- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation, or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Priority Access means that upon pick up, please present your printed or digital voucher, photo ID and the credit card you used to make the purchase to board the bus and receive a wristband to enter the park. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
- Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
- For children under 1 mt tall activities are restricted. Infants (0-4 years old) must remain with an adult at the cafeteria, restaurant or rest areas.
- The minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
- Wear or bring shoes and clothes that can get wet, and bring a change of dry clothes that you can keep in the on-site lockers; please use chemical-free insect repellent.
- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- The Voucher schedule is informative.
- If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

Our experience at the park was excellent. The park had so many fun activities for everyone and is definitely worth doing everything. The food was good and there were lots of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend getting the pictures package as this saved us the headache of consistently taking our own. There are numerous designated picture spots where you can take unlimited photos, as well as on the attractions themselves. This is a must visit with families while in Cancun.

We really loved the experience!! We didn’t do everything and that was honestly by choice due to our hair but I believe there was a lot of time to do everything. The only issues is that when we lost something ie a water shoe in the water we had to wait for around 3 hrs to get it back and during that time we were expected to walk barefoot which was unsafe and hurt! We loved the food!!!

Zip lines, underground expedition, hammock splash, water slides are so much fun! Although travel time from my resort was a little over an hour, pickups and adventure park details were well coordinated.
The park has its own currency rate, so be aware if you’re going to use pesos

Bring your own water shoes and waterproof phone holder (if you plan on using it for pictures) as they are very overpriced here. Plan your route as there is a lot of walking between each activity. The buffet is fantastic with a ton of options. The photo package, although very expensive at $105 USD for 3 people, is worth it as you get pictures while doing the activities that is impossible with your own camera as you can't use it while riding.

So much fun! What a unique park! Everything was well planned out, from the layout to the design/theme to the technological features (lockers with easy sensor access and cameras placed throughout the park so you can take “selfies” and not worry about taking your own camera.).

Amazing experience! Worth the price!! Make sure you get a phone case and water shoes before you go! I wasted $75 on both those items. But I’ll get it back however.

This was our second time to Xplor. This Viator tour company was fantastic with friendly, reliable service, excellent communication, and helpful employees. The activities at Xplor were top notch, always with safety first. The lunch buffet included with the ticket offered a Mexican cultural cuisine to excite the palate and satisfy a hungry appetite. If you love a day of thrill seeking adventure, Xplor is for you with this tour company.

Loved this day, definitely you need to be active and at least someone fit to enjoy all 7 of the attractions. Some have long lines so it is hard to maximize things and do an activity more than once. You will do a TON of walking and stairs … and the paddling is a workout on the shoulders. My calves are not happy with me today either lol. BUT I don’t think we’ve had this much fun in a long time! Pro tip… if you want to do the big slide twice, do it in a row. We never did get to the river swim. Also, shovel down your lunch (really good, btw) and get back at it fast. The check in for the transport took a long time, which ate into our play time. Guides were great though. In all, a great time - super expensive though, so I do wish we’d had more time to do things again and again. Oh, have some good quality river shoes to wear all day and don’t bother with your cool waterproof phone case as they don’t allow it on a few of the activities anyways and you’ll just have to kill more time going back to your locker in ‘The Corazon.’ They do have photos stations everywhere for you to take some cool shots.

This park is so much fun!! You WILL do a lot of walking so bring comfortable water shoes, a change of dry clothes for when you leave, and a towel. My favorite was the water slide and the zip-lining!!

We didn’t go to the park because it was raining with lightning and thunderstorms during pick-up time! The hotel advised us not to take the trip since I was going with kids, but now they refuse to refund my money. I’m very upset and disappointed!

ABSOLUTELY recommend this experience. We were pleasantly surprised that this park had so many activities. The ziplines, water slide, wave pool, food, vehicles and more. We'll worth the money spent. We loved our time. Make sure to bring water shoes, a towel and a set of dry clothes to change into.

Pickup was prompt and guides were very informative but it took a long time to get to the park. We did almost everything by 2pm by following their recommendations but departure time is 5pm. Definitely bring a change of clothes. Can't bring your own sunscreen and lockers are small. Lots of options on the buffet. Fun day but requires a bit of fitness.

Distance hotel to park is 20 minutes but outward leg took 3 times longer including sitting on the bus in a random street for over 25 minutes while they collected other guests. Result was losing a valuable hour as we rushed through park trying to avail of as many attractions as possible. Lunch looked great but we had to bolt it down, hardly enough time to eat. The day was a special birthday treat for my wife so all in all a big disappointment as we could not complete everything as expected. Buy tickets direct in advance and take a taxi, it will be just as cheap and you avoid pointlessly sitting on a sweaty bus doing nothing when you should be in the park enjoying yourself. Complained to Viator who were instantly dismissive, so clearly they are not bothered by poor service ! Viator, not good enough, you can do a lot better than this.

It’s an adventure park that gives off amusement park vibes. It’s completely self-guided and you choose the order of activities you want to do. I will say that sometimes lines are long or there are some activities that get too popular and are “full” so you probably won’t get to everything for the day. The zip lining requires a lot of walking up stairs. Water shoes are the most recommended shoe and a bathing suit with quick dry coverup clothing is also the best option because there isn’t a lot of time to keep changing in and out of wet clothes. It’s worth the money. We all had a very good time but these are all high intensity activities so be mindful about all the walking up inclines and stairs and overall thrill of activity. The food was also really delicious. We liked it better than our resort food.
