Want adventure but don’t have wheels? This day trip from Cancun or Playa del Carmen includes hotel pickup to the Mayan Jungle Rush eco park near Puerto Morelos. Pickup is included and optional. Pickup from Playa del Carmen is only available for the morning schedule. If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point. Please check the list of hotels on the checkout page to confirm if your hotel is included among the available pickup locations. Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park. Your exact pickup time will always be confirmed by one of our team members, so please keep an eye on your messages or phone.

Our tour guide Willy Wonka was great! We had a great time especially the ATV ride. It was also nice that they arranged a transportation even though our hotel was not in the list of hotel pickup points. Also be prepared to bring your own water shoes and waterproof phone holder as it is expensive to buy there. Overall great service and experience, would highly recommend!

I booked ATV tour with shared option. The guide was riding the whole way and I was on the back on a single sitted ATV. They tried to sell me the single rider option with an additional USD 35 which I didn't want. The guide (Daniel Flo) was riding very fast for no reasons and was going to very vlose to the ATV in front of us. There was no room for me to sit on the cushioned place, so I was on the metal part most of the time. Also, there was not any suitable options to hold on to something . It was scary.
During feedback session, I asked them to make sure they have two deated ATV for thise who choose shatef options.
Also, it feels like tbey try to sell stuff and ssk for tips a lot when they should be focusing on to provide the service people are paying for.
Management needs to working on it before any share rider gets hurt and take legal action against the. My lower back is hurting becsuse Daniel Flo put me in a single seated ATV with two people on it.
It was the worst experience I had during my stay in Cancun.

We have ATV, zip line and cenotes activities but no horseback rides. ATV and zip line were fun and great. Except the cenotes was terrible. It’s on the same area but with artificial filled, shallow water. Filled up oil on the surface. I refused to swim there. Staff were very friendly but try to sell you everything even though you don’t really need it. Better pay cash. Credit cards ending up extra 10% charge. Don’t know why. We ended up finishing early but have to wait for the driver coming back cause he has another round pick up. We leave our hotel at 7:50 and back at 2:30pm good for half day excursions.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mayan Jungle Rush! From start to finish, we had such a great time. The ATV ride was one of the highlights—it was so much fun riding through the jungle. The zip lines were exciting, the cenote was beautiful and refreshing, and the horseback riding was a wonderful addition to the experience.
The staff and guides were friendly, energetic, and attentive. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout all the activities. Everything was well organized, and the experience offered a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and fun.
They also have a shop where you can purchase souvenirs and other items. The prices were a little on the expensive side, but honestly, that’s understandable considering you’re in the middle of the jungle. It’s also convenient to have everything available there, especially if you need something at the last minute.
**A few tips for anyone going:** Bring bug spray, wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty or wet, and bring regular sunglasses. You’ll definitely be spending time in the jungle, so come prepared!
Overall, we had an unforgettable day and would definitely recommend Mayan Jungle Rush to anyone visiting the Cancun or Puerto Morelos area. 🌴🏍️🐎💦

DISSAPOINTED!! We have been to different mayan jungles rush locations and this one was not it!! the cenote was the most upsetting we were looking forward to it and we were not happy..the share ride to the location was horrible. and we waited too long to get picked back up our activities were super rushed!

This experience was AMAZING !! The tour guide Roro was great. I’d definitely be prepared to get a little dirty if you’re doing ATV. Over all the experience was a 10/10

tour guide Danny and his coworkers was very nice. The cenote was disappointing , ive been to much better ones. our shared transportation was over an hour late which was very upsetting. wont do it again or reccomend it

We were completely in the dark about what this experience actually entailed. I cannot believe the reviews did not specify a 2+ hour ride from the Hotel Zone with the illogical pickup schedule. Additionally, equipment and safety were not taken into consideration. Our group was not offered helmets for ATVs because “they didn’t have enough.” When it was time to zip line we were offered some, but there were not enough for the entire group. They were also wet and unsanitary. Someone in our group was almost sent on the zip line with only one clip secured. My calf was burned from the heat of the ATV engine. There was no clear direction or sense of urgency. The cenote itself was green, not blue and much shallower than the pictures showed. It was an underwhelming and disappointing experience. Staff was negligent and not at all focused on guest experience.

The overall experience was great. It took a turn once everyone in our party did not tip. And they did not tell people about the exchange rates!!

My experience here was absolutely amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone! From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we felt safe at all times. We were accompanied by a guide during every activity, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable and gave us peace of mind.
Out of all the excursions I went on during my trip, this one was by far my favorite. They had great music, a fun tequila tasting, and the staff kept the energy up the entire time. Everyone had such a great sense of humor and made us laugh from beginning to end.
A special shout-out to our guide, Rino (or Reno—I hope I'm spelling it correctly!). He was incredible and had us laughing the whole day. If you happen to see this, thank you for making our experience so memorable—I’ll definitely be back to see you!
Also, whoever was taking the pictures deserves a raise because these are honestly the best excursion photos I've ever had taken! I'd love to know what camera you used. 😂
The only concern I have is regarding the horses. I noticed that some guests who appeared to be well above an average weight were still allowed to ride them. I don't think that's fair to the animals, and I hope the company continues to prioritize their well-being by enforcing appropriate weight limits.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and for giving us such an unforgettable experience!

The park is only an hour from the Cancun hotel zone. Our guide Dani “linguine” was excellent. He introduced us to all of the activities and made sure that we were safe and ready to go. The ATV ride, horse riding and zip lining experience were great fun for all the family. Would recommend this to all families wanting a fun packed afternoon!

Everything is a charge up. So barter..

no swim shoes: +$30usd.pp
No face cover for atv: +$16usd.pp or eat dirt.
You want pictures bc there's no phones or cameras allowed: + $60-$120usd. But the pics are exceptionally great quality. The photo guys are worth it.
Mar was an excellent tour guide, I'm sure the others are great too but she was awesome.

On the ATVs, the photographer bum rushed me and flipped me over. They rubbed some ointment on me but refused to give me a bandaid. Everything was up-charged and we were able to pay but when it came to getting the pictures of ourselves, they refused to accept our payments. We tried every pay machine they had but none of them worked. They sent us a link and we were able to pay at an OXXO but then they started saying that they don’t see the payment. Do not go here without cash, matter fact don’t even come. They are greedy. There are hundreds of other activity passed. Do those instead .

We got the package with the horse ride which is not worth it. Activities are to short. You are not able to take your phone because they will take the pictures and offer them to you later, the pics are cool. Time at the Cenote was limited because of the horse ride. They will recommend to update your quad, since the one in the package is too small according to them. The team is very nice and friendly they deserved the tip.

Great experience! Very professional and pick up and drop off was seamless. I wish the horseback portion was longer but after such a long day it’s not bad to do something a little quicker. All the guides are very friendly as well. Definitely bring water shoes and face coverings. For the price this experience is definitely worth it!! They make it fun and enjoyable. You’re able to have your phone during the other activities besides zipline and atv. They take really cool pictures during all of the activities though which we thought was worth it at the end! Great for kids as well.

After I booked and paid the Tour guide changed pick up time, but never confirmed the new time with me. Never called or texted. We missed the whole excursion booked for the last day of the trip. My kids were so disappointed. They owe me a refund.

The atv was fun and the tequila tasting was informative and great. I think we could've spent the atv longer to enjoy it more since some of the atv suddenly stop working, but it is simple to drive. Zipline is ok. I advice bringing your own watershoes because they convince you to buy it so you don't slip in the cenote.

It was a good experience especially for first timers. The obstacle course is nice especially the zip lines and ATV!! The horses and cenotes was a good experience as well along with the workers everything was top notch.

We were involved in a car accident recently. Thankfully, it wasn’t severe, but it was still a serious situation that could have turned out much worse. Although it wasn’t the company’s fault, we were disappointed that no one checked on us afterward or acknowledged the time we lost that morning. A simple follow-up would have meant a lot.

We had an amazing time on this Cancun adventure! Having all the activities in one location was clutch! Arturo, one of the instructors, was absolutely awesome — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better.
The cenote jump was unforgettable — the 20-foot drop was so much fun and such a rush. The zip lines were also a blast and added a lot of excitement to the day.
The ATVs were amazing, and we had such a great time riding them. Honestly, the best part was the tequila tasting — such a fun way to wrap everything up!
The only downside was the ride there was about an hour, but once we arrived, everything was totally worth it. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Cancun!

The first half was good until we went to the cenote. It was very short. We were told we could swim, but we only had 15 mins. They gave us super limited time to change, swim, and change back. Lunch is literally just 2 tacos. You're forced to purchase a drink if you don't want to choke. Tequila tasting is a 15min advertisement selling their 100$ bottle of tequila. The tour we paid for is less than $150. But we ended up spending 200+ bucks at the location. Entrance fee, ATV insurance, locker, drinks, photos they took (cause they won't let you use your camera), and lastly, tips they will ask for more.

Our schedules are designed to allow guests to enjoy multiple activities in one day, but we understand how this can sometimes feel rushed, and we will certainly review this internally.
Regarding lunch, drinks, and optional extras (such as photos, lockers, insurance, and tequila bottles), these are clearly offered as optional services. However, we understand how the overall spending can feel unexpected, and we appreciate you sharing how this came across from a guest perspective.

It’s not the best experience. The zip line is short and quick, the ATVs are old and short trail, the horseback riding was short too. There’s just a lot better locations to really experience adventure. Luckily this wasn’t my first time in Cancun. The expression nickel and dime is an understatement, they charge $5 to rent a locker. The food that’s provided, you don’t want it and they charge high prices. It’s a tourist trap.

Horse ride was too quick as well as the ziplines. Wouldn’t rebook this particular place but I still enjoyed myself.

"skinny boy" Arturo was wonderful and the whole crew was great. The ATVs are in rough shape with no suspension/stiff throttle and steering. The lunch was minimal and you should definitely bring a water with you and a towel. I would have been more happy to tip and tip more if I wasn't reminded at least 6 times or more throughout the experience about tipping by the staff. The cenote was super cool!!
