Very small group which was our preference. Definitely not a massive party ship. Crew was friendly, drinks were strong and lunch was simple but good.

A sandbar and don’t have to know how to swim resulted in over 8ft of water getting off the boat! The tour guides tried to explain it was a sandbar but sandbars are like max 3ft of water. If you don’t know how to swim be cautious with this trip.

My wife and I an amazing day with Angel, his crew, and another couple on the catamaran tour.
The capain and crew were very fun, friendly and attentive - making sure we had our fill of beer, Palomas, or other beverages. It took us about an hour to slowly cruise north along the coast to the shallow sandbar where we relaxed, chatted, and swam in gorgeous, crystal clear water (with NO sargasssum seaweed) for another hour.
Back on board, we shared snacks and sipped complimentary tequila while chatting with the other couple and the crew. We had a great time thanks to the beauty of the Caribbean, the hospitality of the crew, and laid-back atmosphere.

Angelo was a fantastic Captain! The entire crew made the trip a blast! The sandbar is a beautiful spot and made for those who want to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water. We had a great time and would 100000% book again!

This was a wonderful experience! It’s a small group on the catamaran unlike some other tours we saw! It was so lovely and the crew were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you, made sure we were comfortable at all times, plenty of refreshments too including a light lunch which was delicious ! Would highly recommend

Amazing experience! The service was first class from pick-up to drop off. We loved our crew. They made sure everything was taken care of and everyone had a great time. Lunch was delicious! The water was gorgeous for swimming. The whole family loved it.

I have a love/hate relationship with this experience! I LOVED how beautiful the water was. It is just as bright blue as in the pictures and it was truly breathtaking to see in person. The crew was also very kind and helpful and the hotel transport was flawless. However...the water was a little deep for me. I thought I read somewhere on the itinerary that it was 3 foot but when we got there they said it was 4 foot deep at the shallowest and it was a very wavy day at sea so the waves were def more like 5 feet. I am only 5'3" so I was not able to just walk around at the sandbar like I thought I would be. My husband could walk around and the waves were up to his chest. I just floated on the mat, which was fun, but I was imaging something different. It was also a cloudy and cooler day for us that it felt pretty cold being in the water. It was fine on the boat but pretty chilly in the water so we only stayed out there a short bit. I'd make sure to go on a warm sunny day if you don't want to have goosebumps.

What an amazing relaxing about 4 hr experience ! Ended up with a private tour as everyone else cancelled , a win for us!! The catamaran was very nice and comfortable , the staff so attentive and tending to our every need. The waters are so beautiful , the water was so warm and the sandbar perfect , all 5 ft 3 could stand up on it. After being in the water a while we were served a delicious lunch and beverages beer, soda, water etc... 1000 % would take this tour again when in Cancun. Thanks again to all the staff for making our day and time with you incredible !

The entire trip is memorable. We’ve been to Cancun several times and did most of the popular tours offered in the area. This tour is short but definitely worth every minute. The crew is friendly and communicates well with everyone. They also kept offering us with food and drinks. The food is very light (sandwich, chips, fruit and cookies), but the guacamole is my favorite. The trip itself is amazing. The sandbar where we stayed is not elevated like the other sandbars but it is a great area to swim. The water is so blue and the sand is so soft. The water is also surprisingly warmer than any other beach area in Cancun or even isla mujeres. Overall, I would recommend this excursion yo my family and friends. We had a lot of fun and would love to do it again.

This was the perfect low key way to spend our afternoon. Leisure boat ride to section of ocean where you can stand in the ocean. We brought our masks to dive down for shells. I suggest you bring snacks but they give out food. Free drinks all afternoon long. No complaints here whatsoever. Crew was super friendly and helpful. We will go back next year.

We booked this excursion as a family of 4. One person in our group is a vegetarian and after booking I reached out and asked if it would be possible to accommodate them. They told me yes they would make sure there is a vegetarian meal available. However, the day of when it was time for lunch they said they had nothing available and no note of a special meal. After a 1 hour boat ride, 2 hours of swimming and drinking it is upsetting to not have something to eat. It would have been fine if they told us when I reached out so we could have brought our own lunch instead of leaving us with nothing. Overall a good experience but ruined by having to stay hungry.

We had a really enjoyable day on the Puerto Morelos Sandbar Tour. The pickup van was the nicest vehicle we had all week and the ride was very smooth — though be aware the last few kilometers are extremely bumpy with lots of potholes, and one person in our van felt a bit carsick.
Once we arrived, everything was organized and easy. We boarded quickly and set sail. The crew was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and constantly making sure we were comfortable. They brought drinks and food to us, offered pillows, and anticipated what we needed before we even asked. Truly great service.
Even with some clouds and breeze, the experience wasn’t affected at all. The ride out was peaceful with beautiful blue water, and the sandbar was crystal clear — perfect for relaxing. Overall, a calm, memorable day that we really loved.

We have taken many catamaran excursions over the years and this was my favorite! The boat was very clean and well-kept, the drinks and food were good and the music was fun. The staff is what made it so special. They were very helpful and attentive, bringing us pillows, drinks, snacks, and letting me seven year old son steer the ship. Would highly recommend - I am so grateful for this experience!

I traveled 12 hours on Dec 28 to get to Cancun. During that time I missed the email about pickup time on Dec 29. So I missed pick up and cab wouldn’t make it in time and was told no reschedule and out over $1,000

The catamaran ride was wonderful! Our group enjoyed the relaxing ride to the sandbar, enjoying the views of the Riviera Maya. The staff could not have been attentive, seeing that we were very comfortable and always had a drink in our hands. I highly recommend this tour!!

We traveled to Cancùn with our two kids and booked this excursion in advance. The day before our excursion there was some rain. That evening, our excursion for the following day was canceled due to “weather”. They say they are going to refund our money however, the day we were supposed to have our excursion was BEAUTIFUL. Despite me messaging the tour company that morning to ask if they would consider taking us on the excursion since the weather had obviously changed, I did not receive any message back until the afternoon. So we were left with no excursion (our only one we planned) and we leave the next day. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating to be canceled last minute despite weather conditions being the best we had all week.

This place is top-notch. The crew and staff embrace the meaning of family. I am 70 years old and I was treated like a beloved grandmother. While walking to the catamaran Arturo never left my side. Jose and Ulises were very attentive to all of the guests offering sliced apples and drinks while we sailed to our destination. After playing in the ocean and a very nice lunch of sandwiches, chips, apples and cookies, Captain Martin made my granddaughter's day. She got to pilot the boat as we sailed back to the shore. She even got to help dock the boat. I highly recommend this excursion. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This was a fantastic and very chill experience overall. The boat crew was warm and friendly and very attentive. It was about a hour sail to the sand bar with music playing and drinks flowing (if you want). Nice shady spots to sit but also sunny and breezy spots as well. The swimming place was gorgeous. They had rafts to float with or you could actually touch the sandy bottom in most spots. We loved it all! If you’re considering whether to book this - go for it, it will not disappoint!

The boat is well cleaned. The boat Captain and crew are amazing. They are very attentive. They even make sure you have a drink while floating in the ocean. I met a very nice family from the UK. It felt like family for the day.
