Booking this private excursion was the best way for our group of 9 to enjoy the beautiful waters of Isla Mujeres. They were extremely communicative leading up to the day, confirming our pickup time and location (which was conveniently able to be done directly at our hotel). We were met at the dock by our guide. Everything was extremely efficient and after a few quick intros we were on the boat!
Daniel and his crew were amazing- they tailored the trip to our group, offering suggestions and scheduling snorkeling spots for optimal viewing. We went to the shipwreck, cruised to the sandbar, then snorkeled at the reef. I loved all of the animals being pointed out as we swam.
Drinks were never empty and the entire crew went above and beyond to make our time enjoyable and memorable. You can thank me later when you book this excursion!

Danny, Lalo, and Zaayr did a great job. Danny was incredibly inviting and knowledgeable, Lalo kept us safe and on-course, and Zaayr kept the drinks free-flowing. They gave us lots of options for things we could do and tailored the trip to what we were looking to do, helping us discover the best snorkeling spots between Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Danny got in the water with us at each location and helped us find the rarer fish, like a puffer fish and a stingray. If you want to choose your own adventure too, this is a great option!

We are a group of 6 and had the BEST time on the catamaran. We snorkeled in the most beautiful water, saw lots of sea turtles and the crew took great care of us. We wish it lasted longer! If you are a group that wants to sit back and relax, this is the boat for you!

Excellent day on the water with Dany and his crew! Great snorkeling adventure, with loads of fish and view of several sculptures. Very informative and highlights along the way! Next was at the Islas Mujeres, with free time to walk around, then off to the beach for a swim. Service was exceptional, and the crew fully catered to what we wanted to do. Very well worth the price! Highly recommend! Was a perfect day!

This private charter sail far exceeded our expectations. The boat was spotless, the crew was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make the day exceptional—all while keeping us safe and comfortable.
We snorkeled, fished (we caught a massive 4.5-foot barracuda that was turned into the freshest, most delicious ceviche for lunch!), visited one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico on the north side of Isla Mujeres, and cruised through stunning turquoise waters where we spotted sea turtles.
We even got a hands-on sailing lesson! Everything was tailored just for us, and Captain Lalo and the crew were outstanding—so attentive and kind.
Truly a perfect day. If we could give 10 stars, we would!

The Aqua boat crew was AMAZING, it was such a special day. Request Captain Gallo and “Aqua” crew you won’t go wrong. 5 star experience. We felt safe, the crew was very accommodating and kind, spoke great English and were certainly accommodating to our family of 6 including our 5 and 6 yr old kids. This trip will be a lasting memory forever on our private Catamaran to the Isla Mujures. Thanks Captain Gallo and AQUA Boat crew! A true group of pros!
We seen a 3 star review and felt it wasn’t very accurate/ the boat was super clean and almost new. 5 star all the way and we’re picky people when we spend this kind of money.

The catamaran was old. The inside cabin smelled of extreme mildew. While I know we were on a boat, the seats were wet and floor was saturated. The crew were friendly and very attentive.

This was such an amazing experience! Juan and his crew were so great. We were a family of four with two kids and my parents as well. They accommodated all of us and shared some history about what we saw while snorkeling. They played whatever music we wanted for us and made drinks for us all. After snorkeling we went to Isla Mujeres to explore. We saw all these huge boats and were so thankful we were on a private one as they were packed with people. This was a much better experience and we will definitely book with them again when we come back!

We specifically looked for a private catermeran because of the horrible experiences we’ve had in Cancun. We were so happy we did! It wasn’t even that more expensive than the mass produced options. We got to decide exactly what we wanted to do! The snorkeling with a small group was much safer and we were taken to a great spot to see a variety. We had so much fun sailing instead of going to the island. Just a perfect day out on the water.

We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience, meeting point at the island are mainly stores, they provide restrooms and bottled water and yes they offer their products, but not allowed to harass customers. Dock is right across the street.

We had a group of 10 come on the tour for a bachelorette party at the beginning of May, and we had an amazing time. It was the highlight of our trip to Mexico! The Drinks were good, crew was AWESOME! Everyone that joined in on the snorkeling had and really enjoyed it and saw a lot of fish. The crew were really helpful and flexible with our timing and let us make decisions on how we used our time. Overall we were so happy with our choice, the only thing we would have changed would have been doing the longer trip!

We had a great time on the boat and the staff were incredibly friendly, which was much appreciated. The only issue I had was that transportation was told to us numerous times that it would be provided and then the day before the trip I had gotten a call that we did not have transportation and it was not provided to us and was an additional charge. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and was not understanding of the situation at all and still charged us the full price for transportation until I had said that it was unacceptable. This was a bit ridiculous especially after being told twice we would be picked up from the resort and it was included in the fee that I had already paid.

The trip started off with us getting shaken down by motorcycle police just to find out that this happens all the time on the way to this marina. They should have warned that we should take public transportation vs our own car.
Next, the trip and staff was amazing and had a great trip over to the north shore of Isla Mujares. Great music, personable staff, catered to all of our needs.
Upon return I noticed I left my jacket on the boat. I reached out right away to see if anyone had turned it in. No response except from Amex that someone tried to use my frozen card 5 times.
Lastly,We were urged to eat lunch at the attached restaurant. After getting the order wrong, they said they couldn’t accept a credit card and we didn’t have enough cash (trying to only give me 15 peso exchange rate).
While it was a good value, I’m not sure I would book with them again due to the non response about my lost jacket.
