Per usual I booked a private tour and chose the most expensive one I could find. 2,500 pesos for a tasting, shopping and lunch. The vehicle was nice, comfortable there were two drivers which was cool. It that is the end of my positive comments. The selection for the tour was it worth the time or any valued experience. This tour was nothing more than an uber ride. In our next to last destination we were actually LEFT at the venue! No tour guide, all of the exhibits were in Spanish and of course that’s fine but damn!!!!! I don’t speak nor read Spanish. So when we were finished I was prepared to board my private vehicle which was no where to be found. I called the number and got a message and disconnected. When the driver contacted me, they said they had to get gas and would be there soon. Tf!!!!! We were waiting for 35 minutes and we did not even have time remaining to have our lunch. So not even a full tour. Lesson learned. I’ll be asking for a refund. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company or good luck!

Driver was very punctual and friendly.
The trip is a tour around Cancun in a mini bus with a stop at the Cancun sign for photographs and then a stop at a jewellery store and a gift shop/restaurant.
A little bit of hard selling going on in the stores and the food stop was pricey despite having a credit of $200MXN. We had 1 dish each (as a couple) 1 beer and a coke and it cost $58 USD

The driver was nice. However, the tour was a waste of time. We only went to the Cancun sign, wine tasting, then to a restaurant.
We had to wait over an hour for a couple who was shopping. Not worth the money or time.

Our case special since only ones in van was our family. No issues adjusting or waiting for others. Just happened that way!

There's no Tour guide, just dropped off at a place and left to figure it out. Our driver did take pictures but it lacked diversity, over priced suvineyor

Tour was good, would've been better without the jewelry factory. That should be substituted for somthing else.

I had a good time, going to the jewelry store was unnecessary because it really didn't show any Mexican heritage besides the tequila tasting. But once we went to the restaurant Mexican Magic I definitely felt the culture at its finest. The food was ridiculously good and the store offered the authenticity of Mexico. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

It was just ok. The shopping was a jewelry store then a souvenir shop that was attached to a restaurant. Kinda wanted a more authentic shopping experience at local booths. The Museum was ok

There was not sight seeing, just being taken to places for at least an hour to spend money. Save your money on this one. We did not even have time to go to the beach where the sign was

The tour was nice in the sense that we were able to see Cancun. This was very much a plot to make you spend money. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend if you’re staying on the all-inclusive resort where the food is subpar.

While the tour staff themselves were polite, the actual itinerary and safety standards of this excursion were highly disappointing. It functioned less like a tour and more like a high-pressure shopping trip and basic shuttle service.
Key Issues:
Safety Concerns: The transport van was completely missing seat belts. Furthermore, the driver was texting while driving and used highly unprofessional language throughout the ride.
Misleading Itinerary & Hidden Sales Pitches: The "tequila and jewelry stop" is actually a single location designed entirely around high-pressure sales pitches for sunglasses, tequila, and jewelry. The complimentary pendant was provided, but it was used as a vehicle to sell necklace chains starting at $60. Additionally, the advertised $100 jewelry credit was never provided.
Poor Logistics at the Mayan Museum:We were dropped off at the museum for an hour with zero guidance. The museum itself is small, completely un-airconditioned, and has strict entry rules (such as banning non-plastic water bottles). We finished the entire site quickly and were left waiting outside after the museum had already closed for the day.
Lack of Value Based on previous reviews warning about the high prices at the tour's designated restaurant and souvenir shop, we requested to be returned to our hotel early. The tour essentially functioned as an expensive, glorified taxi service.
Aggressive Tipping Culture: There was a strong expectation to tip, explicitly reinforced by a sign featuring a $20 bill to imply a minimum expected amount.
Recommendation:
You would be much better off booking a standard ride-share to visit the museum on your own, stopping by the Cancun sign during a beach day, and seeking out authentic local shops for souvenirs. This tour does not deliver the experience advertised.

This is such a curated experience, and nothing authentically Mexican about it. A stop at a jewelry store at the Marriott? Really?! Then to a “Mexican” store and restaurant that was so touristy. Also, I paid for four stops and was sent an itinerary and we only went to 3. Also, we were supposed to get a $50 gift certificate to this jewelry shop that we never received. And, we were told we were getting a mezcal tasting that never happened. The guide was nice and friendly but he gave us a 5-minute spiel about Cancún and that was the extent of it. When I asked for a partial refund I was denied. Save your money. Catch a taxi and tell them to take you to a mercado and you will have a better experience for less.

Traveled with my spouse and 2 teenagers, this excursion was shared with another family that I was unaware while booking but we all became friends instantly. Took great pictures, had great tacos & tequila. My only wish is that we would have known that the museum was closed prior to booking.

This is a box standard tour. You travel to partnered locations for shopping. The staff was pleasant the food at Mexico magico was excellent the tequila tasting was decent. This is a good tour for a quick intro to the area but not any deeper than that.

First as a solo traveler I was told I had to purchase two tickets. Our first stop was a hotels gift shop for tequila tasting and to explore the gift shop. Our second stop was a museum that had no AC, the third stop was another store that had a restaurant attached to it. This was not worth the $78 I spent. Do not recommend!

Our guide was very nice but there wasn’t a lot to see on this tour. The restaurant we went to was also on the pricier side. Also, we didn’t get a lot of time at the museum.. that was my primary reason for booking this tour. The pendant was a nice touch though.

This is a nice little tour. The international jewelry place is very expensive. The Mercado is also expensive. Good food at the Mercado. The museum is good if you want to learn about the Mayan things.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Cancun Experience – Highly Recommend!
My wife and I had an incredible time on this Cancun tour! From start to finish, everything was well organized and enjoyable. Dolphin Beach was absolutely beautiful — the water was crystal clear, and the views were breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax, take pictures, and just enjoy the moment together.
The tequila tasting was a fun and informative experience. We learned about the history and different types of tequila while sampling some really smooth options. The Mexican restaurant was delicious — authentic flavors, great service, and a true taste of the culture. Visiting the Mayan Museum was the perfect way to wrap up the tour. The history and artifacts were fascinating and gave us a deeper appreciation for the rich heritage of the region.
Overall, it was a great experience for my wife and me — a perfect mix of relaxation, culture, and fun. I would definitely recommend this tour to a friend!

We stopped at jewelry store that had Tequila tasting. The ladies get a free pendant but no chain. So, you’ll spend money to complete your “free” pendant. Then we went to the self guided museum. If you speak English, there is no translation from Spanish. Then we went to a restaurant to get a bite or more depending on how you feel. The tour give you $200 Spanish to go towards your meal. Add a couple of drinks and nachos, we were $40 US with the deal. Then you can shop at the gift shop. Which will cost if you get anything. So, was it worth it? Yes, it was for us, just know that your ticket for the tour is just the beginning.

This is a sightseeing tour, with no sightseeing. I could’ve taken an Uber and saved my money. The “sightseeing” consistent of driving past a wealthy area, it was pointed out, “This is where the wealthy live,” and that was the sightseeing. The beautiful pictures of the beach? We went in the dark. We couldn’t even get into the parking lot with the van., because it was closed. took a couple pictures in front of the Cancún sign. The museum we visited? We didn’t visit it. When I complained about that I was told to look at the description. I read the description carefully before I booked this. The museum is closed on Mondays. This was on a Saturday. And the “shopping“ consisted of two over priced establishments (felt like it was owned by the same company as the tour operator) that just consisted of high pressure sales. Very much like a time share experience. Finally, when I complained I was told they had X number of tours yesterday and not one other complaint. Well, we took the tour with only four people. All four of us complained. It’s a complete scam and a horrible experience.
