A bit chaotic but still fun. There was a LOT of people. Kinda chaotic with no clear instructions. It was like a free for all and the guide had to shout to “herd” people. It was too overcrowded and the tour guides were unable to pay attention to their group. Like people were cutting lines and the guides did either notice or care. I suggest to just book directly at a less touristy spot. It was still nice to see the reindeers and huskies. The snowmobiling was fun too but some areas were too icy. I know they cannot control the weather but it was partly like that too due to all the tours beforehand that had went through the path.

Excellent tour, Pau, Vini and the greek guy were super nice. Is the best tour in the same day you do the snow mobile, Husky ride and reindeer ride

Really fun and safe snowbike ride into the Winter forest. Then a loving farm with Happy Husky and reindeer, before a good warm salmone soup near a frozen river. What a great esperienze!! Great for Family, Friends or partner

You do get to experience everything which is cool! The Huskies and Reindeer part is very short. Not sure if thats standard, but I anticipated a longer activity. Snow mobiles were good, but slow paced. Woulda liked more for my money

The tour was great! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun — even with the temperature at -24°C. Highly recommend! Also, make sure to wear lots of layers to stay warm. ❄️😊

The biggest part of activity (snowmobile) was cancelled because of below 20 degrees temperature... no one told us anything before on boarding and only midway we were advised to wait until adults with binoculars kids finish that part to continue with the reindeer and husky experience... the company said we will be refunded to the tune of eur 114 being 35 per adult and 22 per child... while the same activity (1 hour snowmobiling) if to be booked with them would cost eur 300.... this is unacceptable... the rest of the tour was OK. When we complained in office when returned the manager said they understand and to communicate via viator, nothing can be done. This is unacceptable

A great day out, a shame that the husky ride was cancelled however totally appreciate that the safety of the animals comes first. Our partial refund has already been issued which is fantastic. Snowmobiling was so much fun, more of a trail through the woods at a slower speed. We’ve done snowmobiling before where we went a lot faster but this was a different experience to really take in the scenery. Reindeer ride was great and 500m was more than enough in -34 degrees! All staff were lovely and made sure everyone was having fun throughout.

One of the best tour in Rovaniemi. All the guides are so friendly and helpful. Fantastic snowmobile ride. Really had lot of fun. Excellent tour and definitely recommended.

This is an ideal activity for anyone short on time but wanting to experience huskies, visit a reindeer farm with a sleigh ride, and try snowmobiling. It met my expectations, though it is a large group, so it’s easy to get separated if you’re not paying attention. That said, the guides do their best to manage such a big group, and I commend them for that. I would recommend this tour.

The experience was the highlight of our short visit to Lapland.
Take your driving license. Wear many layers of clothing. It is very important to give yourself extra time to find the meeting point . The snowy landscape, minimal meeting point instructions, compounded with a foreign language address, was an issue for us.

Very fun experience overall and the tour was well conducted. The activities were very fun and the guides were knowledgeable and very friendly. The snowmobiling took place at the Santa Claus Village, but reindeer and husky sledding took place at its own ranch that specializes in taking care of these animals which was nice to see. Even in mid-December with 70+ others, the tour stayed organized and there was not too much waiting around. Overall very fun tour and would definitely do it again!

Had a fantastic day. Great friendly guides, well organised considering the logistics of many different levels of ability in the snow mobiles. Husky Riding was amazing. Great day out.

very helpful and friendly staff.
with the exception of the young lady that was working on the night shift, forgot her name, the rest are very helpful, very friendly and happy to assist a tourist who is lost.
the night duty young lady however, does not smile, and stone walls you when u ask for help. my sim card had frozen up, and I needed help, she refused to allow me access to the wifi (as its their rules) and even refused to call me an Uber.
I was completely lost and did not know what to do next, and then she decided to be merciful and allowed me wifi access.

Really enjoyed this tour (especially the snowmobiles) Covered all the experiences we wanted and very well organised.

Meeting point instructions was not clear. Was dropped off at a shopping Mall and could not locate the office. Turns out it wasn't open anymore and had to rush to Santa's Village and was a struggle to find the place. Everything was great once we were at the correct location

Beautiful experience, 100% recommended. I confess I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews mentioning the waiting times… but we had no (or minimum) waiting times. Since March is apparently low season, there were almost no tourists. I loved it all, it’s a perfect triple combo (husky, reindeer, snowmobile). All very well organized. All animals are very well taken care of and respected. Thank you to Saiaand, to all other staff, and to the cute animals. Without them it wouldn’t be possible. Regarding the price, although it seems initially a high price, there is no better option, not even separately. And since it all went so well, I think it’s a good value.

It was a fun day playing with reindeer, husky, riding snow mobile for almost an hour. And yes spending time at Santa claus village. Very well organised
shital_s, Mar 2025
It’s a super fun experience. They even serve cookies and hot drink and give detail info on reindeers. Sabrina and Ville were awesome and caring and made sure we had super fun

Really good experience, crammed 3 things the kids wanted to try into half a day. Felt as though organisation was a bit haphazard at times (corralling a coachload of people could have been a bit better), but otherwise we enjoyed it and felt we got our moneys-worth.
Dog sledding is short - one lap of a track so over in about a minute, but you also get to pet the dogs and play around in the snow/sit by a fire afterwards. The reindeer ride was nice, also one lap of a track, but it genuinely felt like walking through a winter wonderland and was very peaceful. The snowmobiling was the majority of the time - about 20-25 mins out in convoy, then swap drivers and return. Our kids (6 & 8) went in a sled behind the leader, but they snuggled under a blanket and were quite happy.
There is a fair bit of driving around on a coach too - getting from pickup to where you get kitted out, then to the husky/reindeer farm, then back to the snowmobiles, then back to where you were picked up from, but it's all easy enough and as long as you're aware it's going to take time then we didn't have any issue with it. We wouldn't go back as we've done it now, but we're glad we did it.

It was sinnlich fun and Diego was one of the best guides! Such a nice experience. If you wanna do all of these 3 activities it’s a big recommendation to do them together!

Wearing your own skisuit is not necessary before starting the journy. Great adventure, full of surprises. Organisation of this event was excellent! I really enjoy this party!
Caitlin_A, Jan 2025
Snowmobiling is a MUST!! perfect sunset time and great scenery of the true lapland experience. Husky and reindeer ride was so cute
John_R, Jan 2025
Best day we had in lapland so far and the snowmobiling was excellent and such a great location in the woods
Sarah_T, Jan 2025
Absolutely fabulous experience. We had a 3yo and 6yo and it was minus 25 degrees. Even with multiple layers, it was freezing. Huskies, Reindeers and Snow mobiling - great day all round.
Oliver_M, Jan 2025
The tour was excellent. Very good guides for newcomers to snowmobiling. Bruno from Spain was very friendly and helpful. The husky and reindeer rides were fun and it was interesting to learn about Sami culture. Just one issue. When I booked, the told me I’d have a 11:00 am pick up at the hotel but the confirmation said 10:00 am at the Arctic snowmobile headquarters next to the mall in Rovaniemi. It all worked out but I’m happy I checked on the details. Otherwise I would have missed the tour. Santa Claus village was fun too.
Bryan_L, Jan 2025
Snowmobiling was super fun and the huskies were very cute. The reindeer experience was a little disappointing but still fun overall.
siddhartha_k, Jan 2025
The husky and reindeer rides are shorter than advertised but the time done was enough for this activity and longer would have made it boring unless you have kids with you.
The snowmobile ride was good. However not everyone gets to ride a mobile for the one hour, you have to share the ride with another person and get to drive for half hour only and not the full one hour.
The facilities and equipment are good.
Carlo_L, Jan 2025
well organized trip, good staffs, easy to find meeting points, it will perfect if the husky rides at least 750m and the reindeer only with the antlers
Theresa_S, Jan 2025
The activities themselves were ok/good, but the entire day was hugely unorganised. 9am meeting time and not back to SCV until 6pm, with activities only 2ish hours of that time - the rest of the time was waiting around which was hard for the kids. Seemed overbooked for the number of instructors, especially the snowmobiles and when we were getting clothing. Not enough space / not thought through where kids would sit etc. the instructors/guides were definitely trying their best, but unable to cope with the numbers.
