Amazing experience

Our team was amazing and so personable. Marco our tour guide is a wealth of knowledge and a great mentor to Beto who will be a great tour guide. Jose our driver got us there safety. This team made the experience great and it was very organized. They translated in English which help d tremendously. Communication needs to improve regarding pick up times. Our scheduled pick up time was 7am. I did not get a text or email until 7:30am stating our pick up time was at 7:30am. They should communicate a smaller van will pick you up then you will transfer to a large coach bus. The booking description should be more detailed regarding times of pick up, how long it takes to drive to the first location and so on.

Not challenging. Very fun.

As a very active person, I did the most challenging trip. It was still very easy. The tour guide was fantastic. The facilities were fantastic and the caverns are absolutely beautiful. Though if you’re looking for a physical excursion, it’s not very challenging. The mountain biking and the repelling were pretty easy. I still highly recommend this adventure as a solo traveler or with family.

Rio Secreto was not as cold as we expected, and we have a 8 year old and a 12 year old went with us. We would do it again with a different underground section. Tulum is good, but different from 16 years ago when we visited for the first time. Facilities are good

Great day on the water

Super friendly hosts. From pick up to drop off everything was taken care of. We enjoyed our time on the catamaran with lunch and never ending drinks :) The snorkeling was a ton of fun and we were excited to see a sea turtle. Don’t forget to reapply your sunscreen after the snorkeling!!

Great tour guide

Excellent tour guide with extensive knowledge about the site. Be warned, the site itself has very, very long lines. You need to pay for 3 tix to get in, yes 3 different tix, and they are not cheap, for a quick 30min excursion to see the sites. The tour guide was great, and stood in line for us. I would not recommend visiting this site, but if you must see it, use this company!

Amazing time in Mexico

Incredible experience! Great drinks, snacks, fruit, and the crew was so fun to be around. The saxophonist truly added to the vibe. Transportation was safe and well organized, which made everything even better. The taco tasting was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. Wonderful time sailing.

We had a wonderful time. The crew were very kind and helpful to us. We were a family ranging in age from 7 to 66. We wanted to actually sail on the sailboat. Which we did to our delight! We went to Playa Norte at Isla Mujeres and swam in incredibly clear blue water. Afterwards the crew provided home made guacamole and chis and some delicious fresh pineapple. Drinks were provided and they played music on board. We finished our time with more sailing and watching the sunset. We had interesting conversations with the crew about sailing and the area in general. They were very knowledgeable. Again the crew couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely people.
