What an incredible experience we had with Snowride Lapland! Our guide Mario was exceptional. He was funny and relaxed while still being very professional. The snowmobiles were very good quality and even came with hand warmers for both driver and passenger. My wife was very nervous to drive but after great teaching from Mario she tried out driving and had a wonderful time. There are many options for snowmobiling in Rovaniemi and I can’t recommend this operator enough for their quality, professionalism, and overall experience!

It was just cool!!! Our Gide Nacho is as SUPER friendly , get good vibes with kids. They had a lot of fun! We drove thought a fairytale forest- it was amazingly beautiful! We were well instructed and felt absolutely safe! It’s was a lot of fun!
Our snowmobile experience today was amazing, one of the best things I've ever done in my life! Our guide Nacho was so passionate, professional and helpful. His instructions were clear and we felt confident once we started.
Our seven year old son was transported in a heated pod by Nacho which was awesome for him. He got to stay toasty warm and still enjoy the same experience we did.

Excellent snowmobile experience, first class equipment and guide. Would definitely recommend it. The guide was very helpful and kind, looked after everyone.
The ride is interesting for first timers. However, we encountered some issues: 1. The heated cabin is not for everyone. Some kids like it but some find the shaking and being confined in that space uncomfortable. It's better if the guide had stopped to check with the people inside the cabin after 5 mins if they feel alright rather than wait till halfway after 30mins. Also, there's no way to communicate with the guide from inside the cabin during the ride if we need his attention. This makes it somewhat unsafe.
2. The guide got frustrated with us and started complaining about us when we were stranded or encountered issues with the snowmobile a few times. It's our first time and we don't know what happens when it doesn't work as it should.
The company otherwise seems well established and have the necessary clothing and preparation.

I will personally speak with the guide, as it is standard practice to stop every 5 to 10 minutes to check on the children in the heated sleigh and make sure everyone is feeling comfortable. Our experience with Clemence was amazing. She showed up on time to pick us up and was very friendly. The thermal suit, helmet and even gloves they provided were clean and new. The best part about this company was the heated capsule for my daughter pulled by the guide. It kept her warm the while time especially it was really snowing when we did the snowmobile activity.
