Best Day of our Holidays! Nicholas and Andrienne were so friendly. We saw turtles, sting ray and an Eagle Ray! We also swam near the coral reef so saw beautiful tropical fish. The cenote was incredible. You actually see three different types. Got picked up around 0700 and dropped off at 1300. Therefore we were the first ones at all of our activities. Perfect way to spend your morning.

Truly enjoyed this excursion. I typically don’t book excursions because I feel like they are tourist traps, this wasn’t one. Saw 3-4 turtles and 3 stingrays. The highlight of the excursion is the cenotes. We were a small group 8 which made the experience more enjoyable. Oto was the guide and was really fun.

This tour started in the early moning and ended late afternoon. We saw multiple turtles that swam very close to us , stingrays and a huge puffer fish. It was truly amazing!! Our tour guide, Oto, was super knowledgable, funny and very attentive to all of our needs. The Cenote was amazing! They provided a small snack but we recommend bringing a lunch, it is a long day. We highly recommend booking this tour it was soo much fun!!

We had a great time snorkeling with the sea turtles and visiting the ceynotes. Our guide Lea was great. The ride was kind of long from Cancun but my kids had a great time.

The tour guide was very...

The tour guide was very informative and well educated on the components of the tour. We only saw a few sea turtles, as there were many tourists in the water at the same time.

Excellent Excursion

We were picked up in Cancun so we knew it would be a long drive. The van was air-conditioned and comfortable. Jose is a great driver. Rudolph is a great guide. He was very informative about the turtles and the Cenotes. We were able to see several turtles. The photographer took excellent photos. The photos were not expensive. My only issue was that we did not receive the turtle video, but it did not distract from the excellent tour. Thanks guys for a great time!

Not worth the money

Melissa_H, Mar 2026
If you’re staying in Cancun, prepare for a 2-3 hour drive to the destination due to picking everyone up fyi. Seats were uncomfortable but had AC. Tour guide gave us USED snorkeling tubes while other tours I’ve been to usually give you new ones which I found unsanitary and cheap. Didn’t teach us how to use snorkels and felt rushed. The ride to the cenote was very bumpy and long but it was very beautiful cenote. The sea turtle experience was fun and amazing. All complaints to the side, it was a great experience I enjoyed it but not sure if it was worth the time and money. If I were to do this again, I would only do it if I was staying in the area.

Great excursion

Truly amazing experience! Oto was incredibly patient with our scared 6 year old, and overall amazing! He was funny, personable and very knowledgeable about the areas. The only “downside” was the snacks. They gave us an empanada, bottle of water and a cookie. Bring some snacks for yourself and you will be fine. 10/10 experience and we’d do it all over again.

Incredible experience!

The entire journey is truly amazing! You’ll get to snorkel very close to Green Sea Turtles and visit a couple of ancient Cenote’s that are incredible. The tour guide, Ro, was amazing, she shared a lot of history with us and she was very friendly! Overall, it was one of the best experiences of my life. One tip, bring an underwater camera with you and you’ll be able to get some amazing shots of the Sea Turtles. I brought one and it made the experience even more unforgettable!

Great tour guide. Ride...

Great tour guide. Ride from hotel zone was long, but overall great experience! Could probably spend a bit less time at cenotes and more on beach but overall was amazing!

Did not see any sea turtles

Karun_S, Feb 2026
We booked the Sea Turtles and Cenote Tour with hotel pickup in advance and were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Pickup took a very long time due to multiple hotel stops before reaching Akumal Beach. The guide, Oscar, was very friendly and enthusiastic and explained the tour well, which raised our expectations. However, during the snorkeling we did not see a single sea turtle, nor stingrays or barracudas as mentioned. The water was very murky, making visibility poor, and after almost an hour we returned without seeing the main attraction. We understand nature can’t be controlled, but seeing turtles is the core reason people book this tour. Snacks provided afterward were minimal and disappointing. The cenote visit was okay, but not as impressive as expected and not clearly described beforehand. Overall, the guide’s enthusiasm was the best part, but the actual experience did not live up to what was promised, and we felt it wasn’t good value for money.

Great half day tour

Robbie_W, Feb 2026
A lovely half day tour. We got to see many turtles and even a sting ray. The cenote was stunning and we were the only group there at the time so we could take full advantage and swim in all areas of the cave. Our guide Erika was super friendly and knowledgeable - all while delivering the tour in two languages.

The guide and driver were very pleasant and helpful. Our guide, you could tell, cared very much about the turtles.

Beautiful beach, turtles and cenote 🥰

Wana_S, Jan 2026
If you like nature and animals, this is the tour for you. You get brought to a beautiful beach where you can swim to an area where the turtles normally come. With the snorkeling gear, you can pretty easily see several turtles and some other fish. They are very cute too, especially when they come to breach the surface to breathe. Our group was also blessed with beautiful weather. The cenote is surreal; it's crazy how nature naturally made an underwater type cave that has fresh, clear water. Water can be cold so be prepared. Would recommend water shoes as well as it is rocky below.

10/10 - it’s a full day and great value for money!!!

Iain_H, Jan 2026
It’s a bit longer than advertised but well worth it. We left the hotel at 6:20am and back at 16:30. Oto our guide and host for the day was superb. Small group of 8 adults, with a great view of 10 turtles, stingrays, lots of small fish and coral on the sea bed and then a chance to visit the Cenote and explore the under ground lagoons.

Don't miss this great trip!

This was a fantastic trip with a fantastic guide -Oscar. He was friendly kind and informed about the area. If you have any worries about being in the ocean or swimming- know that Oscar keeps a close eye on you and there is a Turtle finder that has a flotation ring to help out novice swimmers. The trip was very well organized and fun The cenotes were amazing!!! Very reasonably priced for what you get!

Excellent time

Maria was amazing knowledgeable and friendly. The trip itself was amazing had so much fun and great with our young daughters

You really get to see stuff

kathi_w, Dec 2025
This was a pretty amazing day. We saw seat turtles swimming right next to usThe shuttle drive was the only part that was long. Made for an extra long drive with minimal water and food, so take water and food with you, we had a 9 hour day by the time we got back to our hotel, and got one bottle of water and two little sweet snacks. Snacks were good, but a cookie and some other little sweet thing. Not enough to last 9 hours. Also be sure not to wear sunscreen or stuff since you do not shower ahead. Protect the animals.
