We had an absolutely amazing tour with Jonna today. She took us all around Helsinki and made the entire experience unforgettable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional, and shares so much fascinating information in such an engaging and interesting way. What truly makes her special is the incredible enthusiasm and energy she brings it’s contagious and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. We highly, highly recommend this tour and feel very lucky to have had Jonna as our guide.

The tour included quite a bit of sightseeing from the comfort of our sprinter van. The driver was very safe and efficient, and our guide, Tanya, was awesome. She provided so many interesting facts and a lot of fun commentary. She pointed out a lot of key things along the ride and also lead us on several walking portions of the tour. She did a great job explaining Finland history, as well insights on the current state for the country.

I can't express how amazing it was. I joined as a solo traveller on 1st May. The park and lakes are stunning, you will never forget this park. Food, refreshments, toilets all available and guide made the best mushroom soup for us. We saw lots of wildlife and guide spent a long time explaining to us about the plants. You do not need to be an experienced hiker or have much gear - I am a totally urban person and walked it no problem in normal trainers. One thing I would say is it is very uneven/mud/rocky terrain so if you have any mobility issues or use any aids I would suggest to check with Viator in advance if it is a suitable tour for you. This was an excellent tour. We went in early April and the waterfalls were still frozen. The going could be a bit icy and slippery but it was worth it. We were picked up from our hotel at 825am as part of a small group. We were at the office at 9am and fitted for overalls and crampons. It was about 90 minutes drive to the park. The hike was about 3 miles, a lot of hills up and down, but very good. The scenery was beautiful and the guide knowledgeable. About 4/5 of the way through the hike we stopped to grill hot dogs at a fun barbecue spot. We were back at our hotel around 430pm.

Only 2 on the tour, which I enjoyed. The historical and art info was easy to understand, thankfully. I also liked having an hour only, plus 4 short walks in between locations. Andres was a very good tour guide and I enjoyed his stories and local recommendations.

This reindeer safari was one of the most beautiful and peaceful experiences we had in Lapland — truly a winter dream. The whole ride felt like stepping into a postcard: endless snow, silent forests, and that calm Arctic atmosphere that makes you slow down and just take it all in. The sleigh ride itself was magical — simple, quiet, and honestly the perfect way to experience Lapland nature in such an authentic way. Feeding the reindeer afterwards was also such a special moment, especially if you love animals and want a closer connection with the experience. One thing I really appreciated was the customer service and how attentive the team was. My partner and I were staying in Ivalo (around 45 minutes away) and I didn’t realize how far that was when I booked. The guide noticed immediately and messaged me right away to confirm our location, which I honestly appreciated so much — it saved us from last-minute stress. They also helped us arrange transportation and explained the options clearly. We ended up booking a private round-trip shuttle for 220 EUR for two people, which was super convenient and smooth. It’s not included in the tour price, but the fact that they proactively caught the issue and helped coordinate everything made the whole experience feel well-managed and cared for. Not a “meh” at all — but if you’re going in early January, bring very warm clothes. It’s worth it, but the cold is real 😂❄️ I’d recommend this to absolutely anyone: couples, solo travelers, families, friends… it’s peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meeting Santa Claus and experiencing the Reindeer Ride & Husky Greet was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully organized, festive, and full of Christmas spirit. Santa himself was incredibly warm, kind, and authentic — it felt like stepping right into a storybook. The reindeer ride was peaceful and enchanting through the snowy landscape, and the huskies were so friendly and full of energy. It was truly special being able to interact with them up close. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure everyone — especially the children — had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lapland. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that captures the true magic of the holiday season!

The guide took us on a wide array of locations around central Helsinki. The tour is fun, informative, and not difficult. It is interesting to see the city from the perspective of a non-native local resident (the guide is an American student) - it may even be more valuable for a tourist than getting the perspective of a local guide. The guide has a good sense of humor which is apparent throughout the tour and a unique style. Well, actually, he could have used the word "actually" a bit less, it's kind of distracting, but not so much that it interferes with the experience. Anyway, highly recommended.
