Great tour with lots of interesting information

Long lines outside and watch out for paintings put on floor to make you step on then force you to pay. Queue was fine using this experience - there are metal detectors inside so be prepared. Manuella was full of good info and little nuggets of information- she was really good.

All the options available and reminder to get prepared for it. For example, bring sandle and towel for playing on the beach. Travellers should be very clear about the next meeting place and how to reach it to avoid getting lost. If the guides can handle written instructions about main activities and meeting instructions when reaching a place. It will be really helpful.

Overall, it is a well-organized, jam-packed tour. We did feel a little rushed to be back on time to move on to the next town. We usually like these tours to get an overview and then return at our own leisure to explore further. If you are expecting more than 1.5 hrs to explore each area, I would keep searching or limit your tour to only 2 towns. Siena was our favorite.

A must do tour

A must do walking tour - 2hrs well spent. It is so enjoyable and educational. It also gives you a good feel for the city. Debbie our tour guide had amazing knowledge on the history of Florence and kept us entertained with her humour. We paid a nominal fee to book the tour online and then at the end of the tour you pay the guide what you feel it was worth .. and honestly it is worth it.

If you’re trying to decide which wine tour to take in Tuscany, please read this.

My brother and I were looking for a wine tour. To be honest, we mostly wanted to drink wine and have a good time, but we also wanted to learn more about the rural side of Tuscany. We looked at many different tours, some more expensive, some cheaper. We were worried about spending too much time sitting on a bus instead of actually doing things, but we also wanted to get the most value for our money. This tour turned out to be the perfect balance. The day starts in Florence, where they pick you up in a large and very cool safari style truck. From there, we visited three different wineries, all located in northern Tuscany. This was great because the drives between stops were only about 40 minutes, so we spent more time enjoying the experience and less time traveling. The truck itself was very comfortable, with spacious seating and excellent climate control. During every ride between destinations, our guide, Ginebra, kept us engaged with explanations about the region, wine, and local history. She and Emiliano, the driver, were both fantastic. Ginebra explained the history of wine, its importance to the region, and how it’s made. Her explanations were easy to understand while still being detailed and informative. She has a great way of making everything both interesting and accessible. Every part of the experience was enjoyable, from riding through the Tuscan countryside in the safari truck, to visiting beautiful wineries, learning about the winemaking process, and, of course, tasting excellent wine. At first, people on the tour were a little reserved, but after the first few tastings everyone started relaxing and socializing. My brother and I enjoy our wine, and we thought the amount provided during the tastings was more than enough. If you want more, you’re at a winery, you can always buy an extra glass at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with this experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany. And if you’re lucky enough to get Ginebra as your guide, you’re in for an even better experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and her passion makes the tour ten times more enjoyable.

Wonderful!

Anna, our tour guide, is very personable and knowledgeable about the Accademia and Uffizi. She paced the tour well allowing the group 15 minutes after viewing David to visit the gift shop or use the restroom. She was very thorough in explaining the history of Florence and the Medici family and their role in collecting the works of art. We learned so much more on this guided tour than if we had visited on our own.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 This was one of the best excursions I’ve taken during my trip to Italy. The entire day was well organized, and the transportation made it easy to experience multiple incredible destinations without the stress of navigating on my own. The bus ride was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan scenery along the way. The travel time passed quickly, and everything ran smoothly from departure to return. Cinque Terre was absolutely breathtaking. Each village had its own unique charm, colorful buildings, stunning coastal views, and postcard-worthy scenery. Walking through the villages, exploring the local shops, and taking in the views of the Mediterranean Sea was an unforgettable experience. Pisa was the perfect addition to the day. Seeing the Leaning Tower in person was even more impressive than I expected. The Piazza dei Miracoli is beautiful, and of course, I had to take the classic tourist photos with the tower. There was enough free time to explore, take pictures, and truly enjoy the atmosphere. The day struck the perfect balance between guided transportation and independent exploration. I never felt rushed, yet we were able to see and experience so much in a single day. If you’re staying in Florence and want to experience some of Italy’s most iconic destinations, I highly recommend this tour. Between the stunning coastal villages of Cinque Terre, the unforgettable views, the historic beauty of Pisa, and the comfortable transportation, this excursion was worth every minute and remains one of the highlights of my trip to Italy.

Time is a bit limited, Be...

Time is a bit limited, Be aware that you will need to climb the tower steps fast if you want to spend time at the top. They only give you 30 minutes to do it all. Also, if you need to use the restrooms, you will have to pay for it and time perfectly, otherwise you could miss the bus back to Florence. Daisy, our tour coordinator was great and knowledgeable. The local Pisa tour guide, Sara was also great, fully bilingual, English and Spanish. She is very knowledgeable too.

This was such a fun and...

This was such a fun and well organized tour. Loved visiting all of the towns and exploring. We did opt for the guided tour in Siena which we could have done just as well on our own. However, we chose the meal option and enjoyed that very much. The winery and wine tasting was great! Wonderful wines, Basalmic Vinaigrette and Olive oils.
