Great experience and the food was delicious. Saul met my group of 4, as we exited the uber enthusiastic, because we were running late from an previous excursion. Saul explained the group was further ahead and he would be our personal guide. We greatly appreciate his patience with us because we were moving slow and somewhat uninterested because we were tried. But we made it to 3 stops , and our bodies and mind gave up . But overall each stop was unique and Saul explained everything on how it was made and the origin . He was a great host for my exhausted group , we thanked him for his time and patience. So overall the tour was worth the experience , and he took plenty of pictures which we loved .

This was a great food experience our guide was so knowledgeable of the local area and took us all around and was very patient and explain many things to us that tequila tasting part of it was fun also I recommend this tour to anyone who goes to the Cancun area it gives you a taste of the authentic Cancun outside of normal tourist stuff.... they picked us up on time every establishment we went to we felt very welcome and our guide really seemed to have a knowledge of the local lay of the land and the people. I do not remember my guide's name because I'm writing the review 7 days after my trip but the tour was fantastic!!! Highly recommend for something a little different to do while in the Cancun area.

AMAZING! Not only did the guys take us to places we would have never otherwise found, they also provided context/ backstory to each taco stop. So many interesting titbits of information about the origins of the cuisine! Every taco was different and full of flavour. I went solo on this trip as the rest of my travel party didn't fancy it - their loss! I felt completely safe throughout and enjoyed the whole experience. We were not picked up at the designated location, nor were we informed about the pick-up time. I sent two messages requesting confirmation of the pick-up time, but received no response. We sat there for 15 minutes and no one came.

The tequila was amazing and definitely would buy it again! The tacos are true tacos from Mexico but the tequila was one of a kind that is not shared anywhere else but here.

The biggest problem with this trip was our guide was on drugs or something. His eyes were all hazed over, and he had issues walking. At first, we thought we would just go along with the flow ..we made it to the tequila tasting which they wanted you to buy but wanted you to pay 4 times the actual cost. Our guide stepped away after that event, and when he returned was worse than he was before. We then politely said we were done for the evening and did not finish. When I complained they offered us $30 for the last two places we didn't visit. I and my friends both agree, we should have gotten half if not all our money back as the tour operators should be making sure to check to see if we are safe and that their guides are not incapacitated.

Firstly, we want to assure you that the guide in question has been with us for six years and has maintained a clean record. We take such matters very seriously and have never encountered issues with his performance. During your tour, he repeatedly offered to continue the experience, but you chose to end it early.
Regarding the tequila tasting, as outlined in our tour description, the tasting is complimentary and paid for by us. Any purchases made are entirely optional and at the guest’s discretion.
We regret that you did not feel comfortable reaching out during the tour, despite having our direct contact information. When we were informed the next morning, we conducted a thorough investigation. All restaurant owners and staff we spoke to confirmed that they did not observe any inappropriate behavior from our guide.
Our guide also mentioned that, although the booking was made in English, he was happy to translate everything into Spanish for your Mexican companion who did not speak English. This added some time to the interactions to ensure everyone understood and enjoyed the experience. If you were not happy with the tour guide's service, it is puzzling that you still tipped him. Tips are meant to be earned, reflecting satisfaction with the service provided.
Despite this, we provided a partial refund for the segments of the tour you chose not to complete as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, we would like to offer you a complimentary experience on your next visit to Cancun. Please contact us to arrange this.
We also want to clarify that our guide reported feeling uncomfortable due to certain interactions during the tour, which might have contributed to the situation. Despite this, we honored your request to reschedule your tour for the next day after your flight change, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

I truly wish I could give this place 100 stars haha. I booked this tour because I wanted to get off the hotel zone and see the local side of Cancun. Food was delicious, drinks and tequila tasting was great too! Saul even accommodated my shellfish allergy and provided an alternative at the seafood place. There was good & bad. On a girls trip my friend and I agreed the van smelled musty and felt unclean. The driver was very knowledgable about the food & culture. The 1st taco place had live music BUT we were seated at a dirty table. The 2nd stop was fun & the best taco. They offered pictures in Mexican hats. I had the best non alcoholic pina colada ever. The 3rd stop was not good. It was a busy popular taco stand but in an alley that had an old liquor smell. The food was being prepped in an area of the alley, next to the taco stand, that was small & didnt look good. Many of us did not eat the tacos there but the tour guide didnt seem to notice. I got 1 taco there & it was tasty. My favorite was the churro stand and that area of the tour in general. The area was bright, clean, and carnival like. The churro was the best I have ever had in my life...WOW! The tequila tasting was amazing if u are a drinker. We went to a gift shop that gave private group tastings. The guys at the shop were so aggressive, bossy, pushy while I was brousing, that I bought nothing in defiance...lol. My friend bought a nice bottle of Tequila. We felt very safe & the company has potential. They just need to polish up on cleanliness & some taco venue choices.

This was such a fun tour and we had Luis as our guide. He was hilarious and was very knowledgeable about the history and food. The food was delicious and by the end you’re so stuffed. I felt safe the entire time, at one point I had mosquito bites and forgot my repellent and Luis went out of his way to get me some. There was another couple on the tour and they were vibes and it was just a great time!!! Highly recommend.

My friend and I had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Luis, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, essentially giving us a history lesson about the Yucatán area, Mexican culture and cuisine. Speaking of the cuisine, all the the tacos were great, especially the chile relleno de espinaca tacos from Pescaditos. It also gave us a chance to see parts of Cancun outside of the hotel zone. I think this was a great value and I’d highly recommend it.

The tour guide was very informative. He did a great job of keeping a positive atmosphere. Another positive is they worked with my pregnant wife’s diet restrictions.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the taco tour! This was the highlight of our trip to Cancun. Our guide, Saul, was extremely knowledgeable on all things Mexico and taught us so much. All of the food we ate was the best we had during our trip!
