in London.
What an absolute falderall. After recounting the incident and the reasons it was so important to me she became very defensive. We were standing out side of the bus. She claimed in a loud voice that she did her job, she stopped, and she counted. She further said that it was my fault I couldn't keep up, that I was not able to distinguish her voice through the voice box, and I should have called the company. When the subject of phones was brought up by her I asked why she did not give us her number to contact her in the event of an incident like this. Elaine replied we don't do it this way in our country, besides some tours I have 57 people and I don't want my number spread out like that. Then she stated that this was being blown out of context because I was grieving. I walked away knowing it was useless. She would not accept any responsibility.
The next day a fellow traveler mentioned to me that when the group reached the cathedral she saw she had an extra ticket and just brushed it off. So indeed she knew exactly how many people she was supposed to have, but did not count as she claimed. ( Counting was not observed when we were departing from the bus, nor at the 1st stop or she would have realized. )
I would liked to be contacted by a supervisor.

Leeds Castle is located on beautifully kept grounds so it is lovely to walk about on the outside . The inside has some nicely decorated rooms to explore and at Christmas there is always a fun theme. The Cliffs of Dover are inspiring to see from the beach. The quaint town of Canterbury has a nice variety of shops and restaurants that are fun to check out along with a magnificent cathedral to visit. Very enjoyable day.

Leeds Castle is great. It was in the process of being decorated for a Neverland Christmas, so some rooms were as Lady Baille left them and others were decorated. It’s amazing to think that something William the Conquerer built is still around and was used as a residence into the 1970’s! Canterbury Cathedral is also beautiful and well worth the trip. The town is cool, too. I’m continually blown away by buildings being in everyday use that are older than the European discovery of the New World, much less the age of the United States. Having that kind of history is so wonderful. The cliffs of Dover are best seen by boat from the English Channel, but it was still a nice photo op.
Leslie (the guide) and Tony (the driver) were wonderful hosts. Leslie had a lot of interesting historical tidbits, and did a great job of leading the tour of the cathedral. And the drive was smooth and uneventful, just as I like it!

Leeds castle is immersive as a "country estate" as are the furnished rooms. Canterbury is not to be missed on a visit to England. The brief visit at Dover was a disappointment; the cliffs are barely visible from the stopping point along a short, stony beach. Guide was informative. Overall a pleasant day trip from London

A great day. Cameron our guide and Abdi our driver were excellent and made the day fun. Leeds Castle and Canterbury were great. Dover was okay but not necessary

We were pleasantly surprised to see that Phil was our tour guide for the second time during our visit. We enjoyed his tour of Stonehenge and Windsor earlier in the week and equally enjoyed our tour of Leeds Castle, the Cliffs of Dover, and Canterbury. Phil is a historian and impressive storyteller. I booked this trip specifically for the cliffs of Dover knowing Canterbury and Leeds were bonus stops we could enjoy as well. This was our first anniversary and was my husband’s only request was to see the white cliffs of Dover. Needless to say the description of the tour vs the very brief stop on Dover very far away from the cliffs with MINIMAL photo opportunity was a gross disappointment. This should NOT lead purchasers to believe they will truly get to see the cliffs at this price! I will say that our tour guide was knowledgeable but we felt rushed all day and the bus ride was so very hot. We barely had time to eat while walking back to the bus after touring Canterbury Seriously dissatisfied.
