A really informative tour and worthwhile doing but, I didn’t like that the guide began the tour by saying that tips were necessary either in cash or by card. Obviously I was going to tip but this really put me off!

The guide was informative, full of stories, very knowledgeable, very good English、learnt a lot about Finland, very good start of the first day in Helsinki

What a disappointment, and wasted morning. Showed up to the start point as per instructions from the booking. 2 other couples also looking for a tour. Perhaps they are out of business - but I wasted my morning on this. I would not recommend booking this tour, or your time may also be wasted. Such a shame.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience in Helsinki. However, the tour on July 23rd at 10 AM did run as scheduled starting from Hallituskatu 9, Senate Square - in front of the white church. Was there something confusing about the instructions of the meeting place?

I joined the tour today and I have taken much better tours during my 2 week travelling. I cant give more than 1 star as I left a part way through.

Hi Juliette I'm sorry that you had a disappointing experience. A bit more information would help a lot to understand which parts of the tour did not meet your expectations. I did the tour on 20th Sat at 10:00 myself and in my notes I marked you as a no-show. That might be a mistake on my part, but it makes me wonder if you actually took our Free Tour - or whether you ended to other providers tour? There are many Free Tour operators in Helsinki starting tour from the Senate Square.
