What are people saying about Florence

Great tour (but lack of accessibility)
As a family, we loved the tour and found our guide (Olga) to be very well informed, interesting and entertaining. We learnt a lot and enjoyed the experience. My husband, however, struggled with the fact that the speaker/headphone system was not compatible with his hearing aids and so he was unable to hear what Olga said. This was frustrating because I know that he would have loved to learn all the information about the pictures we saw, as well as the lives of the Medicis and artists. It was sad that the tour was unable to accomodate this issue; this lack of accessibility must surely have come up before?

Elizabeth Rocks!
Elizabeth was a wonderful tour guide. She was friendly and accessible and made the tour experience great. She took us to the best spots, gave us suggestions and then let us explore on our own. She also went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost phone the following day on her next tour. We are so thankful for her assistance and dedication. The Gatesman Family - Michigan

Five stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was an excellent tour and everything we were hoping for in our dat trip. We were able to see the 5 villages of cinque terre, they are all very different and wonderful in their own way. Chris and Joanne were our exceptional guides, informative, organized, friendly and helpful. Best guides ever and I would recommend anyone take this tour with them! Thanks for such a great day.

Two hours that make the rest of the time in Florence more meaningful
Debby led a very enjoyable tour, and kept it interesting even as it rained for much of the second half of the tour. The background stories and context she shared added helpful and memorable context to the sites we had already visited and to a couple of new ones we added after hearing her comments. Also got some great dining recommendations from her when the tour concluded.
