We had a little problem with our pick up abd they were a little late. But once we got started it was great. All the activities were well managed. Lunch was yummy. Again rushed at the end I guess to keep us on schedule. I would definitely reccomend.

You decided to get to the park on your own, but for some reason, you were waiting at the wrong pick-up point. You then went to a park not owned by our company, demanding that your ticket be validated and insulting the staff there. The day before your tour, you were given precise instructions on how to get to the park, including a Google Maps link with the exact location. Finally, you continued to insult and threaten us throughout the conversation we had, while we were just trying to help you get to the park.

Tourist trap. Got ripped off, harassed everyone to buy pictures, literally picked us up and kept us there for hours. Charged 16% card fee and other “conservation fees” when I got there. Lame spot.

The experience is great to check off your bucket list. I enjoyed the activities, but it is so unorganized. We were able to complete everything but the park itself was unorganized. We waited long in the beginning and waited long for the next activity. I wouldn’t call them hidden fees but $5 for lockers $5 for insurance $25 natural conservation fee. So in all you’ll need an extra $30 for to actually enjoy the experience the way you want on top of what you will pay online. NEVER USE CARDS 16% charge included. People were great except one staff he was terrible but ADRIAN, JOSE, ANTONIO were great

You did not show up at the indicated time and place for your pickup, therefore you did not take our tour and were a no-show. We sent you the video as proof that our driver was there. In our phone call, your hotel staff acknowledged that our transportation was waiting for you, but you never showed up. You never let us speak during our call; you just interrupted us and didn't allow us to help you. I believe the term "rude" was actually on your part. Finally, we are not responsible if you stayed at a hotel where you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the lobby. Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Communication

Iwas really looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. I mentioned that my hotel was in Tulum, since the day before the activity, the guy didn’t answer my message, I ended up driving 2 hours to Cancun, only to find out later that the activity location was actually just 1 hour from Tulum something I could’ve known if they had properly read and responded to my message. To make matters worse, my scheduled pickup time was 11:00 AM, but the actual pickup didn’t happen until 12:20 PM. I also had to pay $40 USD for parking in Cancun, which felt completely unnecessary had the location been communicated clearly. Finally, they didn’t allow phones during the activity and pressured us into paying extra for photos and videos, which felt like a money trap. I tried to cancel after realizing the location issue, but they denied a refund, saying it was too late. This whole experience left me disappointed and frustrated. And they charged me a $50 plus insurance charge while I paid the one who’s included everything.

We know clear communication matters. We're taking your feedback seriously to avoid future mix-ups and make sure the only surprises guests get are the fun kind. Now, let's clarify point by point, since things aren't always as they seem or as they're made out to be. First, please know that all, absolutely all, messages from our clients are answered as long as they are received within our customer service hours. Our tour description is very clear in mentioning that our pick-up service does NOT include Tulum, so clients know what to expect even before booking. You didn't indicate a hotel when making your reservation; therefore, and as the tour description indicates, you are automatically assigned the meeting point in Cancun. Again, the tour description clearly states that the use of cell phones is not permitted for security reasons and no one is forced to purchase photos; that's up to each individual. Once again, it's stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to when booking that to receive a refund you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, but you wanted a last-minute refund because you didn't read the tour description carefully. You say you were charged $50 for insurance, however, we don't have any insurance for that amount. You're a bit confused; perhaps you're reviewing the wrong experience. In fact, we've reviewed our records and we don't have any previous reservations with your name and the characteristics you mention. Obviously, there wasn't a lack of clear communication here, but rather an omission due to not reading all the tour specifications before booking. This, of course, is if it's true that you booked an experience with us. We're leaving the possibility of dialogue open in case you actually had a reservation with us and would like to speak with our General Manager and resolve any of the issues you raised in your review. If you'd like to do so, just send us a private message and we'll be happy to clarify any issues.

The company charges $80 (American dollars) per person for photos and gets bad if you try to take photos yourself. The activities were fun and the members of staff seemed knowledgeable and aware. Some of the zip lines didn’t take people all the way across and they had to pull themselves across.

Don’t waste your money

My group had a horrible experience. The staff constantly rushed us. We did not get the service we booked. We booked single ATVs and were forced to share a double. We were rushed on the zip line, horseback riding, and the cenote. On top of that, they dang near force the tip box in your face. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. If I could leave 0 stars I would’ve!

We have contacted you to clarify the situation and we have proposed solutions in this regard, but you have refused to accept them, we have also let you know our apologies and the fact that you never let us know the situation to solve it immediately, either you contacted us through the Viator chat or by phone call but you never did, therefore, if you do not allow us to help you, it is not possible for us to reach a solution in this regard, as we mentioned in the message, even in the best parks, hotels and airlines around the world sometimes mistakes are made, all services are managed by humans and we are not exempt from making mistakes, the important thing is to recognize them and be willing to fix them. Judging by the rest of the reviews from other travelers, this has been an isolated incident that we have followed up on punctually but that you have not wanted to solve, so we will continue to strive to give a great service to our visitors and we will remain open to dialogue in case you decide to change your mind.

I would not recommend this adventure park. Given misinformation from the start. Most of the staff was impatient and rushed our group the entire time. We paid for single ATVs but were forced to share doubles and when we mentioned something, we were given attitude in response. It seems like this place overbooked themselves and could not accommodate the group size. The only nice staff was the driver for the transportation and the horse back riding. It’s not worth the money paid. Choose another adventure park.

It was you who made your reservation to be picked up at the Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Hotel, this in the Riviera Maya, however, you showed up in a completely different city, you wanted to board our transportation at the Smart Cancun The Urban Oasis which is in Cancun. Since in our logistics we had you contemplated to be picked up at the Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Hotel, our transportation no longer had more space for you at the Smart Cancun The Urban Oasis, so you decided on your own to take a taxi to the park, finally, you and other guests who visited the park (who were provided with transportation service) decided to return on your own in a taxi at the end of the activities. Due to the above and since you were the cause of the situation by trying to board our transportation in a completely different place than the one you reserved, we disclaim any bad comments in this regard. The Cenote Swim & lunch was the only great thing about the excursion. They required you to wear life jackets during the Cenote Swim, which was annoying because I wanted to swim freely - the water felt incredible. The meal consisted of chicken tacos with guacamole, beans, few chips & rice. I thought it was tasty. The water that was free didn’t taste good so I spent $4 on 4 bottled waters. The ATV tour was hands down the most boring ATV experience I’ve encountered. The ATVs were small & any sharp turn resulted in the ATV tipping over. We stopped at least 10x during the tour due to people crashing & we went super slow the entire time. The zip-lines were not exciting. Very mediocre. The tequila tasting consisted of 2 quarter shorts of 2 bottles then they urged you to buy a bottle. I didn’t do the horseback riding but it looked fun! Also be mindful of what they charge your card! I was charged for 3 adults when I should’ve been charged for 2. Viator told me to dispute it with the operator, the operator told me to dispute it with Viator… I ended up disputing it with my bank.

I would like to start by clarifying that you made your reservation on Viator, for which we as tour operators are NOT responsible for the charges to your card, in fact, we let you know from the beginning by private message, if you had made the reservation directly on our website we could have corrected the error immediately, but since you made your reservation on Viator we have nothing to do in the Viator finances since we are partners but we are not the same company. Having clarified this, you should know that the use of life jackets in any cenote throughout the state is mandatory by state authorities, so we cannot allow anyone to swim without life jackets. The meal is mentioned in the description of the tour as a snack, so a buffet or unlimited food should not be expected. The experience in the atvs or ziplines is usually relative, since for some it is really a lot of fun, in the description of the tour we do not mention that the zip lines are the highest or that the atvs are the fastest and biggest in the world. We try to be as transparent as possible in our tour description and in the photographs of our tour so that travelers know what to expect before booking. In any case, we appreciate your review and we hope that you can rate us based on the tour and not the charge on your card that does not correspond to us.

Activities themselves were very fun, but there was a lot of waiting in between activities.

The activities were super fun. In between the activities we often had to wait for another group to finish or had to wait until less people where on the activity. We ended up not having a ton of time at the cenote but we had a great time! The people were very friendly!

We really enjoyed the zip lining. Fear of heights didn’t hold my son back from enjoying it. The atv riding was too rough for all of us. The path was not enjoyable. I drove into a tree & my so hurt a finger. Suggest wearing eye & face coverage. The cenote was nice. Life vests were free w tour. The food looked good but we didn’t eat. We didn’t include horseback riding in our tour. The pick up & drop off worked out fine. Please tip your drivers. It’s the right thing to do.

I went with my wife, and we had the best time! We didn't do the horseback riding so we could have more time at the cenote, and I'm glad we did because that was probably my favorite part. You could jump off the little cliff hanger or you could zip line in the water. It was so refreshing and invigorating! Definitely recommend!

We loved all the different activities at the park! My favorite parts were starting the day off with ziplining and ending with a refreshing dip in the cenote, followed by a delicious Chicken Fajita lunch. All of the employees were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their work.

Unfortunately after having great experiences all these years, this one was not! Our pick up was on time. But the experience was rushed and we were not able to enjoy it as we have in the past. This is called the extreme experience.... nothing at all! The horse back.ride was supposed to be appx 30-40 min and it was about 20, super slow walk and boring than we were told.tu hurry and change for the next activity.. literally were told twice to hurry! We go to Cenote, same thing. We were able to jump into water only 3 times when they started to yell out we had to leave. It was appx 30 min there... usually is more than 40 at least. Same thing rushed to ziplines.... one after another. The ATVs were the best as the.course was fun. But whennit came to lunch they only gave us 20 mins. We were not do e when the wanted to clear the tables. The almost took our food from the table, a plate full of fish ceviche I had ordered. But the worst I got up to use the restroom and they took advantage and tossed my food and drink eventhoug it was almost fool. I made them give me a new drink and did mention I wasn't done yet. They just told me it was time to go because another group was coming. We were returned to our hotel at 2:30. That's less than promised time. The tour promised 6-8 hour tour! Very disappointing and dissatisfied!

What a fantastic experience, all in one place. Such an organize, well run tour. Never having ziplined before, I really appreciated all their safety features. The lunch was delicious and more than I expected. The entrance to the Cenote was slippery, wear water shoes, to enjoy the swim. The highlight of the excursion for me was watching my Granddaughter beat her Uncle in a drag race. (A new attraction at the park). I would reccomend this tour 100%. Wish we had more time there.
