The person (Helena) who worked with me a few months ago via email to set up the private tours was wonderful; she was very responsive and helpful. Our actual tour guide, Tim Smyth, was very, very good. He provided detailed, interesting and little-known information about Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral and London in general. These historic sites came alive for us through his sharing of knowledge.

Helena from Discover Walks arranged a fantastic day for us. Our tour guide, Rocío, was absolutely amazing. From communications weeks before the tour to getting us on the correct bus at the end of our day (in the pouring rain), Rocío did a fantastic job. She listened to our interests and adapted the day to meet our requests. She was very personable and a great storyteller. She showed us how to use public transportation, which set us up for the rest of our trip. As a Blue Badge Guide, Rocío was very knowledgeable and kept us interested for the entire day. Would absolutely sign up for another tour with her.

What a wonderful consolidated tour of London’s most iconic sights. Our tour guide, Anna, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as our kiddos tired often and needed some rests. Anna gave a historical crash course and tailored it to be kid-friendly. We decided not to take the car service for an extra fee and instead, walked to all of the spots. It was manageable with some food and drink kiosks and restrooms along the way. Highly recommend this tour for families traveling with kids.

Helena was so organized and made sure we had an itinerary that was everything we could hope for and more. She gave excellent suggestions for the 1/2 day your so we could get as much in as possible. Her communication was a voice and beyond. Best I have ever had on any of the tours I’ve booked. Our guide was Will, who also made contact ahead of time to introduce himself and provide his direct contact to make meeting seem less! He was kind, informative and fun! Great historic information and fun facts and stories that had us smiling the whole time!! We did all the points of interest on our itinerary, his time management was exceptional. We never felt rushed or felt we lingered too long. It was an incredible balance and we were extremely impressed. Helena and Will are professional and created an experience way above our expectations. Thank you both!!! Next time we are in London I will be booking again with this company and hope to have them again!!

We had small kids to older adults. Our guide Anna was fantastic. We elected to get a luxury car to take us all around and it was worth it. Perfect amount of walking and we hit all the sites.

Jon gave us a wonderful full day tour of London. He is friendly knowledgeable and great with kids and families. We were a group of parents grandparents and two teens for our day. He took us to the Tower of London, on thr tube, we had lunch in a pub, saw the changing of the guard, Westminster abbey, st james palace and a walk through st james park. He even dropped us off at our destination for tea. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Jon!

What a fantastic day in London—we really packed in an impressive amount of iconic sights and local flavor thanks to Anna our stellar guide. Very informative and she made it very interesting.
From Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard to the rich art and history at the British Museum, the street vibe in Camden, and even catching a street performance at Covent Garden—that’s a perfect mix of royalty, culture, and energy.
Riding the Tube, exploring charming neighborhoods, and even stopping by 10 Downing Street and Piccadilly Circus and many more sites. We’ve done London proud!

This was our family’s first visit to London so we wanted to see “the sights” but also try to get our bearings and learn the basics. We did a full day tour of London. Fantastic communication beforehand to get a feel for what we were looking for. Our guide, Davey, was truly fantastic!!! He “got us” almost immediately and figured out what we would find interesting. We got to see a great mix of historical London as well as places off the beaten path, and best of all… great places to eat. Taught us basics of navigation and we ended the day in Camden Town then up to Primrose Hill. We never felt rushed and lived our ENTIRE day!! Many thanks to Davey for taking such good care of us!

We absolutely loved this tour! Tim was our guide and was so engaging and knowledgeable. He really tried to connect with our 13-year-old daughter and appreciated that we were trying to avoid information overload. Tim and I connected in advance of the tour to pinpoint exactly what we wanted to see and do. He was an excellent guide and kept us on track to see and do so much. After our tour he made a wonderful lunch recommendation, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the day. Highly recommend!
