Stunningly beautiful countryside
The Tuscan countryside is beautiful!! The bus ride was very comfortable. Kudos to the driver Ali. The guide, Ricardo, was excellent. He spoke clearly in English and Spanish. He was extremely accommodating. Paid attention to detail in order that everyone on this tour was well informed and was comfortable with the different sections of the tour.

Wonderful trip to Cinque terre.
This was a very long, packed day from 7.20am till 9pm return. A lot of walking and a hike which I didn't take but still you'd need to be able to walk a lot. Cinque terre villages were all beautiful and the boat ride at the end was a treat in the lovely sunshine. Our walkabout guides, Claudia and Maya were absolutely fantastic, very well organised, friendly and helpful with the many trains hopping between villages everything flowed smoothly, we had a lovely lunch and enough free time to soak up the sun with a tasty gelato. Very busy with tourists in April but less so than in summer so good time to come. Price was very reasonable although, lunch and boat ride were extra €30. Well worth it. I recommend this highly.

Worth it
Ginevra was very knowledgeable about wine and very friendly. She was very helpful especially when it came to the wine tastings. Emi was great too. There were so many wines to taste and they even gave us food pairings plus a delicious lunch. Probably the best food I have tasted in Florence so far. And the wineries were breathtakingly beautiful. I definitely recommend this tour if you are going to Florence.

Great tour and guide
Great overview and highlights of the most significant aspects of this museum. As a group we were able to gain relatively quick entrance. Guide was knowledgeable and able to point out the most important parts while explaining the history. The museum is large and crowded and you could spend many hours there and still not get to view everything.
