Clive was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable he talked ur was very enjoyable. I would have liked to go a little slower at some of the highlights
Our guide had plenty of interesting information about the Beatles and other rock musicians. We were provided with a bathroom break and optional snacks at Royal Albert Hall. Sometimes it was hard to listen and look out the window to see what the guide was talking about before we drove past it. I liked getting off the coach, listening to the guide, and walking to and around to the sites. The guide was very generous to take our videos crossing Abbey Road and allowed us plenty of time at the Abbey Road Shop. He was very kind, information, and fun. Thank you.
What an incredible experience! Live Clive was so fun! He knew his music, fun facts, and all of the best places to experience the music scene of the past! He even stood in the middle of Abbey Road to take our pictures!! Was a great experience!! You will totally enjoy the experience. The great air conditioned bus was a great plus. Our driver, George, handled the streets of London like a total boss!
Our tour guide Ian Luck was absolutely brilliant and our driver Jack was safe and efficient! Ian knows so much about music and the music places in and around London. He took care of us at the Abbey Road crosswalk, was informative, and handed out little memorabilia to show and keep. You get more than your money's worth!
Very knowledgeable and engaging host.
Excellent tour for British rock enthusiasts.
Much of the information I wasn’t aware of before.
Rock n roll/Beatles tour in Chelsea and beyond was excellent! Clive did an excellent job with lots of facts, history, perspective, and humor.
Ian our tour guide was the best. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about all things British Rock and Roll. He customized the tour based on what EVERYONE was interested in and helped get the best pics to commemorate the day.
Our guide Ian was very knowledgeable and knows his way around the city. He wanted feedback from us regarding what our interests were and what we wanted to see.
Mainly on a tour bus with a couple of breaks to stretch your kegs and purchase merchandise from record shop if you wanted to.
Clive was a wonderful tour guide. There was so much music knowledge shared. We even got out tour extended since it worked out. Would highly recommend this tour and if you get Clive, an extra bonus.
Terrible lack of communication. I was 3 mins late. I altered tour company through app . They texted back that they would wait. I arrived and guide had left. I texted and received no answers. I finally called and company shrugged it off. So far, have refused to give a refund
I previously lived in London, but my husband is a huge classic rock fan had never been before and really wanted to see where it all began. He wanted to cross Abbey Road and see where the Beatles played on the rooftop. He really enjoyed the whole tour and I learned things I hadn't before on my many tours while I had lived in London previously. Clive was a great tour guide and since he is a musician himself, seemed to really relish the feel of the tour and enthusiasm for the ROCK!
Our guide, Steve, was full of information about both Rock and Roll and London. He easily engaged his audience and has a great sense of humor. I can't for the life of me remember our driver's name, but he was a navigation wizard on a high traffic day due to the tube drivers' strike. We had booked this trip for last year and missed the bus, so we had to come back to London to try again. It was more than worth it!
Absolutely fantastic afternoon out. Our tour guide Frank was a fountain of knowledge and even showed us another couple of places after the tour had finished. Thank you Frank, you are an absolute star!!
This trip covers all the big ones. The beatles, the rolling stones david bowie, just to name a few.Do you go through some really cool?Areas, nodding, ham, chelsea, and you get to see some of the other.Iconic structures
This experience was excellent. The guide, Clive, was easy to find and greeted us right on time. The bus was clean and comfortable. A great start to the tour. Clive was entertaining and knowledgeable and the bus driver was masterful driving during a busy time on London streets. Tons of information that we would not otherwise know just touring London without a guide
It was very informational. I love the Beatles info but he also talked a lot about people I didn’t know. I was only disappointed that we did not go to Freddie mercury's house.
Clive was a Rock and Roll encyclopedia! We enjoyed this tour immensely...especially walking across Abbey Road! Highly recommended for classic British rock fans!
This was very enjoyable, and while our guide, Clive, was quite knowledgeable, he was late arriving. Our bus driver, Gocan was INCREDIBLE! We felt that the meeting place instructions were kind of vague, and we weren't sure we were at the correct location. The tour ended up running over approximately 30 minutes, which was not an inconvenience for us; however, it may have been for others on the tour. We all had the opportunity to recreate the Abbey Road photo, as well as see the original Hard Rock cafe.
We had Colin for a guide on our Rock & Roll tour. He took us around London to see pivotal areas where music history was made. The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, and more.
We, of course went to Abbey Road at the end and all got out pictures taken.
We even inquired about a band my husband liked, Joy Division, and he looped some sites into our tour.
Great driving too in busy London traffic. We will book tours in the future with Viator.
Disappointing afternoon, didn’t see much, didn’t learn much, way to much time on the comfortable bus, but could have spent the time bettet
The tour was fabulous and we got to see many cool areas covering punk rock and classic rock culminating with the iconic Abbey Road. We saw Jimmy Page’s castle like home with turrets near Holland Park. Covered some facts about Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Sex Pistols, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, queen, Beatles, Hendrix and few others. We did the afternoon tour and our tour guide Richard is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Richard. He was paired with Neil the amazing coach driver. Navigating the tight streets with aplomb and flair. Absolutely fantastic tour with a photo op opportunity at the legendary Abbey Road traffic crossing. Huge kudos to Richard. Worth the 4 hours
Clive was a great tour guide with lots of knowledge and the bus driver with him was great as well. I felt there could have been a bit more structure - music playing all the time over the speakers instead of just here and there; a stop for a snack; also, we visited locations and heard the stories but we didn't see for example, this is the guitar Jimi Hendrix played, or a visit inside an actual venue; that would have felt more complete.
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Had a great sense of humor tolerated our behavior… the record store we stopped out, however, was so tiny. I couldn’t really enjoy it and I got kicked out.
This is mainly a bus tour pointing out where various rock stars lived or performed. I enjoyed seeing parts of London that are off the beaten tourist track. Stopping for a picture crossing Abbey Road was the highlight of the tour.
It really wasn't much of a Music Tour we were in a bus and we just drove around for 4 hours we only got off twice and no water or beverages and then when I asked to use a restroom I felt uncomfortable I didn't feel that the guide really knew that much about music I'm going to be perfectly honest and it was not cheap I went on a previous music for on Tuesday that was half the price and 100% better
Colin was fun and very knowledgeable! John the driver very efficient in avoid all the road construction. Loved to see Abbey Rd and Sir Paul and Freddy’s house. Highly recommend it!
Ian was a great guide. He knew the best places to stop. Loved stopping at Abbey Road and walking across the street
Interesting tour and the host was very knowledgeable about all of the rock & roll facts. The highlight was visiting the zebra crossing on Abbey Road
Our tour guide was Richard and he was amazing. He was really knowledgeable. He was also friendly and made the experience so much fun!! Our driver was also great!!
