Go and do the wine tour, the views were breathtaking!! The trip to the countryside was calming and relaxing. Our tour guide was very informative and engaging in conversation. Both winery’s we top notch. Very enjoyable and interesting!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!!!

When the description says, "wine tour," i envision a tour of the vineyards and a glimpse at the wine making process. This was, "you can take a picture for Instagram with these grapevine before we start the tasting."
Also, it would be very helpful if they gave the name of the vineyard because we booked 2 tours through Viator and ended up at the same place.
That said, this tasting was very nice-good pairings and great explanation of what we were tasting.

The description was 5 hrs tour starting at 2
We got on bus 2.30 and drove 50 mins and left vineyard 5.30
Actual tasting and visit lasted 2hrs.
Vineyard guide was excellent and good and wines v good. We were allowed additional glasses of wine to try which was v generous

Great tour. But be aware, there is a 20 minute walk from the meeting location to the bus that you ride to the vineyard. The wine tasting was superb, well executed and entertaining. I went with my husband and two kids (age 20 & 22). Everyone had a great time! The bus ride through the countryside was very enjoyable!

The Wine tasting was lovely however the meeting point was not clear at all - it’s tucked away. Other tours I’ve been on the meeting point was at the bus parking lot (where our guide actually led us to) and that was actually easier to find than meeting in the station. I would suggest someone waiting out of the ticked away place with a clear flag as it was a stressful start to the trip and also meant as a couple we couldn’t sit together on the bus.

Put the meeting location into Google and it is very easy to find the visitor information meeting place. There is a 7 minute walk as a group to the bus from the station. It was very nice being driven to the winery beautiful views. Not much time in the vineyard. Mainly set up for people to take quick photos then into the wine tasting room. You can ask for refills and try all the wines and repeat as you want. It was a fun afternoon/early evening activity. Minimal physical activity and a rest from rushing to see different sites

The bus was super easy from the train station and views on the ride were cool. Our guide Giordano (Jordan) was very nice and informative on the ride there. The wine was good, winery was cool to see and also to try the wine with different snacks. We ended up ordering some wine to go/delivered which we are excited for. Only thing that could make this a 5 is if they gave you a glass of your favorite wine at the end since the tasting is probably only about 2 glasses total. This was a good deal.

We did this tour with our two adult children and really enjoyed it. The meeting spot in the train station was a bit tricky to find at first, it’s on the top level, and we got caught in torrential rain during the 10 minute walk to the bus. But once the wine started flowing and the food/lite bites came out, we forgot all about the rain.
The wines were great and all four of us found something we liked. It was a fun half-day trip and a nice way to see a little bit of the countryside outside Florence. Would definitely recommend.

The vineyard itself was wonderful and worth the trip. Our guide there was very informative and entertaining. However, please be aware that although you are told to meet at their office in the train station, there is a 15 minute brisk walk to get to the bus before you start the hour long journey to the vineyard. The coach had poor air conditioning and it was a hot afternoon. The microphone was not working properly and we struggled to hear at the middle of the coach so those as the back had no chance. We did highlight this to the guide on the coach but she didn't attempt to speak any louder or move down the coach so that we could hear. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the way home so a journey that should have been an hour took almost two. Again, we were not dropped off at the arranged meeting point but at a coach park some 15 minute walk from the station. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to keep up.

The wine tasting experience was top-notch. Definitely a five star experience. I gave this Tour A 4 star rating because you have to go into the train station to check in. This place was a madhouse! Sooo many people! It is not easy to locate the information ticket booth. We had to ask three different people before we found the place. The lady at the counter, checked us in and told us to have a cup of Cafe or use the restrooms and we would leave at 10 after 2. What she did not say is that every toilet in the train station requires that you have a train ticket to get in. This is not convenient for people who were on a bus tour! The one and only restroom available as we found out, was located on platform 5. That toilet is also a pay toilet. So if you don’t have coins, you won’t be going in. The rest of the trip was definitely worth the struggle in the train station. But I think a better meeting place should be established. I cannot say enough about the wine tasting. The entire staff was an absolute joy. We sat at a table with wonderful people, and shared many laughs and lots of wine.

Wonderful experience. The bus trip was comfortable and the tour guide was great. We tasted 7 different wines, tasted balsamic vinegar and different olive oil flavors. The Winery has a great assortment of products to try. Many photo shoots props on location. They provided some appetizers for the wine tasting. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station to get to your tour bus. You can take your luggage with you to store in the bus for free or do what we did and pay at the train station to leave it stored and you don’t have to take it with you back and forth on the street.

Very friendly coach tour leader (Caterina) and great coach driver (Vito?). The vineyard tour was more of a wine tasting than a vineyard tour as it was in a dining room. Lots of wines to try (7) and nice cheese & nibbles. Informative about their wines, which were of excellent quality. The vineyard staff were super friendly and you could have several top ups when the session was over. Good value over all. The sparkling wines were some of the best I've tasted!

It was a good trip, the guide Caterina was very friendly and had good information. We visited 2 wineries, the first one was very good with a tour and tasting, the second one only tasting. It was a good and fun experience 1 hr from Florence approximately. The wines were really good. The only thing is that they set a pickup location in the train station but then made us walk over 10 minutes to where the bus was parked. Not a fan of that, of that the drop-off was in that spot which was a little dark and kinda scary at night. It is something to take notice of.

We had a fab time tasting wines and Balsamic in the hills of Tuscany! Our tour guide was helpful and knowledgeable about the areas we visited and the wines etc we had were very good too. The Balsamic we tried on our first stop was the best I’ve ever had and bought a couple of bottles!! Would definitely recommend this tour although my one criticism would be to be a little more descriptive about the meeting point please… if you’re not from Florence, finding the actual ticket counter was a pain and we thought we were going to miss our trip… it’s right in the centre of the train station in a ticket hall around a corner so we found that difficult to find with the instructions online..

Overall it was a very good experience. The wine tasting was a lot of fun.....especially the second place where Marco entertained us with his wit and humour. It would have been great if the tour guide would have given us more information as we travelled. The vineyard tour was not very in depth. It would have been good to hear and see more of the process. We stood in the vineyard and enjoyed the view but didn't get very much information.

Excellent value for 58 euros plus tip. Coach was very comfortable, scenery was incredible. The super Tuscan Ava we had at the second stop was bold and big, very enjoyable. The people on the tour friendly and engaged. Would do this tour again

It was a beautiful ride on an air conditioned bus (thank goodness). 2 wineries and lots of samples & food to pair with. Interesting tour through the process. I wish it could have been longer. Would do again!!
